• Salunga (7/5): Its loud and very strict my niece wants to atleast chat and ge wirh me for few hours and they didnt - Value of money is great AC is loud no fridge in the room i ask fir slippers and toileries nothing is gjven and jn evenjng the bar musjc is loud and vibrating in the room

• Salunga (7/5): Price is okay but felt uncomfortable and didnt telax because of the noise - I booked then the room has no fridge and i call but no action at all… in evening the bar music is too loud and coudnt sleep at all so i call again coz i booked on the next day to changed the room… the room is changed and its quite ok even still there is music but not too poud.. there is fridge already. I ask fir slippers and toileries and uts approved in e mailand iron for clothes but nothing is given.. Call the customer once they settled in room after 30mins to ask and chexk if all okay and what do they need.

• Mina Gamal Abdelshehid (1/5): Guys if u don’t have patience To assist the customer change the field so u can work as a engineer not something related - The reception staff was very unprofessional He refused to assist me with check in and asked his colleague to help me instead of him It felt as though he was acting as if he owned the hotel, choosing whom he wanted to assist and whom he did not. He was not even wearing his name tag, and when I asked for his name, I think his name was Sonu. Reception staff Especially sonu

• Nishanth (3/5): The room price is too high and not worth it. It would be better to improve the interior design and l - The staff are good. The building and room are very old. There is a bad smell outside, the AC is noisy, and during the night there is loud noise from the pub.
