Appreciate the cleanliness, and the nice staff - Cleanliness Wish we had more selection at breakfast, but totally understand that would up the price. Our TV didn’t work the night we got there but in the morning seemed ok.

Outdated, poor lighting, loud AC. The breakfast looked nasty, no protein. It smelled like cigarettes and booze everywhere

• Donna (10/5): We'll be back! - LOVED that there's no carpeting! We usually have awful allergy attacks in even the cleanest hotel rooms. Not this time. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was lovely and welcoming.

• Tina (1/5): Save your money don’t waste your time, they don’t return the security deposit - The room was OK The lady at the front desk was rude, she should be replaced immediately. Also had to pay $100 security deposit that I was told we would get back when we checked out and it would take 7 to 10 days for it to be returned to my account, however, that money has not been returned, and I’ve contacted the hotel about it, and nobody has responded.

• Stuthe (10/5): What a change from the past! - What a great place to stay! I stayed here over 10 years ago and it was a mess! The change is unbelievable! Great price - same as Motel 6 up the road - but you get a continental breakfast to get you going! Rooms were spotless (as were the halls and common areas) - staff was helpful! Will stay again as we pass this way 3 to 4 times a year!

Good coffee. Towels on the skimpy size. Convenient on and off I-77 and located adjacent to a Circle K with good fountain sodas.
• Patricia (10/5): Pleasant surprize - Everything. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained the room and front desk area was. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Price was right for a one night stay and location just off the interstate is away from all the other hotels...easy in and out and quiet. Easy access to netflex etc on tv...no maze to sort thru just to watch a bit of tv. Even received a copy pair of fuzzy socks as a departing gift!! Nothing

• Streilein (9/5): It was just what I was looking for as I traveled from my old home to my new home. - First time staying at a Red Roof Inn and didn’t know what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised! Large room, large bathroom, very comfortable. Bonus having a convenience store and Subway right beside the Inn. Will definitely consider staying at other Red Roof Inns in the future. Cant real complain about anything.

• Sharon (3/5): Very disappointed. - Good location. Very clean and comfortable room. The noise from room next to us. It started around midnight and continued for the remainder of the night. Loud talking, a child making a lot of noises, a barking dog. Also thumping noises that sounded like something was slammed or fell on the floor! The whole purpose of our stay was to get a good nights sleep as we had been driving for 12 hours. That was impossible with constant noises all night!

• NY (10/5): Staff was going beyond to make us comfortable so in my eyes it made up for any equipment flaws.. - Staff is friendly and they interact with the guests naturally. They understand you come tired and they are really know what you want ahead of you. I stayed only 1 night so I can tell this only about that shift though. The room and bathroom was solid clean. Pet loving staff. The refrigerator was running but was not generating any cold. We had to leave all food and drinks in the car. It was a blow after 15 hrs of driving. Hair dryer not working.

The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed and found a great local restaurant just up the street from the hotel. Parking was tight. It was a busy weekend though.

• Stephanie (8/5): Very clean hotel, but one staff member sours the whole experience! - This hotel is always very clean. It’s much cleaner than most of the others nearby. There is one staff member who seems to go out of her way to be unfriendly and unaccommodating. She makes a negative impact on the whole experience. I’ve stated multiple times, so it’s not just her having a bad day. She is the reason I will not be returning.

• Rose (4/5): - The room was clean but did not appear so because our room was in a state of disrepair. The door jam was poorly repaired, the bathroom door did not shut, soap dispensers were empty. The rooms need repair, that is on the corporate Red Roof. The staff was very nice and kept it as clean as possible. They sweetly decorated for fall but that is a bandaid. There was hot water, and a creaky bed, and it was just an overnight but I will not choose this location again.
• S6356AVmiker (8/5): Clean, safe and perfect for a night - Perfect for our needs. This property met all of our needs. Clean, safe and budget friendly. Our room, 206 was a at the top of the stairs. A 1 queen sized bed which was clean, comfortable and provided plenty of pillows. The bathroom was recently remodeled. Everything worked and provided a comfortable place to shower. They provided shampoo and body soap. Dispensers for both were located inside of the tub. The condition of the bathroom was excellent. The flooring in the entire room wasn't carpeting (which we loved a hard laminate flooring) our room also had a refrigerator and a microwave in it. The breakfast was basic. Muffins toast various juices fresh fruit coffee tea and milk. Just enough to get you started in the morning. Check in and check out was easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They do require a $100 deposit which will be refunded after your stay. The parking lot was clean well lit Anna appeared very safe. The location is right next to the exit for Interstate 81. I would definitely recommend this property for somebody who was looking for a clean,neat, safe night's sleep.

• Bonnie (8/5): - Older hotel, but has been renovated. Rooms and everything very clean. 4 stars only because it's 2 floors, but no elevator. Continental breakfast is sparse, and very few tables, chairs to eat in the lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
