- KAKIUCHI (8/5): 機会があればまた利用します。 - I've already used this hotel several times. This time, I arrived hotel before designated check-in-time but I could enter a room. A Wi-Fi condition is very good. A Shower can use enough quantity of hot water. There is an electrical outlet beside a Bed. A Breakfast is very delicious for me. I understood current condition of this hotel,,,,,,, There is not refrigerator in the room. Perhaps, if I will request to install it, could you prepare??

- WhatElseCanISay (2/5): Dirty place to stay on a business trip - Not the best place for a business trip. Can stay for a massage and a quickie. All sorts of business take place there. Have to be careful when you visit the place. It caters to a different requirement. Not recommended for people who prefer hygiene over pleasure.
- K.D (8/5): - The last time I came there to stay, I had an unpleasant experience. The Aircon was not working well, even after the technician came to repair. Food was mis-labelled as chicken when it was beef. The receptionist was cold and unhelpful. This time when i stayed. Your receptionist by the name Maria, made my day and it was very pleasant experience. The guy who was managing the breakfast at the 2nd floor at 6.00am is absolutely hardworking and able to multi task ex: clearing the tables, cleaning and rearranging the chairs and tables and checking the guest names of their rooms. The doormans attitude and keep opening doors for each and everyone. Well done. Please let them know, I appreciate their hardwork and for a pleasant stay.

- Kakiuchi (6/5): I will use this hotel again maybe. - This Hotel prepared many kinds of Meal for Breakfast and delicious for me but almost Local Food and Flavor. Perhaps the foreign tourists can not choose and/or take them. There is a Convenience store near the hotel within few minutes by foot. Hotel Staffs have a good smile and very kindly. I stay Room Number 711. There is a small window in room, but we can not see outside. If you want see outside from the Room, you shall be necessary to order to hotel. Other Guest already recommended small insects were flying in the room that shall be correct. So I buy some spray and VAPE by Convenience Store around 2USD and have kept a good condition. The Bath Towel has a bad smell!!

- Ali (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfeast was excellent (and the staff there are nice, especially the young guy). Their sustainablity is great (water coolers instead of bottles for example). Lots of street food nearby and close to transport. The wifi was beyond dismal. The rooms need some serious deep cleaning (stains on sheets and bed, mould, clogged shower drain...). The rooms are not well equipped anyway (no closet, no fridge, no bedside light switch...). Only the 3rd floor is non-smoking and it gets very loud (there are these constant events on the 2nd and 1st floors - deff not soundproof!). They also play music in the hallways starting 6 AM, it woke me up on the first day...half of the rooms have no view whatsoever (they face inwards into the hotel).

Had the worse week of sleep ever.had to book another hotel and leave.bathroom was mouldy and shoddy repairs done to the hlooring where it meets the wall right around.soap dispensed was non functional and I had to buy my own soap.

- StalloneT (8/5): Nice Hotel - Stayed here for a few days earlier this month and it was pretty nice. The location is on Jl. Mangga Besar Raya so it's very convenient. Mini mart, food street vendors, restaurants, coffee shop in just matter of walk. The room itself was decent. Not too big bot too small either, pretty decent. The bathroom tho was pretty big with sink, toilet, and shower area in the far corner. The cable tv offers a pretty nice channel to keep up, and the wifi connection is either fast or slow, it depends on the time but it's still steady. The good things about staying here was there are 2 water dispensers/coolers on every corner of your floor corridor. One near the emergency floor, other one near the lift. It's so helpful for our daily water intakes so we didn't need to buy extra mineral water at nearby mini market.

Unable to get into the room and had to go back down to the reception to fix the problem. My friend did as well. Advised to keep away from cellphone and it still happened when I kept it away from my cellphone. All in all, I recommend staying here. If WiFi is needed, make sure to ask for a floor with the best connection.

- sukma (4/5): Too noisy - If you don't mind the sound from outside the hotel Is ok, but for me I can't sleep to hear traffic and music from outside, the room small , the comforter has a hole , the Ac first night not cool at all, the food good, the manager not helping at all , with the situation all crowd , I was complain about it and still has 5 more days too stay and asking for cancel 4 days, Expedia ok, but the manager said it too complicated to do finance with Expedia , very dispointed. Room sound isolation is bad, especially the entrance door. Overall the hotel is worth to stay and for sure i will be coming back again for my next business trip.

Inward facing superior rooms have just a small window over-looking nothing, except a narrow 1m ledge separating the next row of inward facing rooms; a potential death-trap in the event of a fire. Better to opt for the deluxe rooms with proper windows facing the street. Main door insulation poor - can hear any activity outside your door.

Poor room service - charged S$ 3 for extra pillow, very limited meal menu for in-room dining and plate was not cleared the next day. Coffee and tea facilities only in lobby. Garden view open window to a wall and almost touching window of opposite room.
