- Norman Carl (4/5): A Nightmare and Deprivation of our Privacy - We are regular customers in your company coz my partner really love the homey vibes. Clean sheets and pillows even the queen size bed we ask is way too small. When we were sleeping with my partner the door opened and a guy came in to our room if my partner was not awake and did not wake me up something might have happened.. And that made my partner so traumatized with the room service man.. Its depriving our privacy and stay.. The man just said wrong room but he did opened it from the outside and before we sleep the door was lock. How come he manage to open it.. Is this how dangerous the accommodation in your company.

The toilet doesn't have a drainage and the water just spill all over the floor when you take a shower. The air-conditioning is too loud and the sheet is not comfortable. The housekeeping turn off the lights knowing were still in the room and charge me 600 extra for the sheet. We extend for another hour and they charge us 100 but yesterday when we check in early it's only 50 pesos. Poor customer service from all the staff.

Staff very good. Very small shower with no hot water. Tiles in room cracked and stained. You are informed of charges for any stains on sheets, pillows and towels at check in. Also 500p deposit for damage. Sure enough I was charged 750 p because of coffee spilt on bed sheet and small blood spots on pillows case. But I could take the sheets and pillow case if I wanted them haha. So be aware. No restaurant or room service but a few options outside to eat.

The room we had I feel like its kinda dated. It is falling apart. The sheets are very thin needs new ones putting in. Did not even provide a comforter. The toilet needs a proper scrubbing. Water pressure is low. We had a room with balcony but the view mostly was on the dumpster downstairs useless. Parking is very limited. The night guard is rude and always on the mobile phone along with the reception staff. The surrounding area is very busy thus expect an aweful surge of traffic.

Lots of things had additional charges, eg an extra sheet for the bed. Room not cleaned in 3 nights stay so had to ask for additional toilet paper etc. Staff were polite but not very warm or friendly.

- joralynp140 (2/5): “Never to Booked again in this Hotel!!!” - I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and 1 day because its much cheaper compare to other hotels. This is my habit whenever I travel going to Manila to spend my Christmas and New year with my family. But never realized that I will be disappointed with their services: 1st-The shower is not working and luckily that I have bought cup noodles and used it for taking a bath. 2nd-The refrigerator is not working and you need to moved the electric kettle to different outlet just to used it to cooked food and drink coffee. 3rd and the most terrible services is that my flight was reschedule at 7pm and I informed the front desk that I want to extend my stay for about 4 hrs and willing to pay for extra charged, the front desk say ok so I thought that everything went well but after past 2pm., All of the lights, TV and aircon went off which I didn't know what happen so I try to call again the front desk to asked and then she told me that the card is deactivated and need to activated because of my extension hrs. which its almost make me more angrier!!! YAWA!! GIATAY!! PESTE!! lami kaayo ingnon pero nagpugong lang gyud ko morag nahighblood gyud ko atong panahona. I went down to activate the card and told the front desk na " sunod Miss, maginformed mo sa inyong guest na naa diay activation/deactivation sa card para di na lang ta mahibong na mokalit lang kapalong ang kuryente!! the front desk even never say "sorry" or mora gyud wala. AMBOT LANG BAH KUNG KASABOT BA TO SIYA BISAYA KAY TAGALOG MAN TO CYA OR BOGOON LANG GYUD TONG BAYHANA. THE MONEY I AM PAYING IS NOT EVEN WORTHY FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY HAVE, SO KUNG MAGPABOOK MO TO STAY IN A HOTEL "NO TO TSAI HOTEL" KAY MAGMAHAY LANG GYUD MO!!!
