- Verified traveler (8/5): - 在山丘上的可愛小民宿。 喜歡民宿主人的設計風格，一體成型的空間開闊感，沒有門的沐浴空間，私密的戶外小吊床和浴池，望出去就是海岸頂埔的大草原。 手作早餐也很豐盛，民宿主人很親切，附近還有多家民宿在蓋，但洋老院還是頗有特色的民宿之一。 另外現在沒有戲水池了。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 好一場放空的舒適旅程 - 想要來墾丁放空，調劑身心靈，選這邊就對了！！晚上坐在房間外的庭院躺椅上，仰望著星空、享受著微風，超－舒－服－！！布置很美，適合拍照。有可愛的狗兒跟貓兒，有親切的人員陪我聊天，而且早餐好讚好好吃～～唯一比較可惜的是，後院的浴缸內有很多不知道是什麼的屑屑，有點像泡棉或海綿？？但整體而言是乾淨的，床非常好睡。

- Peiru (10/5): 遠離墾丁塵囂又部會太遠的好選擇 - 我們喜歡到墾丁度假，這是第一次選擇住在這個區域，離墾丁市區不遠的小山坡上，是一個可以看見海的高地，相對於墾丁鬧區，這裡更適合親子旅遊或是想要放鬆的旅人，安靜舒適不壅擠，讓人與人的交流更是容易。 民宿前的大草皮適合孩子們運動踢球消耗精力，大大綑的牧草捲散落草皮別有一番風味。 房間比市區的大一點，四人房的KING SIZE床鋪，讓人睡得非常舒適。
- CHIAOHUI (10/5): 下次還會再來 - 很少遇到老闆跟員工對待旅客方式像是朋友一樣，住宿三天兩夜中不管遇到什麼問題，都會盡力幫你解決，雖然洋老院離墾丁大街有一段，但下次還是會選擇來此入住
