• Lina (9/5): Lovely family hotel - We liked the staff, the food and the facilities the most! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special as a guest! The manager is absolutely amazing, super good and attentive! Our most favourite bar people Mina and Atef are gems and a real credit to the hotel! Lifeguards have super strong attention to detail, which helps parents relax at the poolside having children running and playing around. Entertainment team lead by Hazel are super nice and made our evenings really enjoyable! Reception staff are super professional and informative! Big shout out to the chefs for the most beautiful food! A massive shout out to the boy that served in the restaurant at the breakfast and allowed me to take a plate with the food to my boy that wasn't feeling well and was still in bed, even though food is not allowed outside the restaurant. Cleaning lady was very good and went above and beyond to make our room clean everyday! All the staff are absolutely amazing! Didn't like that the hotel was too far away from the sea, on the other hand it is not a hotel's fault it is more of a location that wasn't very convenient. But shuttle bus on the other hand solves the problem.

• Roam22478965289 (8/5): Lovely stay, could have been better! - We stayed here from the 20th Oct to 30th Oct. Overall we had a great time and were sad to be returning home. I will break it down as follows, Food - Amazing! They have different themed night throughout the week and overall the food was a really good standard and hot. The buffet did get extremely busy and noisy in the early evening making the restaurant feel really full. The staff all worked very hard bringing you drinks and clearing plates. We preferred to sit outside by the pool and never struggled to get a seat. Meze restaurant is a must that was great. Entertainment - My 9 and 3 old loved the entertainment. The kids club is good and the evening kids disco was a hit! All the entertainment team worked really hard. Pools - The top pool with slides is great and the kids loved the big and small slides. You have to be over 6 yrs for the big slides but there are other smaller ones. Lifeguards were very switched on. The quieter pool near the restaurant was also excellent! Neither pools are heated so are quite cool but it was nice in the heat. My only negative here was the age old subbed problem! On our first day we didn’t put our towels out and when we went to the pool at 10am there were no beds available and we had to sit on the floor! Some beds had towels on them but we never saw anyone returning to them. The next day I got up at 8am to put some towels out and the beds had almost gone. Consequently I was up at 730 everyday putting towels out just so we could get a bed which I found ridiculous and frustrating! Rooms - Lots of comments on here about big balconies and nice views. We had neither. Our room was on the ground floor and we didn’t have a balcony just a small patio area with some plastic chairs. There was no view and the room was dark and felt dingy. I made a complaint on our second day about the mould in the bathroom, dangerously insecure set of drawers, broken furniture and only have 3 chairs despite there being 4 of us. None of these issues were addressed. The staff were all great! We visited the beach a few times at Fig Tree Bay, this was lovely, the sand and sea are unreal! The free bus from the hotel is good too. Overall a good holiday just a few bits could have been better.
• Jemma1530 (10/5): Excellent - We had the most wonderfully week at Louis At Ellias in October. The food was lovely with so much choice to choose from and the staff went over and beyond to help you. The apartments were just right for a family of 4. They were cleaned each day and were given fresh towels, and are very spacious .We was in room 99 and the view from the balcony was magnificent. The manager of the hotel is so friendly and cares a lot about all of his guest. Never seen that at any other hotel we've stayed at. He was brilliant.. The life guards were awesome, they watch all the kids on the slides form 10 am till 6pm and ensured everyone was safe. Protrus is about 15 minute week l, it's a lovely walk down there and so many ships and bars. The beach is also about 15 minutes walk too... I will definitely be returning in the future. Cyrus is an amazing place. The Swifts.

• JohnE572 (10/5): Another wonderful stay at a great hotel! - Once again our family has had a wonderful holiday at the Louis St Elias Hotel in Protaras, for which our deepest thanks are due to the whole staff team. Everyone is so welcoming and makes guests feel comfortable. Restaurant staff are absolutely on top of their game - although the hotel was full, tables were cleared quickly and the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service were maintained. We particularly noticed how hard they all worked when the restaurant was really busy. The kitchen staff also deserve a big mention - food is very good, varied and plentiful, with lots of wonderful fresh produce and something for everyone. This is somewhere I'd feel absolutely safe bringing my coeliac daughter, or vegetarian friends, but there's plenty for the carnivores too. The rabbit stifado I had at one meal was one of the finest dishes I've eaten in years. Again, even at busy times, there's plenty to eat, and it's beautifully presented. Our room was kept spic and span by the cleaners, and the whole hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The bar staff were very helpful, cheerful professional and remembered our drinks preferences from previous visits, and entered into the spirit of the evening entertainments. They really give the impression of enjoying their jobs, and that they're pleased to work at St Elias. In fact that sense that everyone takes pride in their work and wants guests to enjoy their stay runs through everything the staff team at the hotel do. A request we had regarding our room was no problem, and it's clear that managers take their roles very seriously. Floris and Jake were always visible, and constantly checking to make sure everyone was happy and settled. The entertainment staff were exceptional. They are really dedicated to their jobs and this comes through in all that they do. Our grandchildren really enjoyed all the games and pool activities, and we especially enjoyed the Picky, even me, a dyed-in-the-wool old grump whose idea of fun is wall-to-wall Mahler and Bruckner... If, as Thomas Carlyle suggested 'genius is the infinite capacity to take pains' the Louis St Elias is genius personified, in a really talented and caring group of people. We've already booked our next stay!

The hotel is extremely well managed and looked after, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is very good and the pools and slides great fun. For us what sets the hotel apart is how well the staff get on with each and the guests which creates a lovely atmosphere. From the life guards to the cleaners from management to the bar staff and restaurant staff to entertainment, all work in symmetry to ensure the guests all well looked after, feel completely comfortable, relaxed and having the best time. Special honourable mentions to Mo on the bar, Flouris and Jake and the entire entertainment team all of whom were just brilliant and put so much effort in. Finally an extra special thank you to Ryan and Lola for sprinkling the stardust and making a lovely holiday truly magical. Well done everyone at Louis St Elias
• evasbonanzamegamentt (10/5): Heaven is a place on earth - Absolutely unbeatable hotel and resort. We got back past week and were in a large party of 12, they never disappointed the entire time! The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Protaras, the sea and the beautiful church on the hill. There is a lovely cool breeze across the hills in the evening even though we hit 29 degrees everyday without fail. Food in the resort was some of the best all inclusive I have ever experienced, additionally themed nights mean you don't end up with a load of odds and ends. Fresh salads were delicious and the far East night was some of the best Chinese food I've eaten for sometime! The staff really are the true asset to this jewel and the lifeguards are really lovely (shoutout to the superb Domitri who will surely be in the next Marvel movie) what was noted was that they always were friendly and professional and the cocktails were knockout (no measurements were required as my liver can now confirm 😂). The manager was also very approachable and would come over and chat, often helping the staff on the bar in the busier periods. What I loved was how available and appreciated he was by his staff. Finally the activities were really well arranged and I was really impressed with the entertainment team, they are constantly putting in a great shift making great things happen like waterpolo, football and much more. Friendly cats come and sit with you when you sit outside the bar. Location wise Louis is about a 15 min walk from the heart of Protaras however a free bus goes from the hotel every hour. The town has a great selection of beeches and water sports and many live bands at night. All in all this is a outstanding resort where the incredible, personable staff will go out of their way to make your stay spectacular.

Just back from our first (and definitely not our last!) stay at Louis St. Elias Resort, and honestly, it completely lived up to all the amazing reviews we’d read before going. If you’re thinking about booking for the first time — do it! You won’t regret it. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and were lucky enough to get the room we’d requested. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond — it truly has such a warm, family feel. A special shoutout to Flouris — you’re an absolute treasure! I’ve never seen a manager so interactive and genuine with guests; the bonds you make here really do make it feel like home. The entertainment team were incredible — so much fun during the day, and the evening shows were brilliant. Hazel, you’re a star, you really know how to put on a show! 🎤✨ The food was fantastic with loads of variety — even my very picky little boy ate better than expected 😄. The waiting staff were lovely and so kind with him. The Meze restaurant is an absolute must-visit — the food there was beautiful, full of flavour, and such a lovely experience from start to finish. The pool area was spotless, the lifeguards were great, and the cocktails (especially Mohammad’s at the pool bar) were unreal! 🍹 Our housekeeper kept our room spotless and was always so friendly. I also treated myself to an 80-minute wellness massage, and it was absolute heaven — highly recommend if you need some “me time”! The shuttle bus to the beach was super handy too, especially with little ones, running regularly throughout the day. We honestly had the best time and can’t wait to come back. It’s such a special place that makes you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. (Special thanks to Flouris for being always around and Abdo who's been talking care of our room)There was plenty of entertainment for both adults and children, so there was something for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — we will definitely be back!
• CharlottiHolmes (10/5): The best staff who can’t do enough for you!! - We have just returned from THE best 11 day holiday at this resort. The weather was fantastic as was the food and company but what really made our stay truly special was the tremendous team of staff. We came at the end of the season when you’d expect people to be flagging but it was quite the opposite, loads of energy from the entertainment team and bar and restaurant staff who genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. The manager is also a celebrity double - none other than the Jurassic park legend Jeff Goldblum, Jeff (Flouris) you were wonderful and made us all feel so special and welcome for our friends 50th birthday. Julie on reception was fantastic at organising our table for our friends birthday and another lady was really helpful in allowing us an extra hour on our room before we left. The hotel provided a cake and decorated our dinner table with balloons etc and Abouf and several of the restaurant team came over and sang happy birthday which really made our friends day. Mohammed jnr was the kids best friend with his special cocktails - oh yeah and oh no! All the bar staff were fantastic and I wish I could remember their names to call them out separately also Andrea who was there when we came 4 years ago! Hazel, Ryan, Orla, Miah, Lily and Lola were the best entertainment team we’ve seen at a hotel they knew everyone by name and made a real effort to come and chat - they even came and waved us off when we got picked up and the kids loved the picky song and all the entertainment. We nearly got barred from the music quiz as our eldest is a bit of a master and kept getting all the answers right 😂 The lifeguards were also brilliant and there’s even another lookalike in the form of the rock 😆 honestly if you want a fantastic family holiday where you’re made to feel super welcome and have the best time you need to come here - we’ve been back a day and missing it so much, both girls have serious holiday blues today and tbh the adults aren’t far behind! • laurenhW8714UX (10/5): Amazing - Absolutely Amazing Family Holiday! We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at this hotel, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so attentive, welcoming, and friendly they truly made us feel at home. A special mention has to go to Flouris, the manager, who was absolutely wonderful and became best friends with our son! The bar/restaurant staff all so lovely and friendly! The entertainment team was fantastic and worked tirelessly every day and night to keep everyone smiling. Hazel ran the team brilliantly, Ryan was amazing with our children, and Ola’s voice was simply outstanding. Every show was top-quality, and their energy and effort never failed to impress. The food was exceptional always something for everyone and cooked to perfection each time. We loved the variety and the quality at every meal. The location was great too just a short 10-minute walk to the Protaras strip, with a convenient shuttle bus running hourly to both the strip and the beach. It was truly the best holiday for our family with a 13-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son, it can be hard to please everyone, but this hotel managed to make all of us so happy. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
• Bones_and_Stones (10/5): A wonderful family hotel - adult relaxation, fun for kids, fantastic staff, great food - This is a wonderful hotel, made wonderful by its hard-working, personable and very friendly staff, and it’s lovely food. The whole resort was also kept immaculate - considering the number of people and the AI/poolside drinks/snacks aspect, it was always so clean and tidy. We went as a family of three, and it was the perfect hotel for primary-school aged children to be entertained in a safe environment, allowing parents to relax. I would describe the room we had as comfortable, clean and tidy, but not luxurious. This was exactly what we were expecting though and the bed mattress was incredibly comfortable. We had a problem on the first night with a balcony door lock in our room, and first thing in the morning the manager had a handy-man with us fixing the issue (they had also offered us the option to move rooms immediately, which we declined) - amazing service!). The entertainment crew were also brilliant - seemed to know everyone by name (who chose to interact with them). They ran the kids club (all British team, DBS checked, etc) which was in a lovely little space in the heart of the complex, and also ran all the activities at the ‘family’ pool. The family pool is the one adjoined to the water slide pool, which was definitely pretty lively throughout the day and again at night as this was close to the stage area. The entertainment crew ran the daily stretch yoga, poolside kids competitions, kids club, and then popped up at night again for the kids disco, and various shows and quizzes. All optional, and all up in the busier ‘zone’ which could all be avoided by staying at the ‘quiet’ pool close to the main bar and restaurant for those without children or wanting a more peaceful life (we threw ourselves into the liveliness though, and loved it, as did our child). The food was a real highlight - very fresh, so much choice, and in particular the Greek Cypriot food was lovely. We ate out one night but honestly the quality of the food at the hotel was better, so we didn’t bother again. The ‘tasting menu’ restaurant Mezze was also very good, so would recommend that. The whole resort catered to children brilliantly, including at the buffet and spa where you could do an adult and child’s massage. The facial I had was also wonderful - really left my skin hydrated after a week in the sun. The hotel is set back from Protaras next to the beautiful chapel of St Elias (go up for sunset!), and this is a good thing - makes it feel more peaceful and secluded. Protaras is a busy touristy place complete with Starbucks, MacDonald’s etc. The free hourly shuttle bus took only minutes and was a great perk, but we mostly stuck the hotel as our goal was adult relaxation and child fun. Being able to use the resort all day (poolside, all bars/restaurants etc) after checkout when you have a late flight was also brilliant. This hotel is a shining example of how the staff make a place!
• 818catherinew (10/5): Fab holiday to St Elias - Just returned from a wonderful stay at Louis St Elias in Protaras 17th-24th October. It was our first visit to the area (although we have visited Cyprus in the past) and did not disappoint. The accommodation We stayed in a 1 bed apartment between the upper and lower pools. Although the apartment could do with a bit of refurbishment, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the living room for the kids and plenty of storage. There was also a huge balcony with a seating area. Unusually, for an all inclusive package holiday, we were always able to go out at 8/8.30 and be able to get sunbeds. No 6.30am scramble needed. Could be different in busier weeks though. The rooms with private pools looked lovely, but I don’t think we would have made use of the pool with everything else going on in the hotel. We spent one day at Fig tree bay where the beach was beautiful, if a little crowded and the sea was warm. There is a free shuttle bus available from the hotel to get to the beach. The food The food was delicious and varied. Every day there was a different theme in the main restaurant. We ate out in Protaras on a couple of nights. It was a 15 minute walk downhill to the main strip, and a €10 taxi back to the hotel. There were lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, all reasonably priced. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the on site Greek restaurant where we had the meze. The food was delicious and plentiful and even our super fussy kids ate well. Drinks were good quality and mostly branded spirits. The entertainment The jewel in the crown of this hotel was the fabulous entertainment. Huge thanks go to the exceptionally talented group of entertainers who kept us and our kids busy with quizzes, activities and a glitzy professional show every night. Special mention goes to Ryan and Lola who took time to meet us in reception to say goodbye before we left for home. Such a lovely touch in their incredibly busy day. Picky picky picky will be an earworm for a long time. The staff All the entertainers and staff from the cleaners to the bar staff to the general manager to the pool lifeguards were super friendly and looked to be actually enjoying their job. The hotel got very busy towards the end of our stay but they all kept their professionalism and friendliness throughout. There were a few negative points - broken sunbeds were annoying but we’re coming towards the end of the season - Noisy aircon at night time, but we didn’t complain as we were having a great time - Very busy towards the end of our week so difficult to find space to sit at the entertainment and spaces around the pool went quicker - Would benefit from a pool table to keep the tweens and teens entertained - Pool was a bit cold but ok once you got in None of this would detract from me giving the hotel a 5* rating. I would not hesitate in recommending Louis St Elias to anyone considering staying.

• jodiel738 (10/5): Amazing - Just returned from an amazing 7 days at this hotel. There honestly is not one bad thing I can say other than I wish o would have booked longer! The rooms are massive have everything you need and are cleaned everyday. The pools and slides are excellent for the kids I travelled with an 11 and 14 year old and they both loved them. Food was excellent something for everyone even if you’re a fussy eater. Snacks are served next to the pool bar nuggets, chips, burgers, toasties and ice cream. The entertainment staff are amazing they are on the go all day and night and work their socks off. Lifeguards are friendly and very on the ball making sure everyone stays safe. Flouris and all his team are just amazing they go above and beyond for everyone so friendly nothing is too much trouble. We will defo be returning here and probably will for years to come. Thankyou Flouris for a wonderful experience.
• HonestReviewer010101 (6/5): Not large enough for an all inclusive - We’ve done 2 / 3 TUI/ Jet2 all inclusive holidays every year for several years and whilst this has some really good points, such as super friendly staff and good branded drinks, it’s clear this was a self catering hotel that has been converted to all inclusive. Unfortunately it’s not large enough in terms of facilities. Not enough space/ loungers around the pools for the number of guests with people having to sit in chairs. At dinner we experienced no tables, a single drink, no large plates, huge queues for food and no deserts! Food stations with pork/ chicken with no staff to cut and serve. If you don’t land for the mini disco at 8pm then you have no chance of a seat for the shows. Probably why everyone goes for dinner early and they can’t cope. Often a single person serving at bars, again leading to long queues. They just don’t have the space or staff for the number of guests. Not sure how this place gets so many good reviews based on our experience. God knows how the place will cope if it’s full for October half term!
• paulsJ5916DI (10/5): Lovely resort with exceptional food and service - We are a couple and its true that this is very much a family resort, but we really enjoyed our stay and this did not put us off at all. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts over the years and can honestly say the food was the best quality to date. The accommodation is a bit tired in places but perfectly adequate and comfortable, with the possible exception of the "gym" which was particularly basic. The staff were nearly all exceptionally friendly and Mohammed at the main pool bar felt like a friend after 10 days 😂. The entertainment team did a great job too and again well above what we have experienced at similar resorts.
• P3585SOjanetj (10/5): J Jones South Wales - This is the 6th time visiting this resort, and for us this place feels like our second home. The reason we keep coming back is the staff who always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is always very good and always a lot of selection, but we always do go to the main strip to have a meal and drink if we want a change. The rooms are always kept clean and the domestic staff work hard to keep them to a good standard. Having the resort located where it is , is a bonus for us as we like the piece and quiet, but if you want more going on the shuttle bus is a great bonus taking you down to the strip on the hour from 9 in the morning till 6 in the afternoon . Cyprus is a beautiful place to visit and we have already booked for next year. A massive thank you to Flouris and all his staff all over the resort again for making our holiday a great one . Also thank you to the entertainment team who work so hard to put on shows, keeping the children and us entertained. See you next year ❤️
• abiingram (10/5): Family fun - We have just had the most amazing week at St Elias. From the moment we arrived at the reception to the minute we left, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entertainment team were just fabulous. The daily activities for the kids were fun and varied, and it meant that we could get some well-needed time to relax by the pool! They also put on lots of good stuff for the adults too, my favourites being aqua-gym and darts. And the evening entertainment was just incredible. Orla’s singing deserves a special mention as she has a voice that makes you stop in your tracks, and such a presence on stage, she’s got an incredible career ahead of her. Ryan was also great, and the dancers were just fabulous, Lily, Hazel, Lola and Miah kept us well entertained all week. As the entertainment manager, Hazel deserves an award! Lily’s singing debut on our last night was a highlight, with her voice accompanying Orla’s in a duet that wouldn’t have been out of place on the West End! And thanks to the DJ for bringing the tunes every night :) The bar staff were brilliant, Mohammed Senior looked after us all week, with charm, humour and the best bar-tending knowledge. Mohammed Junior remembered what we liked to drink almost immediately and his infectious smile added a kick to the drinks :) Johanna had an extra smile for the kids and made them the best strawberry lemonade. Moustafa was also fab, he was so friendly and helpful. The food was gorgeous, with so much choice, and all fresh and available whenever we needed. The staff in the restaurant were all friendly, attentive and professional. The cleaning staff made our rooms fresh and clean every day, and even added a flourish of flowers and towel-animals for the kids. I highly recommend St Elias, particularly for families and anyone who wants to relax and have lots of carefree fun.
• pete3837 (10/5): Wonderful Family Holiday - We have just returned from the Louis St Elias. We travelled as a family of five including my wife, son, daughter in law and 8 year old granddaughter. We had two one bed apartments, which gave us that extra room in case our granddaughter wanted to stay with us. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Safe in the bedroom is free. Air Con units in the bedroom and in the lounge area, which also had a kitchen with fridge. It also had a walk in shower and not a bath. Our room, 92, was lovely and kept clean, thank you Kamar for the towel art as well. I had requested that the apartments be close together and Jake made sure of that. We did not hear any noise at night and we had perfect sleeps. It was great for us as we could visit the busier waterpark, but if we wanted a quieter time we went to the other pool for a siesta! Flouris the manager is so passionate about the resort and a credit to the company. He is everywhere! Always having a joke with everyone. All the staff were so happy and spoke, no matter how busy they were, thank you to all the waiting staff, bar staff and entertainers. The food and drinks were first class, in fact it was one of the best selections I have had from an all inclusive resort. Special mentions go to Ryan, the male vocalist. He makes it his mission to talk to almost everyone. He can remember everyone's name as well! Thank you, Hazel and your team for being so friendly and looking after our granddaughter. The bar staff can make some great drinks, thanks for the mojitos Mo! The best was the Hugo cocktail though! The waiting staff worked so hard cleaning tables to make sure nobody ever had to wait. Drinks were served to the table at Lunch and Dinner. My wife is vegetarian and never had a problem with the choices available. We walked into the beach a couple of times and it only took about 20 minutes to the strip and a bit longer to the beach. We also took advantage of the free bus laid on to got to Fig Tree Bay. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday.
• GrandTour17268682241 (10/5): What an amazing holiday. - Visited the hotel on 6th October 2025 with my wife, and what an amazing experience. This hotel is excellent. Firstly, the food was fantastic and tasted so good, with plenty of variety and theme nights. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the assistant manager Flouris was a gent. He always mixed with his guests and made sure everything went like like clockwork . I watched him walk a family to their bus and wave them off. How often do u see that interaction. This hotel has a very relaxed vibe . There is a quiet area where the adults tend to meet and drink, or you can join the families at the slides for a bit more entertainment. Best of both worlds . The entertainment team we're also excellent and hard working. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach on an hourly basis, which was also great. Our only criticism is that you had to put your water heater on prior to a shower with limited hot water, but it didn't put us off . We are looking to book again in the near future . Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful all-inclusive holiday. Sam and John.

Can't wait to come back next year! - Just back from 11 nights at St Elias, we will be back next year - despite the fact I have gained 10lbs from eating and drinking too much! I actually had to stop going for lunch as there was no need for me to have 3 x 3 course meals a day, that probably saved me from even more weight gain. No one went hungry and I have fussy kids who were filling their plates and going up for seconds at every meal. We were a group of 2 adults and 4 children and they were already pestering me to book for next year before we left. Firstly in response to reviews complaining about children - this is a family hotel and the entertainment and activities are aimed at them and the whole team is fantastic at keeping the kids busy. If you don't want to be disturbed by 'noisy children' or splashed, don't get a bed next to the pool and maybe stay in an adults only hotel :) Children deserve to enjoy their holiday and run off some energy. The whole entertainment team are amazing and really are so patient and fun with the kids, Orla said she wanted to come and wave the kids off when we were leaving as she'd had so much fun with them. She kept her word and came and had a lovely chat and waved us all off. She said she really loves her job and that's clear to see from all of the staff, from the bar, lifeguards, restaurant, gardeners, cleaners, reception staff and management (and anyone I have missed). Every single person I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the spa but had a lovely chat with the staff about the treatments, hopefully I will have the time to use it next year! The lifeguards go above and beyond, most I have seen at other hotels sit at the side of the pool and don't interact but the team at St Elias were on top of safety but also just as engaging as the rest of the team. We had a couple of days where there was rain and strong wind by the pool and they moved so fast to put down umbrellas and get people out the pool in the rain (I also heard many whistle blows keeping kids in line) but at the same time they were also joining in with the fun and the picky picky dance. In my opinion they also played the best music when the entertainment team were on their break between morning and afternoon sessions(!) I was telling my kids off for carrying on at the pool and they reassured me they were not causing any problems and that they were looking after them. Flouris is the most hands on manager I have ever seen, always visible and helping his team out whether its in the restaurant or behind the bar. He is always happy to see you, friendly and welcoming and checking everything is OK. Flouris and his team were so helpful and accommodating, I really can't praise them enough. We didn't have a problem with our rooms but had to book two due to availability. The team were checking every day if there was a room that we could all fit in together and a few days into our stay they were able to move us. We were so thankful for that attention to detail, they didn't have to do that for us and every day Flouris was checking if we were happy with our room. I have some very minor feedback which is that we and others were confused by the water heater, we actually missed it and had a few cold showers and then weren't sure if we should wait some time after pressing or if hot water should be instant as with 6 people and me going last I always ended up with the hot water running out for me. I think some very clear instructions above would be helpful - it might seem really obvious but after travelling all day and arriving late at night I don't think our brains were working haha! There is one door to the restaurant that is a heavy fire door and we saw two kids get hands and heads hurt when door slammed shut on them. I think it would be a great idea to change the door to avoid this and also make it easier for staff to move trolleys in and out. I also mentioned it would be nice to see some artwork on the walls in the rooms but we hardly spent any time there and was just an observation - in reality if you have any budget give all your staff a pay rise! Can't wait to return next year - enjoy your winter break team St Elias!

• KateL437 (10/5): An AMAZING place for families and couples! - Just WOW!!! When we say we will be back, we most definitely will be. We have done quite a few all inclusive holidays the past few years with young children as it’s just easier but by day 3 we have been eating out as it has just been the same mush. But not here!!! We ate out once for lunch as we spent the day at the beach. The food is fresh and delicious and sooooo much choice for a small dining room compared to huge hotels. Every breakfast, lunch and evening meal was lovely. The whole place is spotless and our room was cleaned everyday unless we told the lady to leave it. Fresh towels each day including swimming towels too. So much storage in the rooms, including drawers and wardrobe for our children who slept in the main room and we had a bedroom which also had plenty which was lovely as we could unpack fully and put the suitcases away. We stayed in room 5, which has the biggest balcony we have ever seen- not a great view but we didn’t really use it. We used the spa while we were there and 3 of us had different massages and they were out of this world, well worth a treat to help you unwind. We went in October so the hotel was quiet which was lovely as there was no fighting for beds or seats in the dining room or at the entertainment area at night but I can imagine it to be quite busy during school holidays. There are main to pools which is nice as the top pool is more for families and bottom for couples but we used both if the top pool got too much and no one seemed to mind children being down at the quieter pool. The staff make this place!!! Nothing was too much and they always made a fuss of our boys which was lovely to see. The hotel has the best animation team we have ever met!!!!! We miss them a lot. There is no pressure to get involved in activities but there is plenty to do for adults and children throughout the day and the quizzes are brilliant. Children’s disco at 8pm is fun and the shows/activities on an evening are great too! We laughed a lot! Drinks are amazing- no scrimping on alcohol at all! Branded alcohols used in most drinks which was nice as they tasted as they should do, plenty of choice including lovely milkshakes and cocktails which are strong!! Spent a day at the beach which is beautiful, clear waters and lots of places to eat. Try Fig Tree Bay restaurant- doesn’t look a lot from the outside but food is delicious and really reasonable. Genuinely one of the best holidays we have had as a family and we will definitely go back- no faults in our eyes at all we were extremely sad to leave! Thank Louis St Elias for some beautiful memories. ♥️
• spider56 (6/5): Won't return - Very disappointed Not what we expected at all . Very noisy. Full of children and out of control teenagers that life guards turned a blind eye too at the "quiet pool"... Suites outdated and the first accommodation was smelly and our view was the road and the local green over spilling stinking rubbish bin .. Yes the staff are amazing .Food and drink good but you don't pay 4k to be shot by super soakers when reading on a sunbed or be exposed to rude and often aggressive children all day long!!
• adpayne1 (6/5): Slightly underwhelmed - We are recently returned from our holiday at St Elias, and I have to say that compared to all the amazing reviews on here that convinced us to book, we are left feeling if we actually stayed at the same place. Don't get me wrong, it was a lovely holiday, and all reviews about the staff are accurate - they really are a great team....but... Our experience didn't get off to the best of starts when on our first night, we got to the resort at midnight and were rushed through to our room ( no welcome drink offered to us, and nothing other than a dried up sandwich in the fridge). We were shattered after a long and delayed flight so just needed a good night's sleep...unfortunately this is where it went wrong...the air con was SOOO noisy that we had to turn it off, which made the room too hot so we couldn't sleep. To top things off, the residents of the room below (a young couple with small child) started arguing and shouting and swearing at each other at 3am, dragging furniture around the room, and this noise continued through to the time we went up for breakfast at 8...no sleep for us that night! At this point we just wanted to turn around and go back home. We enquired at reception if there was the option of moving room, and to their credit they moved us across to the other side of the complex. Much quieter, a properly working air con, and no noisey neighbours. Things rapidly improved from here on in. The food choices were very good with different options each night, although quite often the meal would have gone cold before we finished eating. ( Pre warmed plates would help with this). The staff were always busy serving drinks and clearing tables, and doing so with a big friendly smile. We were surprised at just how many children there were at the resort at this time of year. We chose to go outside of school holidays to avoid them, but there were dozens of children there ( skipping school??), running about in and around the restaurant / eating area. We were slightly disappointed by the amount of litter left lying around the place, particularly on the paths that wind around the room blocks..I wonder if the discarded nappy that was there all the time we were there is still there, by the bridge that goes over one of the rain storm gullys ( leading to room 17)?? It's things like this that let the place down for us, and also things like the broken flag stones on the paths, the weeds and over grown bushes that need tidying up, the squeaky bathroom door that wakes your partner in the middle of the night, the kitchen cupboards that don't quite close properly, and the shower screen that just lets water run onto the floor creating a puddle ..the whole resort just looks tired and in need of repair. On the plus side, the hourly bus down to the strip and beach, and back again was very useful. The resort is sited on a fairly steep hill. The walk back up is doable, even with my walking difficulties, but the bus makes things very much easier. Would I recommend this resort to others? I think that depends on what your expectations are. If you have a young family then yes, this place is perfect. The entertainment team looked to be involved all through the day and night, entertaining the young and old alike (although it's not really our thing). We tried the night time entertainment once, saw a young man dressed up as a snow man ( in 30deg heat!!) singing a song we'd never heard of, in a low budget production show, so gave up on that and didn't go back. If you are a couple looking for a little bit of peace and quiet and luxury, then no, this is not the place for you, I would suggest you try elsewhere. We were looking for the perfect '5* go -to' resort that we could return to again and again, but this is not what we found here. After the first night we would have rated it 0*, but for all the positive things that are here it climbs to a 3*. In summary it was 'ok', but with a few simple improvements, it could be made so much better, so overall we left feeling a little bit underwhelmed, and will probably not return.
• PennySeaham (10/5): You Just have to go there!!!! - Sorry this review is a bit late but better late than never. We recently spent two fantastic weeks at the beginning of September (Beautiful time of the year to visit) at the St Elias resort and want to say what an amazing place this is. We can only repeat what everyone else has said. The food was amazing, be warned you will definitely gain weight. It's inevitable as you just can't choose what you want so you'll probably end up having a bit of most things. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Our 1 bedroom apartment was in an excellent location near to the jacuzzi which is adult only and set between the lower quiet pool and the upper big lively pool where all of the activities and slides are. We had Room 63 and our daughter had room 66 also in a good location near to us. I have slight mobility issues (I use a walking stick and struggle with steps) so asked for a lower room with a pool view. The staff will accomodate any request you make when you book if they possibly can do so. As we are an older couple in our 70's we really loved joining in with all of the more sedate activities (we drew the line at water polo), there really is something for everyone from the very young children to the not so young adults. Now we come to the entertainment team Hazel, Ryan, Lola, Lily, Miah, Orla and not forgetting DJ-Z. These guys literally never stop!! they work from early in the morning until late at night and still find the time to chat to the guests. True professionals. Of course we have to mention Flouris the manager. He is very hands on doing any job that needs doing yet still finding time for a game of darts and the Picky Picky dance most days. His favourite line is "Not enough" you'll have to play darts with him to understand what he's talking about. We can't not mention the staff in the restaurant especially Reda who likes to have a laugh and is great with the kids. All in all this is a wonderful resort and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks to every one of the St Elias family for making our wonderful holiday possible .
• Gonen (10/5): חופשה נהדרת,נחזור - היינו 17 אנשים שהשתמשו ב-5 חדרים. המלון פשוט מצויין,בנוי על צלע גבעה שצופה אל הים. הארוחות מגוונות וטעימות,לאורך כל היום אפשר לקבל בירה,יין,קוקטיילים,מילקשייקים.החדרים גדולים,נוחים ויפים. הבריכות גדולות ויפות.השירות היה מצויין. הגיע אלינו לביקור חבר שמתגורר בקפריסין,הם הסכימו שנארח אותו לארוחות ללא שום תשלום. בנוסף לחדר האוכל המצויין יש גם מסעדה צמודה,ללא תשלום נוסף.בערבים היו תוכניות בידור מושקעות,גם לילדים וגם למבוגרים. מהמלון אפשר להגיע לחוף בהליכה של 15-20 דקות. הווי פיי היה קצת חלש,והגינון בנקודות מסויימות יכול להיות קצת יותר מושקע,אבל זה ממש בקטנה.

• K7232LDerinh (10/5): Returning guests - Have just returned from our third visit. From the moment we arrived we were treated like friends, we arrived at 1am after our flight was delayed and the staff were amazing making sure we got a drink, they took our bags to our room and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities are great for families and couples, there is the quiet pool and the adult only spa, then there is the larger pool with slides for all to use with a separate kids pool. There is entertainment all day at the larger pool, the entertainment team are amazing they do all different activities for kids and adults from waterpolo, darts, beer/juice pong and song quizzes, the entertainment team get to know the whole family not just the children, Ryan, Lola and Hazel were great, our little boy attended kids club which he had to been signed in and out by an adult everytime. We all enjoyed the food, even our fussy teenager enjoyed it. The staff at this hotel truly make it amazing from the staff in the dinning room who were always happy and playful with the children, especially Reda, the bar staff were all great Mohammad is exceptional at making cocktails, he would get to know ur favourite drink and make different cocktails to try, Ahmed at the front desk was great from the moment we arrived he made sure that we had everything we needed and when we were due to leave was telling us to ensure we got food before we left, then we have Flouris the manager what a man, he is always talking to each and everyone of the guests ensuring they have everything they need for their stay, you always see him helping in the bar or dinning room ensuring that the staff are always looked after as well.
• K9734RMlynng (10/5): Brilliant holiday at this resort for our third visit - It has taken me a long time to settle down again after my third visit to this wonderful resort. I cannot praise it enough. I have never, ever, stayed in a hotel where all of the staff are so helpful, pleasant and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are amazing. It is not just the fact that the reception are welcoming and helpful, the bar staff are obliging and friendly, the catering staff and waiting staff are efficient and serve with a broad smile. The cleaners and maintenance staff are so considerate and work so hard to make it a lovely environment for you to stay in. There are too many wonderful people to mention individually of course – I haven’t even mentioned the lovely spa staff and lifeguards. A special mention goes out the amazing entertainment team who seem to be on duty morning until late in the evening. They entertained us during the day with my Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Zumba and our Darts and then put on brilliant shows and entertainment every evening. I wish I had their endless energy. Last but not least a mention of the managers who were all helpful and approachable, but a special mention for the amazing Flouris who is a friend to all. He seems to be always on hand to help in any way he can and is tireless in making sure all the guests are happy and enjoying their stay. No wonder so many people are ‘repeaters’ and come back year after year. I have such fond memories of our stay and will be singing the “Picky” song well into December I think. I look forward to hopefully seeing everyone again next year.

• 870emmai (10/5): The best family holiday - Family of 8 - parents, grandparent & 5 children (18,9,9,8,8) - 2 sets of twins for anyone wondering … Anyway!! Wow… what a fantastic holiday When we first arrived at the hotel (around 9pm) after a long day of travelling, we were greeted by staff and told to not worry about checking in , but to go and get some food and drink before the restaurant closed - this was great as the children were hungry :) Back to check in and the staff were friendly and so helpful. They took our bags to our rooms. The Manager Flouris (more about him further in the review) asked if my mum was ok to walk as she has limited mobility and uses a stick and if there was a problem with the location of our suites to just let him know. This is the first time we’ve stayed in suites rather than a hotel and I was apprehensive on the first night as my children go back & forth between the 2 rooms but this turned out to not be an issue as we were right next to each other. Suites were extremely spacious - plenty of room in the bedroom and then decent size bathroom and open plan kitchen/living area with twin beds , table, kettle, fridge, microwave. Food is great. People moaning on here but bear in mind you are on holiday and it’s never going to be the same as back home but it was lovely and a different theme every night. If you get chance, book the mezze experience (ask at reception) The staff… oh my gosh where do I start? EVERY member of staff was so polite & helpful and made our stay so much better… Julie on reception, the 2 gentleman that helped with our luggage (didn’t get their names unfortunately), Mohamed (the cocktail king) Johanna and MJ at the pool bar, another gentleman at the reception bar, the staff serving food and cleaning at the pool bar Shout out to Reda & samoeul for always interacting with the children and having the biggest smiles and 2 other gentleman in the main restaraunt, I think ones name was Afzhal and the other was an older man dressed in shirt & trousers who were so helpful. Then there are the entertainment staff - Ryan being a fellow Welsh person really made us feel welcome and the kids adored him. He’s a great singer & dancer. Lola, Hazel, lily, Mia & orla were all fantastic with the kids and did a lot of activities with them and put on some great evening entertainment. So thank you to you all :) Finally, the main man - the manager Flouris! What a guy… I’ve never been to a hotel where I’ve seen the manager everyday and they know the guests names etc! Flouris would be seen daily throughout the hotel, he spoke to us everyday to make sure all was well with our stay. I saw him pull guests suitcases to their rooms, serve drinks and food behind the pool bar, clean up in the restaurant… the man seems to live there and be extremely hands on but you can see he is a great manager and well respected by his staff and all of the guests Also a big shoutout to the lifeguards who were all polite but especially both Dimitri’s who were extremely friendly and made an effort to speak to us each day and make the slides even more fun for the kids. Honestly if you are thinking of going here for a holiday , book it! You will not be disappointed. We met a few people whilst we were there and they have returned to that hotel a few times and we will be doing so to! The two Mohammeds were brilliant, the restaurant staff took time to get to know you and the management made sure we were well looked after. The food was lovely and fresh, the pools were clean and the gym was a bonus. But above all else, I have to praise the AMAZING entertainment team. Fantastic shows, wonderful poolside entertainment and a brilliant atmosphere created by the fabulous Orla (what a voice!!), Hazel, Ryan, Lily, Lola and Miah. We’ll remember this holiday for a lifetime - thank you!

• happyhead1 (10/5): Fabulous hotel. Wonderful staff. - Home today after a fabulous 3rd visit at this beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a one bed suite and were lucky enough to upgrade to a pool room for a couple of days as a treat. Absolutely beautiful, fridge fully stocked, pastries and fruit brought to you daily. Food at the buffet is plentiful and tasty and replenished frequently. Also book a meal at the Meze for traditional Cypriot food brought to you as a number of courses to try. Beautiful food and perfect service. About 10 minute walk from the main strip which suits us and served by the hotel shuttle bus every hour during the day which will also drop you at Fig Tree Bay. The staff are the biggest asset at this hotel. A particular mention to Mohammed aka the Cocktail King, Reda who always had time for a joke and a chat at mealtimes, Andrea in the bar and everywhere always ready with a smile on her face. If you’re not happy with anything or need anything at this hotel please ask. They will do all they can to provide whatever you need. Any finally to the main man Flouris. Always visible. Always on hand for a chat. Checks in with everybody to make sure they’re having a great stay and will sort anything you’re not happy with. He runs this hotel like absolute clockwork nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to seeing you again soon

• Oxonboy (6/5): Could be great - The resort is a bit of an enigma. It gets very good reviews and has many repeat customers, some of whom we met, yet it’s tired and needs investment. The regular customers we spoke to acknowledge that it’s not the best hotel and the food is average but they seem to be won over by its setting, friendliness , informality and the very hardworking staff, many of whom are Egyptian. We had two 1-bed suites. They were spacious with very large terraces. One had two rather tatty sun-beds the other didn’t have any and neither had an umbrella for shade. The beds were comfortable and enormous and there was plenty of storage, although there were only three coat hangers in wardrobes. The rooms were looking a bit grubby and previous repainting was slapdash. The internal doors look like they were the original 1980’s doors with latches that are normally used on garden gates. The bathrooms were dated and need gutting. The basin cupboards were delaminating due to long standing leaks from the sink wastes. The showers had cracked tiles and black mould in places. There were plenty of sun-beds around the two pools although there was still a problem with some guests ‘bagging’ them before breakfast and then disappearing. The upper pool was very lively with a surprisingly large number of children. It got quite untidy with rubbish left by inconsiderate guests that only got cleared at the end of the day. The sun beds at this pool were past their best, with stained cushions and broken backrests. Hats off to the entertainment team led by Hazel and Ryan. When they weren’t putting on some rather good shows, they ran the daily activities and kids club. The food was actually quite good and themed nights worked well. The buffet area is quite small and gets messy as the evening wears on. The Meze restaurant was very good but with a fixed menu a couple of visits were enough. on
• carriej773 (10/5): ABSOUTELY AMAZING! - Absoutely amazing hotel couldn't fault it felt welcomed from the minute we walked through the door! The staff go above and beyond throughout the whole stay and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a great size and cleaned everyday to such a high standard. I never ever leave reviews but I feel like I had to because it was so good one of our best holidays. Its only a short walk to the amazing beaches the strip and the fun fair. The entertainment team are amazing and are so good with the kids everyday there was stuff going on for both adults and children they are all certainly a credit to the hotel! Once again thankyou everyone special shout out to Mina, Ashraf and Flouris who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be returning again🤍

• Wander36416685185 (10/5): The staff at this hotel thanks to the assistant manager Floris is what makes this hotel a winning formula. - One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in & we've travelled & stayed in many great hotels over the years. Upon arrival we were taken to our rooms along a dark uneven road from reception as it was late. Sandwiches had been left in the fridge in the two rooms we had, daughter & grandchildren next door. Next morning I complained about the rooms due to them being very outdated, the daughter's bathroom had flooded & the rooms were extremely dark due to no natural light. The assistant manager Floris was really helpful & although no other rooms were immediately available promised to move us when he could, showing us different rooms over the next couple of days until we were given two fabulous rooms in a great setting close to the water park & pool, bars & lovely gardens. Over the 11 days that we stayed we had the best time, Floris being very hands on & mucking in with the rest of his staff doing any job from serving meals, drinks & meeting & greeting his customers. The staff at this hotel are friendly, respectful & cannot do enough for you particularly Reda, Samuwell & Mina in the pool bar. The entertainment team also worked really hard throughout the day & evening & always had a friendly word or chat if they saw you & you were never hounded to join in the activities, only if you wanted to. Food & drink were in abundance with many themed evenings to suit everybody. We knew most of the staff on first name terms which says alot for the way the hotel is run. Rooms were cleaned daily & any maintenance issues addressed straight away. Not alot more we can say except that we will return.

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfect family stay - We had a really great stay at this hotel! The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed something. The food was amazing — served three times a day, always tasty, and with a lot of variety. There’s also a nice restaurant that serves Greek-style dinners with a Middle Eastern twist (you just need to book it in the morning). Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The crib for our baby was perfect. The rooms were also soundproofed very well, so we had peaceful nights. The hotel has three pools: one next to the restaurant, one jacuzzi-style pool for adults only, and the main pool with slides and a kids’ area. There are always two lifeguards on duty, and every day there were fun activities by the pool. The pool bar serves all kinds of drinks and ice cream, which we really enjoyed. There’s also an hourly shuttle that goes to Protaras city with a few stops along the way to the beach — very convenient! We would especially like to thank Samuel, Atef, and Ashraf for their kindness and excellent service. They really made our stay perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There were small cockroaches coming out of the bathtub drain at night.

• NicandMarcOnTour (10/5): Part of the family - Myself and my brother have just come back from a 'slightly extended' (!!) 2 week holiday at St Elias. We feel looked after and truly part of the family - it is honestly the truly exceptional staff that go over and above that make it one of our favourite places. From reception to management to the restaurant and bar staff to housekeeping to the entertainment team and everyone in between, they are a credit to the Louis group and all make it so special. In no particular order and hoping I don't miss anyone, we'd like to mention the wonderful Vena and Emil who are just two of the loveliest hardworking and caring people who give the best hugs and are always looking out for us, Reda the gentleman for always making us laugh and keeping our wine topped up (even sometimes when we didn't ask! 🤣), Jake for being so helpful even before we arrived (& thanks for the LFC chats!), Ahmed for all his assistance and advice, Mina, Muhammed Jr and all the bar staff for the huge amount of Hugo cocktails we piled through (and for introducing me to Baby Guinnesses..not sure my liver thanks you though!!), Mostafa and Aboouf for being such fun. A special mention has to go to the incredibly talented and ridiculously hardworking entertainment team..to Hazel, the girls and to Ryan, you are all amazing, there are 'not enoughhh' words to tell you how truly wonderful and gifted I think you all are. You are an inspiration. We weren't entertainment goers in the past but you truly have 2 new converts and we can't wait to be back with some better darts skills and some silkier dance moves for the picky dance next year!! • andrewtH7080KA (10/5): Amazing experience - Beautiful hotel, we arrived on a night and was welcomed to our bags took to our room for us and sandwiches and drinks in the room waiting as we had missed our tea. We came away to elope when the management found out they upgraded us to a pool room free of charge. The rooms are cleaned everyday and fridges stocked with bottles of water and wine. All the staff are really friendly the entertainment is amazing for the children and adults! Will definitely be returning without a shadow of doubt.

• LeylaC268 (10/5): Fab hotel! - We returned back from this hotel over a week ago, and I must say we had a fabulous time. We had a lovely suite close to the pool and restaurant with a great sized balcony, our aircon was knackered when we arrived and made loud noises, but when we spoke to reception it was replaced very quickly with a new unit ( very glad as it was a super hot week ) food was great, we only only ate in the restaurant once and once in the meze which was lovely! It’s worth a try. Hats off to all members of staff, the manager Flouris made sure we had a fantasic stay and pulled out all the stops for us which we appreciated so thank you, also a big shout out to our favourite bar staff Mina who waited on us hand and foot, so friendly and a credit to the hotel! Nothing bad to to say about the hotel as we enjoyed it and it has a lot of potential. The only thing that would mention is the pool by the restaurant would benefit being maybe adults only? Spoke to a few people on our stay and they also said the same, the kids have a huge pool for them, so it would be nice for us adults to have something more relaxing :) great hotel if you have kids, we are use to more adults only and will probably continue doing so. Highly recommend this hotel for familys .

For the 11 nights of our stay I don’t think we saw a member of staff without a smile on their face . The rooms were spacious and clean ( cleaners came every day ) , the food was great , from the omelettes at breakfast to lunches and evening meals . We had days at the quiet pool and the Waterpark pool , both were great and we always got sun beds ( there’s plenty ) . The entertainment team work hard both during the day round the pool and doing the shows on an evening , they were all great especially Ryan ( the male vocalist ) who always had time to sit and chat after shows even though he’d had a long day and was probably ready for home 😂 . Also a mention for Flouris , the operation’s manager , , if we had any problems he would solve them as quickly as possible , he also happily sat and had a chat and a drink with you ( also taught my wife how to pour a baby Guinness 😂 ) , all in all a brilliant holiday , great hotel and excellent staff , we will be back

From the moment we arrived from the reception staff to a real gem in Flouris the Operations Manager they make sure you are having a good time. Any issues Flouris will do his best to solve it, the most amazing hands on Manager i have ever met, my wife made a comment not a complaint that other Louis hotels have hot desserts in the restaurant and within a day there was a hot dessert counter added in the restaurant (Amazing) Food all good in the restaurant, snack bar not the best but i believe a new one is being done for next year. Drinks good quality and some branded. Friendly Entertainment team who work all day and through the evening. We stayed at the quiet pool during the day but if you wanted to do activities during the day and use a small waterpark that was at the more lively top pool. All in all i would recommend.
• GrandTour53359957769 (6/5): Not up to scratch - When we arrived around 9.30pm we were told that the restaurant was closed but there should be some cold plates in our room, there wasn’t. We were shown to the dining room where a bowl of salad and 2 pre-packed sandwiches were on offer. Unfortunately weren’t quick enough and another couple had one pack of sandwiches, which left just the one pack between 3 of us. First impressions of the room was that it was very spacious, however we chose this hotel as it said that there were 3 beds in the room, there were 2 and small child’s bed! Further inspection revealed that the room was very tired in places and definitely needed some tlc. The choice of food was good but you would expect that from a 4+ star hotel. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre of the resort so anyone with mobility problems would struggle. All in all we had a relaxing week but for what we paid it didn’t deliver. The staff are the best thing about this hotel.

• kaycee1974 (10/5): Amazing hotel - Just got home from 10days at st Elias resort we were a family of 3 the 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for us the cleaning team done a great job everyday we had a beautiful sea view and huge balcony the bed was very comfortable. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and ours was. The entertainment team work so hard every day I don’t no how they do it they really interact with the guests the little kids loved them even the life guards said good morning around the pool. We enjoyed the food from the all inclusive very much always high quality and fresh the staff in there was so attentive and even remembered your drinks. Bar staff were fantastic too I can not fault anything about our stay at all. I would like to give the assistant manager flouris a very special mention this man is a legend his there first thing in the morning and the last man standing ever night he made us so welcome always around nothing to much trouble he really wants you to have the best holiday he does his job so well and really enjoys what he does thank you so much for making our stay with you so good we can’t wait to return next year.

• gjanes4 (10/5): A great holiday at Louis St Elias - Just come back from a week's stay at Louis St Elias and it was great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was our 7 y o grandson 1st holiday abroad and wow did he enjoy it. He joined in with the activities and the Entertainments team were fantastic. I had read about how good they were in previous reviews but my expectations were far exceeded. A big thank you to Ryan, Hazell and the team. Evening shows were varied, very entertaining and enjoyed the quizzes as well. If you dont want to join in there is another quiet bar area. We all loved the water park and the swimming pool. Found the hotel very clean and really enjoyed the food which was always varied and a high standard. Only 1 niggle the Carob bar closes 6 til 8 and if you want a drink if you have to go down to the bar by reception.

• 503aprilr (6/5): It was ok, not the best! - My husband and I took our 20 month old here for a week and it cost us about £3k all in. I have to say we arrived and left quite disappointed….. Room- Our plane landed late and when we got the the hotel we were rushed through check in, rushed through dinner as they wanted to close the restaurant and then rushed to our room where they gave us a quite tour and felt like they just wanted to leave. We found the found the air con remote didn’t work so called the reception, they came and changed the batteries and left quickly. We then found the actual air con itself didn’t work well but was told we couldn’t change room under the next day…. He also walked into the room where I just put our son to sleep after I explicitly told him not to! Our room was also next to the nighttime entertainment which played loud music until 11:30/12pm! We changed rooms the next day and to be fair this room was better. The air con worked, we also had a bath in this room and it was much quieter, so we were happier. The two bed apartment rooms are basic but ok for a week. Food- The breakfasts were always the same, nothing new on any of the days so we got very bored of this and they clearly used some food that wasn’t eaten the night before again for breakfast and lunches and dinners. The lunches and dinners were better, had more variety but again we got bored of it and it was very similar, lots of meats and carbs. Hotel grounds- The hotel grounds were ok, lots of stone paths leading in different directions, all looked a bit unfinished though. Parts of the grounds need to be cleaned as rubbish was left on the floor. Pools- The kiddy pool was actually pretty good. Our son liked it for the first day but then got bored, but this is more of a reflection on him not wanting to sit still or do the same activities. There is also three water slices for adults or older children which was pretty fun! Staff- All staff were ok, some better than others, but we noticed on other reviews everyone saying how great the staff were, and that just wasn’t our experience. Most looked quite grumpy and whipped away your plates before you’d had a chance to finish! The deputy manager however was excellent! There were a few other things that happened during our stay that left us feeling disappointed, but you can’t mention everything. Overall we thought it was ok, but wouldn’t go back.

И многое было пресным или жирным и не очень вкусно но это уже дело - Было отлично все включено еда вода все хорошо, персонал супер отзывчивый приятный и внимательный. Непривычным было и надо было понять немного как работать нагрев воды потому что там бойлер и воду надо греть и у нас был плохой слив в душе но номер был супер и расположение было как раз возле бассейна что было просто класс с детьми и всегда есть лежаки, в бассейне дают спокойно плавать не дергают дети веселились на славу вообщем все понравилось. Еда была не вау я знаю я переборчива но вот еда была на 3 с плюсом из 5 как по мне. Голодными не остались но выбор мне не очень нравился.
