- nitsoc (9/5): Perfect pentru "Sentiero degli dei" - Pozele reflecta realitatea, gazda foarte amabila, un mic dejun tipic italian.
Foarte convenabil pentru cine vrea sa plece pe "Sentiero degli dei".
- Sabīne (8/5): - The staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a great location near the city center. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s easy to get there by public transportation, and it’s also convenient to carry large suitcases, as there are no steep slopes between the bus stop and the accommodation.

- Lilia (10/5): Perfect Country Side Get Away With Easy Access to Amalfi Experience. - The property itself is stunning. It is nestled in a lovely country side area, with beautiful mountain views, and easy access to bus routes that get you across the Amalfi coast, but enable a quiet nights rest away from the super touristy spots. Breakfast is more than a typical Italian breakfast in quantity, and the hostesses are exceptionally attentive and helpful. There are amenities like laundry, groceries and local restaurants all within walking distance. We would definitely return.
- de zen (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans ce joli village de montagne très animé. On y trouve restaurants et commerces. Nos deux hôtes - L’emplacement, le calme, la chambre très spacieuse.
- eugenia (8/5): -
- Santoro (10/5): -
- Francisco (9/5): Excellent choice! - The place is beautiful in every detail. Very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I highly recommend Cristina's attention and hospitality, always attentive to every need. The breakfast is varied and delicious, perfect for starting the day full of energy. We stayed three nights, from where we visited Sorrento, Bari, Amalfi, and Positano. There's a restaurant within walking distance where you can try delicious pasta. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again. Thank you! No comments.
- Michael (10/5): - Villa Elisa is a beautiful house in a fantastic town. It’s a perfect location if you plan to hike The Path of the Gods. It’s also a great location if you’re looking for a quiet town in the hills with great restaurants. An important point of clarification - in the property listing it states that it is 9 minute drive to Amalfi beach. This is not accurate. It is at least 30 minutes by bus and a taxi is about 90 euros. Also, both times we tried to take the bus from Agerola to Amalfi, it was full and we had to wait for the next one. The first time the next bus came 45 minutes later, the 2nd time it resulted in us missing a ferry and then missing our train to our next location. We would definitely stay again but to enjoy Agerola rather than Amalfi.
- Antoine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gartht (9/5): So relaxing it's easy to forget to go out! - Where to start? Places like this are a problem for me on holiday as I could easily hang around for too long and relax instead of exploring like I'd planned. Cristina and Antonella were both wonderful hosts from start to finish and were an extra calming help when transport strikes were threatened at the end of my stay. With their help I managed to complete my trip to Pompeii and back to Napoli, as originally planned, which meant a lot to me.
HUGE room, spotlessly clean, with great bathroom and balcony. I wish I had more time to sit on the balcony more, but a nice way to finish an evening instead of reading in bed.
Beautiful property inside and out. Plenty to eat for breakfast, loved eating outside too. Couldn't be more grateful and recommend this place more. Lovely to come back to such a quiet place after a day along the Amalfi Coast. Buses were easily accessible but I opted for a local scooter rental too, which really opened up my trip for me. Nothing really!
- Terry (9/5): Excellent breakfast and very quiet location - Excellent breakfast and very quiet location nothing, everything was good.
- Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elaine (10/5): - The owners were very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. The B&B is charming & located away from all the hustle and bustle of the coast, but the bus stop is within a short walk if transportation is needed to visit the Amalfi Coast towns. It is also located very close to the start of the path of the gods for any trekkers. The grounds are welcoming, and I spotted my first ever Whinchat, which was quite a thrill for an avid bird-watcher from Rochester, NY USA!
- Russell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariatana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, quiet place, good breakfast, near the buses station, and places to eat. Also near the trail Sentiero dei degli
- Ioan (10/5): Good value for the money; nice hosts and close to famous "Path of Gods" trail. - Cristina and Antonella were very good hosts. House was clean, rooms big and breakfast very tasty. Location is up the hill, far from Amalfi, reachable by bus but we were driving. Is few minutes away from "Path of Gods" who was spectacular.
I would recommend it to all my friends as a less expensive option to Amalfi. Nothing
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location if you want to do the Path of the Gods trail. Very nice place overall.
- Wendy (10/5): A great place to spend some time - I loved the peaceful location. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, bathroom was the best I’ve had on this trip so far. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Good location for the Path of the Gods walk and set it a lovely town with plenty of shops and eating places. The best thing was the friendliness and warm nature of the hosts Cristina and Antonella. I will hopefully be back again one day.
- Gustavo Montoya (10/5): - The location was beautiful, incredibly quiet and perfect to get away from the more touristy areas. The area has narrow streets, but it is walkable. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, their hospitality is greatly appreciated. I needed some peace and quiet, this property gave me exactly the rest I needed.
- Regan (9/5): Fantastic bed and breakfast in the outskirts of Amalfi! The hosts were lovely, I just wish they had warned us about the - Beautiful house and surroundings (ie. mountains), and great breakfast selection! There seemed to be fireworks set off quite often (would’ve been nice to be notified by the hosts that it was a saint day) and the thunder was very loud.
- Luis (10/5): - Amazing service and convenient location
- Serena (10/5): Couldn’t ask for a better place ! - We stayed at the villa Elisa for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was lovely, lots of selection and tasty and fresh every day, they make lovely coffee for you too!
The two ladies were very kind and considerate, helpful with any questions we had
about travel, restaurants, and sightseeing etc. They even let us check in a bit early when we arrived to avoid us some hassle.
The room was very spacious, clean and stocked with everything we could need. The A/C was working great in such hot weather.
The villa has a lovely terrace where you can admire the mountains and sit and read or relax which we enjoyed using. And there was a lovely family of cats which were all very friendly :)
The location was terrific, we were able to get the bus to amalfi two days, and then did the amazing Path of the Gods hike on our last day which was long and tiring but so mesmerising.
Nearby, there are many nice restaurants like Rabbit, which was so cheap but amazing food.
We loved our time with you, and would recommend the villa to anyone wanting to stay in the area. thank you! Nothing! It was perfect
- Emilia (8/5): Very good - Very quiet area, restaurant close to accommodation, bus stop a few meters away. It seems expensive for the rooms offered. A lot of dust and spiders in the room! It does not specify that the bed for one person is actually a very uncomfortable folding bed.
- Bijay (10/5): Lovely location only 45 minutes away from Amalfi by bus and next to the path of gods trail walk -
- Veronika (9/5): Superb - It was a great stay at the Amalfi Coast! The villa is located in a calm and quite location, surrounded by mountains. The view from my window was just out of the world - increadible!
Very clean, the owners really put their heart into hosting guests. The wifi worked perfectly, bed was comfy.
But keep in mind that Pianillo is up high in the mountain and the road can sometimes be tricky.
- Gheorghe (9/5): Very good - Breakfast was very good.
The rooms are big and comfortable.
The location is very quiet and the landscape is nice.
There are few good restaurants in the village.
Agerola is the best location to start going on the 'Path of Goods'. Buses are available for going to the Amalfi Coast (6 - 8 minutes walking from the Vila). However, the trip with the bus will take 40 minutes to arrive in Amalfi and the buses are usually crowded (at least in July).
- Eman (9/5): Superb -
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were as lovely as the beautiful scenery, biggest thank you to them. The location was a great fit for us as people looking for a quiet location amongst the nature. The food in the area was surprisingly great quality and much cheaper than what we found in the Amalfi area. Couldn't have found something more perfect for us. Bonus points for having adorable kittens
- Cassandra (10/5): - The villa was lovely, but the service that Cristina and Atonella provided was unmatched. They were kind and very helpful to us. They made our stay here memorable! The breakfast was yummy too!
- Abdel Khalek (10/5): - This place is a gem! The room was a very nice size, the bathroom was modern and everything was impeccably clean.
It’s only a few minutes away from bus connections to Amalfi and a short walk from the Santieri Degli Dei trail head. Restaurants, farmacies and grocery stores are also within a short walking distance.
And Cristina and Antonella were very kind and gracious hosts. Would absolutely stay there again.
- Alicia (10/5): Great spot to stay for the stunning hikes in Agerola! - The perfect quiet place in a mountain town to rest when in the area for the gorgeous hiking trails! 5min walk to the main square where you can head to Path of the Gods, or Tres Calli, and others (all stunning). Lovely breakfast in the morning, and a restaurant is down the street for dinner. Kettle, mini fridge in the room, hot showers, the owners were very kind, we enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future for sure!
- Kalko (10/5): Exceptional - The service was so kind. We had a lovely stay. I recommend it highly :)
- Hristo (10/5): Exceptional - There are two really kind ladies who run the villa. The place is very clean and cozy. It is quiet location in a green and beautiful area. We do highly reccommend this place.
- Velásquez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abderrahmen (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Very welcoming host. Spotless place. Good location. Will definitely book again if around the area.
- Ella (10/5): A beautiful, calm stay - Friendly and helpful staff. The property was quiet, clean and has beautiful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi coast. Our room had a stunning view! The breakfast was plentiful.A stones throw away from God's Path and a short drive to all the touristic spots. Nothing to say here!
- Denise (8/5): Very good - Good Villa, in the mountain cleaned, with big bedrooms and nice owners. Breakfast very good.
- Manwen (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast and the shower. None
- Paulina (10/5): Great place to stay close to Positano in the mountains -
- Graham (10/5): Lovely stay - thank you. - This was a lovely stay with my wife. Villa Elisa is tucked away off the main road with walking distance to the centre for food and drinks. Communication was excellent and were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was customisable and very good. We visited due to walking 'The Path of Gods' and location was perfect. Space for parking too. Would highly recommend.
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly people and stay was very comfortable. The view and the food amazing :) will visit again for sure!
- Léa (6/5): - The service was very nice and attentive . The rooms are clean but very minimally equipped, there was no AC. The breakfast is very simple . The overall setting is nice and calm but pretty simple and rustic . It’s a good base to explore the Amalfi coast.
- Sammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (10/5): - The town where it’s located is really beautiful and the place where it is has great views
- Maria (10/5): Lovely cosy B&B in the mountains - The B&B is in a cosy town up in the mountains. The cool breeze in the mornings and evenings is a refreshing break from the hot Amalfi Coast weather. The place is surrounded by nature, farms, and mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Having breakfast outside and stargazing at night adds to the charm. It is the town to start the Path of Gods for the ones that like hiking.
The B&B itself is lovely and cosy, with the two friendly ladies who run it making the stay special. They're always ready to help with any questions about getting around. The rooms are always clean and neat, and the common areas are nice to hang out in. All in all, it's a great place to stay for a relaxing mountain getaway after visiting the hot coast.
For first-time travellers that want to explore the whole area of the Amalfi Coast, I recommend renting a car to get around since it takes 40 min to get down to Amalfi with the buses and Amalfi is usually the starting point to visit other towns. But the bus works fine as well since it runs every 20 min up and down. Everything was perfect!
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Cosmin (10/5): - Great hosts, thank you Cristine and Antonela for your hospitality!. Nice apartment in a very nice villa in Agerola, very close to the bus stop to Amalfi and also close to "Sentiere degli dei" beautiful trail.
- Melissa (10/5): - The ladys at Villa Elisa were very kind and helpful with transportation needs around almalfi area. The room was really nice a roomy for me and my 2 girls. Thank you.
- Erik (8/5): Very good - Beatiful view, nice room and bathroom, good wifi, good location, nice staff. OK breakfast, but not fantastic. Paid extra for the eggs. The beds are not comfortable. The pillows are gigantic and hard.
- Reena (10/5): Beautiful surroundings, homestay feel with all the luxuries of a holiday - Nicest accommodation of our 3 week trip in 4 countries in Europe. The room was homely, charming, peaceful, surrounded by mountains covered in trees and birds and birdsong. Breakfast was simple but delicious and warm and welcoming. Our hosts were communicative and helpful and flexible. Can't think of anything
- Liran (9/5): Would be happy to come back - Great service from the staff. very friendly and welcoming.
Great location to visit Positano and Amalfy
- Ashlly (9/5): Superb - very close to bus station to explore the amalfi coast. very nice staff wifi wasn’t very good
- Alison (9/5): Superb -
- George (10/5): Calming, quaint town, great breakfast included - Wonderful, relaxing, comfortable stay. It was a welcome relief from the hustle of our Italy trip so far. Started the Path of the Gods trail from here. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Great breakfast included. Will return. Walked to Crazy Burger Bar for great pasta and wine. Really nice people in town. Room spacious and very clean. All basics included. Beautiful views.
- Ioana (10/5): Wonderful and peaceful stay. - We loved the location as it's in the middle of a valley which gives a panoramic view of Agerola. So much serenity. Not applicable.
- J.V. (10/5): - Very friendly owners.
Access to Amalfi needs to be by bus takes 30 mins.
Have to be very cautious of weather conditions, driving can be very tricky when there is dense fog.
- Chenot (8/5): Great place to stay. - The family room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was copious and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The location is prefect for exploring the Amalfi coast with lots of good local restaurants nearby.
- Nebojsa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): We loved the peacefulness of Villa Elisa, the charm of the town, the closeness to the trails, and the kind inn keepers. - It was close to good hiking trails. The room was wonderful - large, comfortable, clean, balcony with beautiful views. The town had good restaurants. The staff were lovely. They really took care of the guests. The breakfast was good too. It is wasn’t a problem for us, but it does take planning to arrive by public transit. The buses are often full and you may have to stand up on the bus while it ventures through winding switch backs on narrow roads.
- Ace (10/5): Stunning place, wonderful owners and the best scrambled eggs! - Beautiful grounds and views, room was spotless. The two ladies were absolutely wonderful and they make the best scrambled eggs for breakfast! Absolutely nothing.
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Everything was ok, the hosts were really nice and helpful. We landed with some delay and did not make it in time for the check in, but they helped us to find new transport connection to reach the property and waited for us. During the stay they gave us suggestions for the local transport.
- Taelor (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very pleasant and the property was green and beautiful. The town of Agerola is small but has everything you need. Try out the restaurant “Rabbit” for good food at a decent price. The size of the room was quite large. But we were really hoping for a comfortable bed as most of our stays in Italy have had poor quality pillows/sheets and mattresses as hard as rocks. This was unfortunately the case. Hard mattress, itchy sheets and a rock hard mattress. Getting anywhere on a bus is quite the nightmare from this town so be aware.
- Laeticia (10/5): stunning - love the fresh air and the nature ! beautiful view ! the women working are so nice few flies Around but for the money we paid worth it ! bring pest t’épelant
- Müyesser (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect family , perfect house.
- Teemu (9/5): Superb - Super friendly and helpful staff with good and clear English skills. Great location near bus stop and Piazza with amazing mountain views. Beautiful villa, room and garden. Very clean room with lots of table and wardrobe space. Breakfast was smaller and more simple than we expected. The shower did not work properly. Otherwise everything was great.
- Richard (10/5): good base for visiting Amalfi coast - perfect base for visiting Amalfi coast. convenient parking, quiet area to rest after a tiring day at the coast. Bus stop is 5minute walk if you opt not to drive to Amalfi. good breakfast none
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was in excellent order and very clean. Its a short drive to the square with local restaurants and shops. We had a four nights there and breakfast was well laid out and too much to eat. There is a fridge in the rooms to keep your own drinks. The drinks supplied were expensive. The interior is pleasant but not too modern.
The outside of the Villa was clean and extensive with great views. Parking was great right next to the Villa. The owners were very helpful and speak good English, live nearby and are quick to come if required. We would definitely go back and recommend highly.
- Kelly (10/5): Comfortable and modern - Fairly easy to find. It’s really quaint but the rooms are very modern and practical. The host was very accommodating. Short walk to town with many restaurants and cafes.
- Darius (10/5): In the nature yet close to the hot spots - Rooster crowing every morning, red gorgeous tomatoes in the backyard, black juicy grapes in the front yard, it's a little paradise village. Perfect location. Family house renovated by owners daughters and transformed into a Bed and breakfast with 4/5 rooms. Feels like home. Very clean. The 2 ladies are amazing. Best guides to give you advice about how to plan your local activities. Also breakfast is above expectations for the price. Breakfast itself is worth 10 euros. Do the math and figure how inexpensive is the room. Can't recommend enough.
- Michelle (10/5): - This was a great place to stay! Nice and quiet, yet close enough to walk into town and enjoy the great local restaurants. The beds and pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Fantastic location. Great service. My only recommendation is to improve the coffe in the breakfast.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Enjoyable weeks stay. Friendly, helpful owners. Beautifully clean guest house.
Short walk to bus stops for excursions.
Excellent position if you are in to walking/hiking.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful B&B perfectly located for exploring the Amalfi and other places. Have already recommended it to others!!
- A (10/5): Recommend! - Lovely room, amazing views, really friendly staff who were happy to help with ideas of which places were best to visit and how. The places they recommended for dinner were also very nice. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Our room also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on to take in the views. All in all I would recommend this to family or friends as an ideal base to explore the area!
- John (10/5): A peaceful relaxing oasis near the Amalfi coast. - Villa Elisa was outstanding. It was a superb renovation of an old family home, which created spacious well equipped rooms with immaculate en suites. Breakfast was delicious with home made local specialities. There was gated parking and good Wifi access. It was an easy walk to Bomerano for shops and restaurants. The start of the 'walk of the gods' was nearby. Christine and Antoinella looked after all our needs and we're very helpful.A kettle in the room was great.
