- 931zetaa (10/5): 10/10 definitely recommend! - I stayed over there with my boyfriend for only for one night unfortunately. The hotel was amazing! Very clean, the staff very helpful and kind, and the room was beautiful and spacious! The location of the hotel is very good, it's a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The breakfast was to die for and we will definitely be visiting again for more days next time!

- eliinow (4/5): Not good enough - The location was good but rooms haven’t any view and you can’t see the street from the window, room was clean but they didn’t put tissues and just toilet paper was available, breakfast was good and miss Nour was so kind and nice, but the breakfast items were limited. The hotel needs some maintenance and renovation because lots of the facilities were old . We stayed the for 5 days and we didn’t have internet for 3 days!!!! And they didn’t explain us what’s happening and even they didn’t behave us politely! So in my idea just the location is the positive side of this hotel.

Very clean, the staff is very friendly especially Bayram Civi who was so kind and helpful with getting us the taxi and luggage. Will definitely stay here when I come back!!

- Explore03026166220 (10/5): Great location, nice amenities, and spectacular breakfast! - The staff at the hotel provided excellent customer service, from the planning stages until checkout. They were very responsive to my questions. The hotel has a gym, a nice sauna, and a relaxation room with hot-stone beds, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was spectacular! The location is also very convenient and located close to nice shops and restaurants. This should be a 4.5 star review because there were two issues: they asked for payment in cash and in Euros (not Turkish lira), which was not very convenient for a foreign traveler. Though this was not their fault, they recommended a tour that was led by a horrible tour guide (fortunately, they helped me resolve the issue and get some compensation from the company). My suggestion is that for any tours you want to take, make sure you do your own research. I will still give them five stars, because their staff was great!

- Rakan (10/5): - Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.

So if you don't have a car and don't need a parking it's ideal The hotel is clean modern and staff cooperate with you if you need anything. - Meliha (10/5): Veldig fornøyd - Hotellet har bra beliggenhet, du kommer deg til hovedgatene på 2 minutt, både rumeli caddesi, og osmanbey. Hotellet hadde en veldig god service, alle ansatte viste initiativ og var behjelpelige. Spesielt en av dem, B.G. føltes trygt å bo her I de 7 dagene vi var her. Eneste som er dumt er at hotellet ligget i et trangt gatestrøk og dermed ikke har noe utsikt. Og at kanskje frokosten kunne være litt mer variert. Men nå var dette julesesong.

- Aysenur (10/5): Nur empfehlenswert!!!!!!! - Viel viel LOB an die Mitarbeiter, sie waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral nur 5min. von der Station Osmanbey entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
- GoPlaces235246 (6/5): Above Average - We spent 5 nights at this hotel on October 2019. Our rooms was connected rooms for 4 people. The highest points about this boutique hotel are: Ads: 1-Very well located (3 mins walking from Osmanbey metro station). 2-Quiet environment at nights. 3-Clean enough for a 4 star hotel (not crystal clear as I wish it was) 4-Good enough brief breakfast. 5-Kind staff. Disads: 1-The rooms were too small to be comfortable. No space for sitting or drinking, you should sit on beds all the time. May be normal rooms are better. Avoid reserving connected rooms. 2- The rooms are too dark. No natural light and not even enough lamp light provided. One of our rooms have a small blind window,there was a big window on another room but it was useless since it was overlooking another rooms so you have to close the motorized curtain all the time. 3-There is only a small lift on the building which was occupied often. 4-Very limited TV channels.

Otel odası da güzel ancak kanalizasyon sorunu var sanırım ciddi bir koku vardı ve malesef tuvalet lavabo temizliği kötüydü. Lokasyon olarak çok iyi. Ama sırf kokudan dolayı bile malesef tekrar tercih etmem çünkü bütün gece uyuyamadım.
- Mike (8/5): - Zimmer sind etwas zu dunkel. Durch den kleinen Innenhof ist das Fenster des gegenüberliegenden Zimmers nur wenige Meter entfernt, und man muss ständig die Vorhänge geschlossen halten.

Følte man blev kvalt fordi der var ikke vindue man lige kunne åbne og få frisk luft. Vinduet var placeret lige ud til receptionen dvs det var et vindue indenfor i bygningen , hvilket var meget underligt

- michal (2/5): - We cannot recommend this hotel from any perspective. Our room was not clean, not comfortable and there was a serious and unsolved issue with hot water in the shower. When we turned on the hot water it would go to cold after 20-30 seconds and them hot again and over and over. The issue existed in two other rooms we checked as well. in addition, breakfast was very poor and the level of English and communication by the staff was not very good. This is why we stayed there for only one night out of five. When we booked this hotel for our stay in Istanbul we were under time pressure to find something, and we kind of overlooked or ignored the reviews that were not so good.
- Khanum_18 (8/5): Trip to Istanbul (Nisantasi) - Hotel is located in the heart of shopping area (safe for walking) and 10 mints walk to Cevahir & Nisantasi Shopping malls. Appreciate all the assistance provided by Reception staff: Yalcin Erdal & Mesrut! Hotel staff is nice and friendly, always ready to help you, speak ENG language. Room is fine with modern design, I would add more shelfs and wouldn’t use glass walls in the bathroom (a bit not comfortable during night time with light…), to make small renovation and provide possibility to change shower’s water’s volume. Room has safe, tea facility, with water bottles provided every day. Breakfast is usual, eggs, juice, variety of cheese, coffee, tea, fruits and some sweets, would be good to have yogurts and some more variety of hot options as well But you won’t stay hungry Thank you for a nice stay and will visit you again if I am back to this place!
- ArmanB_13 (10/5): Excellent, quite, lovely - Apart from the location in the city which is perfect, the room is very comfortable and the attention received from the staff was impeccable. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. You will be strongly surprised to find Peugeout mills in inner cafe. I was living in room #601 which is equipped with jacuzzi. My mother was staying in room #602 which equipped with jacuzzi as well, and additionally it has a little balcony which gives additional cozy style to the room. Osmanbey metro station is just right away the corner (it takes 3 minutes to reach it). Nevertheless hotels stays in small street away from noisy main roads surrounded by local clothes shops (which are not for retail). Complimentary water is served. Room was equipped with tea kettle and nespresso coffee machine. And one more benefit: the shower in a room was excellent! Additionally it was equipped with tropic rain shower head. I love this hotel and hope to be a happy guest upon my next arrival to Istanbul.
- Z (6/5): - The Hotel is located in a very good area and it is close to everything you need. However the room we stayed at was too small for 3 people. The rooms lights are very dark and it was hard getting ready as it was so dark. The breakfast is the same everyday, the hotel should try to change the breakfast every few days. Overall the hotel is good for budget stay.
- 267louish (10/5): Very kind service - we were a big group of footballers normally not that easy to handle but the Favori team did great work! Very kind service from calling us taxis until organise pizza for the whole team. Apart from that is the hotel in a very nice area in Sişli not far from Louis Vuitton & co., the Beşiktaş stadion and the Dolmabahçe-palace right next to the Bosphorus-River. The rooms are clean and modern. Perfect for a quick city-trip. All in all a very solid little hotel with good breakfast and sympathetic staff. Hope to see you again.- Louis!:)
- 94davinc (10/5): Perfect hotel in Istanbul!! - Favori hotel is sold and rated as 3 stars, but it's the equivalent,if not superior, to a 4 stars hotel in UK. Location is very central and well connected, while the rooms have a very particular layout, boutique style, and they are curated in details, to make the guests comfortable and face all their needs. The breakfast was amazing, is a mixed buffet between Turkish and European, delicious and full of flavour. Staff is absolutely fantastic, accomodating and extremely helpful for any sort of request, especially Tanya (in the picture, ask about her when you go!) who really looked after us! Ignore the few bad reviews, me and my friends stayed here few days, we have stayed in so many hotels around the world, but we couldn't spot anything negative. Definitely a great choice, highly recommended!
- AdnanShaikhMum (10/5): Excellent hospitality - We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, specially Mr. Mustafa & Mr. Can.We stayed in a connecting room. The only thing i must mentioned is there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.Before finalizing this hotel i was in touch with Mr. Emre, he is very nice person & helped me a lot in finalizing the hotel.The location is very good. Osmanbay metro station is like 5 mins walk & can easily get Taxi as well. Even the hotel staff arranged Taxi for me. Thanks a lot to all for this wonderful experience.
- 32nazanink (4/5): Small,dark and cold room - We booked this hotel with no prepayment and unfortunately before we had arrived there they charged from our credit card!!, the whole price and again the price of the first night. The reception told us that they made mistake but as you know it takes too long in bank systems to return our money. Also the quality of the breakfast was average,not good at all. And about the room: It was impossible to change the room tempreture and it was really cold. The room was too small with no enough space for 2person. The borders of the bed were sharp and really annoying !
- Sheraz (10/5): Nice hotel, great staff and good for shopping. - The hotel staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were provided every day. Good modern facilities in rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Made ommlette on request. We had two connecting rooms and an extra bed was provided on request, it was exactly how we needed it. En-suite was nice quality. Security for you room was very good. Additionally, the room was soundproof, which meant peace and quiet for resting. Also, for praying, the Kiblah direction was provided inside of the room. Some good TV channels to watch for adults and kids. Easy check-in and check-out without any hastle. Access from this hotel was also very good as the Osmanbey underground station was just less than 5 mins walk (that is walking with small children). From Osmanbey, it only takes 15 minutes to get to Sultan Ahmet square/Grand Bazaar etc. Plenty of currency exchange offices nearby. Food places, within 2 mins walking distance. Only problem was that in the double room the double bed was too big for the room and mattress was soft for the adults. If they change the orientation of the bed this could improve access to all parts of the room. Keeping spare mattresses (firm/extra firm/orthopedic etc.) would greatly improve quality of rest.

- Nadia (4/5): disappointing - The overall experience was disappointing. Good things: 1- The hotel location is amazing and near to the transportation, and a lot of shops are around. 2- The room service is good and they are very fast. Bad things: 1- We have booked the hotel 1 month before the trip, and we arranged airport shuttle 2 weeks before the trip and confirmed 3 days before the trip. We reached the airport, to find out the shuttle is not there after spending one hour searching for someone from the hotel. 2- The girl working on the reception was too rude talking to us. 3- We reached the hotel at 4 pm and the room was not fully ready. 4- The room had problem and the water was leaking on us from the roof. 5- The breakfast for the last 2 - 3 days was not good and it caused us some stomach problems. 6- The price is expensive comparing to the quality.

- Latif (8/5): Very Good 4-Star Hotel in Istanbul - It is very good and convenient for its cleanness, comfort, and its nice helpful staff. Hotel is few minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro and shopping street where many shops and restaurants are available. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, comfortable bed with bedside lamps, a mini bar frig, and a kettle for coffee and tea. There is a cabinet with mirror besides adjoining shelving compartments. The separate bathroom includes a washing basin, toilette, and a good size efficient shower. The hotel has WIFI and has one small laptop for customers' use. Though it is relatively small, but its standard deserves a rating of 4 plus. I would return to it and recommend it to friends.
- Ben (10/5): I'd stay there again. - Room was very comfortable, service was great. Room advertised as having balcony but did not. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Excellent food/selection. I will miss it.
- Stevo (8/5): Lovely hotel not to far from places - Myself and my fiance arrived at the hotel by taksi from taksim 10 lira. Was greeted by hotel staff who was very polite. The manager kindly upgraded our room without charging extra , as we originally book economy room. The room was very well designed apart from the wash basin in the toilet. Was difficult to wash our face without banging our heads on the shelf above. Bathroom was cleaned and sheets changed on request . Never used the gym ir sauna due to always going out visiting places. Breakfast was very tasty , and plenty to eat. Taksim wasnt to far away about 1 mile from hotel . Many restaurants shops and cinema near to hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in the favori hotel. Planning to stay there again , in july this year. Thank you to the staff at the hotel favori for a comfortable stay. Steve and Tanya

- lily (8/5): Nice hotel, polite staff - Stayed here for two nights with my spouse. Overall, pleasant stay. Room was small, but we didn't spend much time there. Clean facilities and really nice breakfast. Driver was on time to pick us from airport. Location is good if you aren't looking to be right in centre of city especially with the metro station within walking distance. A few things to improve: Expedia advertised the airport transfer fee for 30 euros round trip but the hotel wanted to charge us 70 euros. When we spoke with management they explained that it was an Expedia mistake and changed us 60 euros. That's s big discrepancy in my opinion and not fair to the client. Furthermore, it seemed only a few guests were staying at the hotel when we were there and as a kind gesture for our anniversary (which the hotel knew about), it would have been nice to get a bigger room. It does seem to be a very new hotel and I am sure these little improvements will help.
