- Bernadette (10/5): Easy Access to the City. - This place was close to Port of Spain. Getting to and from "Town" was a Breeze. Will stay there in the Future. To short a stay to be critical.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - After my booking was confirmed i arrived there in bad weather condition and was told there was no room available. I was left on the streets in the rain with my kids, did get any explanation or assistance from the staff.....
- Cassy (2/5): Noisy Room Guests next door - Room had a mildew smell throughout my 4 night stay. There were noisy room guests which made my sleep very uncomfortable too. The television reception in the room was also very distorted; clearly some upgrade is urgently needed at this guest house. And lastly when I was leaving no security escorted me out at 4:00am on the scary street of Port of Spain. Thankfully my taxi driver drove up the curb and assisted me.
