Sharon (10/5): Excellent place to stay - We only booked this as we were flying Albany to LaGuardia and it was close to the airport. We've stayed at 14 hotels during our month touring north east USA and i wish they had all been this standard. (eg some hotels claiming to be 4* weren't as good as this). Very modern, clean, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Nice to have somewhere to sit instead of the bed and a mini kitchen was a bonus. Excellent value for money. I think this could be the best airport hotel I've stayed in. Nothing not to like (except impossible -to-use plastic cutlery at breakfast which is standard at hotels like this).

C3650SCjimd (8/5): Clean hotel - The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent. It's very reasonably priced. It's in a great location and easy to up and back to Saratoga. There are plenty of restaurants around this location. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are very small. The window shade does not go all the way to the window sill so daylight comes in. Normally not bad, but the bed is right up against it. I recommend this hotel and I I would stay here again.

Very large. Housekeeping didn't come the first 3 days so the room smelled like leftover food in the trash, but they came the last few days.

Ryan_Frisby (10/5): Home2 Redeemed Themselves - As a bit of a background, in 2019, I stayed at my first Home2 in Nashville, and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ve not been back to one until this one, but I had points and they had a good deal, so I took them up on it. Thankfully, this hotel was a lot better, super clean, friendly employees, and a well designed room. The breakfast was acceptably good, the amenities nice, and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette was also well equipped, and the shower was the best I’ve had at any hotel. I really only walked away with two complaints: 1. The door was really hard to open and close, you really had to punch it, and it would be easy to walk away without the door walking. 2. While good, the breakfast had no labels so it was a bit of guessing game on what some things were. Overall though, I’d highly recommend this hotel, especially when you take the incredible location into consideration.

"Maxine"the front office manager, outstanding I don't normally remember the name of the employees , she was fabulous !:))) The refrigerator in the room was making noise most of the time! The rental rugs lobby entrance and elevator area I was disappointed , no vacuuming them for 3 days the gray ones! The big glass windows in the lobby eating area could be cleaned with a squeegee and sponge much better curb appeal for gas sitting in the dining area! Planter area at the front of the entrance could do with more elevation , from the columns going towards the center!. I was a little put off that the handicap room I assumed I was getting I didn't get but they did accommodate me with a shower chair but it was a little difficult just to bathe in the shower stall because the chair was overly big for the shower stall! It was very hard to get into the shower stall it took a little thinking about how to even bathe because it didn't have the wand attachment from the shower head to bed so it was really difficult,. It was because I had to keep on adjusting to where the chair was in the shower stall to get water on me ! In
