Guest Reviews
- Anusha Jaysreebye (9/5): -
- Ashish (9/5): Superb -
- Piyush (4/5): Disappointing - Location Services
- Stephanie (4/5): - The hotel was expensive for what it was. There was music from the restaurant until late and while I was glad that people were having a good time, I was needlessly awoken early by hotel staff.
- Deepakshah52 (1/5): Bad -
- Madhu (1/5): Bad -
- Thakur (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness and services were good Lights in the room were dim . Tissue box and no hand wash in toilet .
- Agrim (8/5): Very good -
- Sajeesh (1/5): Bad -
- Krishan (5/5): Average - Location was good. Staff was good Its all about value for money. Charges are high as per the facilities. Tea was so bad. Electricity issues and you can hear sounds from the gallery in your room.
- Jitendra (8/5): Overall good experience and strongly recommended as a result of good Human Resource. - Breakfast of choice was there. It was tasty and the staff was attentive. The seats and tables were clean. The plates and side plates were mat black which is rather odd. An odd fly was disturbing but there seem to be no standard SOP to get rid of it. The location is very good for visiting Janam Bhoomi. The staff at reception, restaurant was attentive. The kitchen seemed cramped and unable to take certain legitimate orders during dinner time due to mismatch between demand and lack of capacity in kitchen.
- Ankit (1/5): Bad - Nothing Tv chalu ni h bar bar staff ko bulane pr v tal diya.
Ac se pani gir rha th. Farsh ganda tha.
- Maji (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sanjay (7/5): ok for 1 or 2 nights - location good room size small
- Sharma (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.
- Prasad (2/5): absolute waste - very bad
greedy peoples
dont waste your money
- Prasad (2/5): very bad - very bad.very poor house keeping.unhygenic food.they want only money. dont try this .not worth for money
- neel (6/5): Hotel is so so - we stayed three days with family. Hotel is not so great. there is issue with WIFI in room. Hotel is associated with a restaurant who provies good dosa.
- Bhavesh (10/5): One of Best Hotel and value for money in Mathura - We reahed early before check in times (hours) Mr.Pankaj on reception arranged for welcome drink a hot cup of tea and also gave us early check-in.
Excellent breakfast (taste and varieties)
Thanks to Expedia for good deal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Varanasi Visit - According to Expedia this hotel offers free breakfast. I incurred additional costs because hotel does not offer free breakfast after asking hotel staff.
- Sanjiv (2/5): - Stay experience was not good, the hotel gave a wet pillow and said they don't have any other pillow to replace.... Stay was not comfortable at all.
- prem kumar (2/5): Very bad experience with the Hotel - I booked a luxury room with twin beds, for 2 adults 2 children 12,13 yrs. Got one small regular room with an extra bed for 1 child. There was no place for a second bed for the second child!
No body knew about the booking which was confirmed by Hotel.com
The only thing is that it is a new Hotel, so it was atleast clean, otherwise it is nothing like what the pictures show. Lift could not be used because of the stink caused by dead rats.
