Rebecca (6/5): Great Location - The location of the property is great! All of the food options are amazing, the price of food and drink around the property is completely reasonable and just lovely! We defiantly would be staying in Trastevere again, particularly because we are happy walking! Similarly we had no issues with the noise, as you first enter the stairs to the property you can hear the street outside but actually in the room this cannot be heard. The room itself was fine, bed was comfy and would have found the stay pleasurable if we did not have issues with the plumbing. During our stay, we encountered several plumbing issues that unfortunately impacted our experience. On the first day, we noticed the shower tray was not draining properly, and by the second day, the toilet began to fill unusually high and drain slowly. We contacted the property early on to avoid a more serious issue, but unfortunately, received no response. By the third morning, the toilet was completely blocked and unusable. We reached out again via both WhatsApp and the messaging system on Booking.com. We were told that a technician would be sent out that day, but we never received any follow-up. After calling the property directly, we were informed that no one would be coming to address the issue. This left us unable to use the bathroom and forced us to find alternative accommodation for our final night. We also felt unsupported in trying to find a solution or alternative arrangement, and there was no initial mention of a refund. Thankfully, a nearby hotel had availability and we were able to move there. To their credit, the property has since refunded the final night of our stay and reimbursed the city tax we had already paid. While we appreciated that, the whole situation added unnecessary stress to our trip. The bathroom itself was already quite basic, and these issues unfortunately made things worse.

Luca (1/5): Awful property, perfect location - Good location The property was dirty, very noisy over night the window are old and there is too much noises going through the window, we could not sleep! The bathroom is awful and the furnitures are old, ruined and cheap.
Helena (8/5): Thank you! Had a great week in Rome! - Brilliant location, apartment decorated with style. Personally I don’t mind the noisy streets, but if one travels with kids or has sensitive sleep - Trastevere is really loud! Also the apartment could use a few more coat hangers than just two.
Oscar (2/5): - The utmost miserable experience in our Italian Vacation. NONE of the pictures reflect reality. Everything was dirty, dingy, and broken. Bathroom was unclean, linens were yellow, and appliances broken. I cannot recommend this place in good conscience. Awful experience.
