- Chiu (8/5): 房間整理未協調好 - 有停車場，早餐不錯。 現場報到給房號，開門時發現裡面根本還沒整理。到櫃檯詢問櫃檯，櫃檯人員請我們稍等20分鐘整理房間。在上去要拖行李下樓等時遇到房務員告知無法馬上好，請櫃檯在給別間房間，才解決問題。

- Michael (9/5): A solid 4 star hotel - A lovely 4 star hotel with comfortable beds, clean and quiet 🤫. It was a 40 minute walk to the train station and I found the breakfast quite bland. One morning there was pigs trotters (feet). No scrambled eggs or bacon or sausages.

- Fang-Yu (8/5): - 有停車場，雖然在飯店後方，但可以直接按門鈴進入大廳。有浴室還可以泡澡、床很好睡、早餐自助式吃很好。但唯一缺點就是空調很大聲，床很好睡。會考慮下次再入住！

- Hsien-Ching (10/5): - Receptionists are super friendly, prifessional and helpful with any inquiries and great dining recommendations. Laundry facilities is in an air conditioned room clean and well organized with baskets and iron if needed. They provilde free laundry detergent. Hotel is with short walking distance from Hualien's famous shopping triangle area. Will definitely stay there again uf visiting Hualien.

- Christopher (6/5): - We stayed for 3 nights. The room was good and quiet. What we didn't like was that there was no handsoap provided in the room, even when we asked for it. We therefore always had to climb into the bathtub to get some of the shower gel to wash our hands. Very annoying, especially since you don't have to use one-way soap and can just use a refilleable suspender like in the shower?! The breakfast had a random variety of food and was one of the worst we had in Taiwan so far. Additionaly, not much is explained in english and just called "chef recommendation'. We used the washer and dryer two times, which was a waste of money since it didn't really wash nor dry thoroughly.
