Gracias a la atención del turno - Tuve una experiencia mixta en este hotel, pero quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención del personal de turno noche, en especial de un joven llamado Dan, quien desde el primer momento fue muy amable y atento conmigo. Incluso hablaba un poco de español, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera mucho más cercana y cómoda. Me explicó muy bien todos los detalles del hospedaje y además me orientó sobre cómo moverme por la ciudad, algo que agradecí bastante. Hubo un momento que realmente voy a recordar. Una noche llegué cansado y no sabía dónde cenar. Vi que había una reunión en una de las áreas del hotel y esperé respetuosamente a que terminaran. Cuando me acerqué, Dan me llamó en español y muy amablemente me dijo que podía servirme toda la comida que quisiera y que no me preocupara porque todo era gratuito. Ese gesto me sorprendió mucho y fue una experiencia muy agradable. El buffet estaba excelente y sobre todo valoro muchísimo la amabilidad genuina con la que me trataron. Sin embargo, también considero importante mencionar que la atención en recepción durante la mañana fue muy diferente. En varias ocasiones la recepción quedaba sola porque la señorita salía constantemente a fumar, y cuando necesitaba ayuda tenía que ir a buscarla afuera o esperar que regrese aparte su atención era totalmente diferente comparado al turno noche , La diferencia en la calidad de atención entre el turno noche y el turno mañana fue bastante notoria.

Приветливый ресепшионист. Местоположение хостела отличное, совсем рядом есть кафе Кадош с хорошим сервисом и вкусной кухней. Не хватает бумажных полотенец у раковины и нет двери при входе в ванную комнату. Только туалет и душевая закрываются. Если ночью кто-то моет руки, то все слышно. Также нигде не указано, с какого часа нельзя шуметь. Был кто-то, кто всю ночь выходил и заходил в комнату и при этом ужасно громко хлопал дверью, хотя была уже глубокая ночь, я просыпалась от этого
- Liora B (7/5): - החדר היה מצוין, המצעים היו נקיים והמיטה היתה מאוד נוחה. המיקום מעולה, ממש במרכז העיר. איש הצוות שקיבל אותנו היה אדיב מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עלובה ביותר. הפיתות יבשות, החלמון של השקשוקה לא עשוי בכלל, הסכו"ם מלוכלך. השירותים מלוכלכים, כל האיזור של הישיבה בלובי ובמרפסת מלוכלך. לא נקי ולא מסודר. עם טיפול נכון זה היה מורגש אחרת. ואני לא מתייחסת לטיפוח. אני מתייחסת לניקיון.

- Laura (6/5): Decent stay, though slightly overpriced for what it offers - Good location, excellent shower, clean. The bed was quite inconvenient. While the mattress itself was fine, the setup was problematic: two beds were pushed together and placed in a corner. The person sleeping by the wall had to get in and out from the foot of the bed. This would have been manageable, but there was a low footboard that made it very awkward and uncomfortable, as it got in the way and hit your legs.

- Katy (9/5): Cool hostel, worth visiting again - It was my third time in this hostel, and it was good enough to come back again. I like the lobby with a lot of space to sit down and work with a laptop. The location is fantastic, next to the Old City and the public transport. The staff is welcoming. My experience with a shared room was not so good this time, but not because of the hostel. I know that when I order a dormitory room, I pay less but I take a chance. One of the ladies in the room was sick and coughed all night, another snored, another went out in the middle of the night, and all this in addition to Independence Day parties outside, so I didn't really sleep two nights I stayed there. Of course I"'m not saying the hostel did something wrong, just describing my experience.
- moshe (4/5): - המיקום מצוין, יש קפה חופשי, יש שטח משותף גדול.. קשה למצוא את המקום כתוב שזה ברחוב יפו, אבל תכלס הכניסה מרחוב למטה רחוב כורש.. ואין מספיק שילוט והכוונה למקום ואז ניסיתי להתקשר למקום ולא ענו, למה לעזזאל לא כותבים פשוט רחוב כורש 3 בתוך בניין שלמטה יש ישיבה בקומה ה 3.. מה כל כך קשה לכתוב פרטים בסיסיים.. הניקיון טעון שיפור, והמתקנים כבר נורא ישנים ודורשים רענון רציני. אבל זה יחס מחיר תמורה כנראה.. ועוד משהו ככל שתשלמו פחות בהתאם האוכלוסייה שתהיה שם, נראה שיש שם אנשים מבוגרים חסרי בית שמצאו את ההוסטל כתחליף טוב ..

Ich hatte Frauenschlafsaal gebucht unsd stand nachts im Dunkeln dann einem Manngegenüber- hatten mich der Einfachheit halber in gemischten Schlafsaal geschickt. Dafür bekam ich aber was zum Frühstück.

- Tamara (6/5): - De locatie is top! Dichtbij oude stad en tramvervoer. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Betaalbare overnachting. Dakterras was ook prettig. Veel geluidsoverlast. Je hoort alles op de gang. Helaas was er ook een groep jongeren, die mochten ook om 3 uur in de nacht nog rennen en gillen. Het is ook niet superschoon en hier en daar was onderhoud nodig.

The breakfast is well worth it and nicely laid out lounge with outside eating area complete with a balcony! The large number of beds in the rooms meant it was noisy at times, but it's to be expected and could be argued that it is all part of the charm! :-)

Несмотря на минимализм в комнатах, есть всё необходимое для отдыха.Администрация всегда на высоте.Особенно хочется поблагодарить Александра-внимательный, вежливый, доброжелательный.Есть камера хранения, можно оставить свои вещи и гулять по Иерусалиму.Локация хостеля отличная! Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, магазинчики, кафе, Старый город. Всё было отлично!

- Leah (6/5): Overrated. If you can, find a cheaper option. You're paying high prices just for the lobby decorm - The location. The lobby/ breakfast room is ample, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are big and spotless. The theme is interesting with many tidbits to teach children about how the Post works. The breakfast is very simple for the rates they ask. The room furniture is very basic, the beds don't have even headboards. The bathroom is more fitting to a train station than a hotel, beyond basic, too small, although clean. It's highly overrated. Too expensive for the value they provide.
- deborah (6/5): מקום טוב ,אבל חייבים אם יש מסיבה או אירוע להתקן את האורח שידע !!! - מקום בסך הכל טוב ציק אין ואוט מצויינים שידרגו לי את בחדר למיטה זוגית בכללי ממליצה על המקום בלי החוויה של אתמול מקום נהדר שלא מוסרים מידה שיש מסיבה סוף שנה באוסטל בחדר אוכל וכניסה . כש הגעתי גיליתי שיהיה מסיבה ומאוחר מידי כדי לשנות אם הייתי יודעת הייתי הולכת למקום אחר לפעם שיותר רגוע שאוכל ללכת לשיון כי הייתי צריכה לקום מוקדם ... וכש ביררתי עוד אמרו לי שזה יהיה עד 2 בלילה שזה היה ממממש בסאה כי אני ישנה באוסטל כדי לישון ולא כדי שמסיבה תעשה לי ממממש רעש וזה מה שהיא עשתה ,היה מממממש רעש חזק מאוד ובלתי נסבל כמאט בכיתי מרוב שאני ממש רוצה לישון והיה רעש החזק היה בלתי נסבל . כש דיברתי עם הבחורה הצעירה נאמר לי זה מסיבה מותר להם עד 2 בלילה וזה יגמר בקרוב ... כשנסיתי להסביר שצריך לתחשב באורחים אחרים שבאו כדי לשיון וצריך לכבד גם את זה!!! ושצריך להנמיך לפחות שיהיה נעים למי שבאה לישון באוסטל , היה נראה שבחורה לא מבינה על אני מדברת ולא כזה ביג דיל שיש כזה רעש בלתי נסבל וממש חזק

- Faina (10/5): מיקום מושלם קרוב להכל ומחיר נמוך מאוד, מומלץ לשהיה קצרה למטיילים לא מפונקים - המקום טוב מאוד לחזור לישון אחרי יום טיולים. היינו בחדר זוגי. החדר קטן, יש גישה למיטה רק מצד אחד שלה, אבל לדעתי יש מספיק מקום, אם רוצים לחזור לישון אחרי טיול. המיקום מושלם, קרוב להכל ברגל. המקום נקי ומעוצב יפה, מחיר נמוך מאוד בהשוואה למיקום ומה שמקבלים. בבוקר יש רעש של רכבת הקלה, לי פחות הפריע, לבעלי כן. במרחב המשותף יש ספריה, שולחן סנוקר ופסנתר. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אך מספקת. יש מים חמים וקרים וקפה ותה בחוץ לשימוש האורחים היה סדק במראה, בשולחן סנוקר היה חסר כדור שחור, היה רעש של רכבת הקלה בבוקר

- Danny (7/5): חדרים בסיסיים במיקום מצויין. - הצוות אדיב וקשוב. היתה לנו בעיה בחדר והם טיפלו בה בתוך דקות, ביוזמתם. המיקום של האכסניה מצויין. דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה מצד אחד ומהמדרחוב מצד שני. האכסניה זולה ולכן שהות בה היא תמורה טובה לכסף. החדרים קטנים והקירבה לקו הרכבת הקלה הופך את החדר לרועש למדי.

- Guest (7/5): - Ubicacion excelente. Habitacion basica, pero cumplio con lo necesario. Desayuno correcto, pero una fruta, bolleria, zumo o un yogurt estaria bien. Cama incomoda, habitacion muy fria en la noche, a pesar de haber mantenido la calefaccion encendida.
