- Michelle (5/5): Great for location. - Proximity to work site is great. Management should not allow night work in rooms above rooms with customers. Especially at 2 AM, when I have to get up at 4:30 AM for work. They should only do work in areas with no customers, if possible.
- Madison (1/5): They have no coffee pot, but they charge a high dollar for this room and if you’re not careful, they will tell you not t - The property is a hot mess it’s a fire hazard wires going everywhere. It needs alot of updates

- RevKathE (8/5): Dilapidated but non-smoking rooms are decent - The first room was accessible and comfortable clean and remodeled This site has a reputation as a Crack addicts dream. A woman i know died here 5 yrs ago at 40 yrs old. Site is run-down and the outward appearance looks dilapidated.
- Tessler (6/5): -
- daren (10/5): - Basic stay but very clean
- B (8/5): -
- Jeremy (8/5): - Good AC, good lighting. Great location. The window curtains block the AC unit. That was cooling the room.
- Bonita (9/5): My stay was was well worth the money and I will stay there again. - The location is convenient. The room was very lovely. Plenty of way to charge any of your devices, USB and type C. The bed was very comfortable. I sleep so good. The price was very reasonable. The lady at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. The parking lot needs to be redone and the room numbers on the buildings need to be larger.
- Bryon (2/5): - Hotel and room were disgusting, didn't even stay. I walked into the room, looked around and left. Never returned.
- Glenn (4/5): - The parking lot is full of big potholes. There was a huge dead bug just inside my room door.

- Tomas (4/5): - Went to talk to the lady in the front about the AC and said she’d come by and never did.
- Beverly (10/5): Exceptional - Coffee in the morning
- Mary (5/5): My overnight stay was ok for a sleepover, but I will not use this type of hotel in the furture. - I like that the price for a one-night stay was close to reasonable, but it could have been a little lower for the setup that was there. The bath area had an unusual setup that I had not seen before. There was only a shower on the wall, no bathtub, and a commode. I did not see this as accommodating.
- Jade (8/5): Very good -
- Robbie (2/5): - Ghetto neighborhood had roaches stained covers worst experience I have ever had please don’t waste your money and time
- Sheree (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): - There's a dent in our floor and also in the bath tub as well. But the rest of the room is nice
- Jaquan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreas (8/5): Very good - Friendly No shampoo
- Wilkerson (7/5): Pretty decent - The way the room looked, the beds are comfy They are not that good at cleaning the rooms. We did some extra cleaning
- Brandon (4/5): - Just not the cleanest overall. The sheets have multiple holes in them… gosh, some places are very descent for the price. This place not so much…
- Tim (10/5): - Very pleasant staff and room was clean!
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good -
- Dwayne (6/5): - Theycwas very rude when it came to check out for no reason
- jennifer (2/5): - DO NOT RENT HERE. TALKING LOWEST OF LOW BUDGET They told me my dog could not come on property and woupd not refund my money.
- jennifer (2/5): - DO NOT RENT HERE. TALKING LOWEST OF LOW BUDGET
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (1/5): didn’t even stay - nothing! bugs coming out of the shower drain, when we complained we were handed a bottle of bleach and a rag
- Robbyn (10/5): Perfect for US - The staff at the hotel were very friendly, nice, helpful. We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to our room, then met us at the door to hold open the door so we could unload our luggage without struggling with the door. The bed was firm, but perfect for us! Overall the room was comfortable. We noticed a few issues that needed to be fixed and pointed them out to the staff. They thanked us and stated that they would get them fixed that day. We were checking out, so I can only assume they fixed the issues. There WERE NOT screaming people of any age. The room was clean, and the equipment in the room worked. We would stay here again.
- Jim (2/5): - Worst hotel I stayed at in a long time! Was rated good with an above six rating on the website… have no idea how that rating was given…would never go back here.
- April (6/5): - The property was very sketchy
- Шлык (5/5): Old property, smells like cigarettes and overpriced. Wouldn’t stay here again -
- Harriet (3/5): Poor -
- Greg (4/5): - The place was pretty shabby. Bed sheets were filthy. Im pretty sure I witnessed a couple drug deals in the parking lot.
- Carolyn (4/5): - For some reason I ended up paying $138 for a $79 room.
Not only was it a terrible room, but I don't trust Expedia. I won't use them again.
- Genesis (1/5): Bad -
- Julius (9/5): Superb - The room was nice bathroom could be better but other than might want to fix up the parking lot everything else great .. in location near everything The parking lot need some fixing and wish they had breakfast but it's all good and the bed was just a little uncomfortable
- John (4/5): - Bed uncomfortable, pillow was like a rock, Shower tub floor to slippery. One blanket would have been nice. Let potential visititors know that some rooms are on the second floor.
- Lateshia Shanaye (10/5): - Newly renovated. Perfect water pressure. Customer service the owners very tentative. I had a great nights rest. For this price you can’t beat the deal. Many food options near by. Gas station is walking distance. Next to a Food Lion. Everything was comfortable to me for a 2 night stay for my family of 5
- William (2/5): - Bed was dirty and had dirty sheets
- Crystal (10/5): - This property is older, but it's very nice inside and the door locks are solid.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynch (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynch (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (4/5): If a low cost is your main aim, and you don’t care about much else, this is the place for you. - Very affordable and seems safe. The air conditioner/heaters are very noisy. We turned ours off, but the one in the room above was loud enough to keep us awake. Also, our non-smoking room had a faint smell of smoke. We would not go back.
- Francisco Cobos (8/5): - I have everything what I need.
- Nkosi (10/5): - Great overall
- Ollie (10/5): - This property is newly renovated. It is a decent value for the price
- Maurice (8/5): - No food or vending machines
- Linda (2/5): - It is run down, they tired to update but need a contractor to do job i wouldn't let my dog stay there
Masked people standing outside, made me feel unsafe. Tub grime around floor & tub. Molding missing along floor, tape on floor where two floors meet. No where to hang anything. Very disappointed 😞
- Nkosi (8/5): - Great
- Nkosi (8/5): - Great
- Christina (1/5): Ugh!!! - Loud thumping music at 5-6a (I didn’t order a wake up call) from right below us, the bass was rumbling the headboard with a guy yelling wooo whoo every 5-10 minutes. There was a joint sitting right in the window sill outside another room. There was a rusty razor blade on the floor, we have toddlers. Pair of dirty toe/nail clippers on the heater/air conditioner with some other random stuff. What looked to be bodily waste on bathroom wall.. it was dark area altogether (they were doing remodeling I think and had a large dumpster with the side open with trash spilling out) not going to lie a little creepy when we got there. Paid the same price there for just 2 full beds as I did for another room the day prior which had 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa and and a lot cleaner in another state we were traveling through, I didn’t even chance taking a shower there or bathing the kids. But we needed somewhere to lay out heads. Debated on getting a different hotel all together and just taking the $100+ loss but no where else was booking at that time I tried. So we had to suck it up and hope for the best. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.. I’ll book ahead of time next time and steer clear.. not a safe place for littles at past or room wasn’t.
- Juan (7/5): Good - Its in a good location. For the most part quiet. The refrigerator was outdated and not very functional. There is water leaks on the bathroom ceiling.
- Darren (8/5): Great experience. - Closet hotel at that value to the place I was going Nothing
- Devante (8/5): Very good - Remodeling It look bad outside
- Ashley (8/5): Very good - The AC unit in the complex worked exceptionally well, allowing us to enjoy a cool and comfortable sleep as we prefer it below 70 degrees. Additionally, the location of the complex was convenient as it was in close proximity to restaurants and downtown. Despite any other shortcomings, the environment was quiet and we generally felt safe during our stay. The small complex, although having its advantages, also has its drawbacks. One of which is the presence of common mold in the bathroom due to water issues. Although we were not overly concerned about it, it might be worthwhile for the housekeeping staff to consider implementing improved techniques, especially in regards to the ceilings. Furthermore, the breakfast area did not offer anything remarkable, making it more advisable to visit the nearby McDonald's instead of paying the extra.
- Darren (7/5): Good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Holly (1/5): Everything sucked - Nothing Smelly, dirty, everything was unplugged, ac had to be plugged in and started. One of the hottest days and ac was not on.
- Giulia (1/5): Bad - It was a good value during a festival where other hotels are very expensive. It smelled like raw sewage. Door did not properly seal. Walls were disgusting, shower curtain had mold, pretty sure there was mold in bathroom ceiling as well.
- Lauren (2/5): Won’t stay here again. - Nothing really. It was dirty, gps directions are wrong. Toilet wouldn’t flush or half the time fill up, shower faucet was broken and water pressure low. Smelled horrible in the room. Ac barely worked
- Mark (2/5): keep driving for better hotel - Location was good. Food lion grocery store very close. Room listed was supposed to provide breakfast. Nothing was available. No TV service or Wi-Fi that worked. I think price was overpriced at almost $150 per night. The bed was very uncomfortable the floor was softer than bed. Limited water pressure for showers. This will be the last time I book any further rooms on booking.com
