Jayden (7/5): It was a pleasurable stay the room was a little iffy with the shower handle and the loud ac plus some staff were stand o - The location, breakfast and morning time checkout lady were really polite and accommodating will definitely be returning for them in specific plus the amenities were awesome The front desk worker Hannah seemed stand offish like she wasn’t really happy to be there and the ac in room 418 was way louder then all the other rooms we stayed in there accompanied with the shower handle being faulty, we had to turn it beyond the hot side to get warm water definitely not a fan of room 418

She was so respectful answering all of the questions we had. . -The hotel was very clean and updated. We loved the local art and festive Christmas decor - The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was fully functional and well stocked. - The beds were comfortable and clean as well - Great wifi & working smart TV - Good AC air flow/heat -Working mini fridge and lots of power charging areas around the room -ample parking and conveniently located within walking distance to town -the indoor pool was clean and open - Ice machines on the same level as our room - no wait times for elevators Nothing, our stay was awesome!
Mike (9/5): Very welcoming hotel. - The staff were amazing. They went out of the way to make sure to make ua feel at home. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The only real complaint is the shower. The half of a glass door is a really poor design. It is impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. I understand that it's supposed to be a high end/luxury design, but it is a bad idea.

535mailes (10/5): A wonderful experience - This Courtyard was in the perfect location to access Carrollton restaurants and breweries, all within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and modern. Thank you to Carol at the front desk for her kind, welcoming smile when we checked in and out. Highly recommend!

espanasiempre (10/5): Good experience. - This MC is just about perfect. The rooms are very large and include microwave, small refrigerator, outlets that work, and a large bathroom. The restaurant downstairs is open for Happy Hour form 5-6:30 and you can also just sit there and work. The gym has 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, a Peloton (couldn't get it to interface with my Peloton password, but they offer a free 20 min. and 15 minute ride), and weights. Our refrigerator shut off with a lot of food in it; Marriott reimbursed us when we produced a receipt. The swimming pool is small and indoors and super clean. Carrollton is mostly a mini mall town, but the historic section is two blocks from the Courtyard and has lovely restaurants, a beer garden, bookstore -- the oldest in GA! -- and a community center adjacent to the hotel. Carol at reception was fantastic.

Booking.com said breakfast was included, but the hotel said it was not and charged me for breakfast twice. Everything went very well -- the staff was most professional and friendly, the lobby was great, and the pool / exercise area was neat and well-kept and clean. The room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom / shower was very nice, although I'm not a big fan of a doorless shower. But it worked out all OK.
