Située proche de l'ascenseur, la mienne était particulièrement concernée, avec du bruit plusieurs fois dans la nuit, et insupportable à partir de 5h30 car de plus en plus récurrent.
• Claire (8/5): - I chose the hotel based on being able to park my car and it being an easy drive to the centre of St Malo. The hotel and room was clean, staff approachable. A budget hotel, with a comfortable bed. A good choice for one or two nights if you are travelling through France. The creperie recommended by the hotel was excellent, good value and friendly staff with 10% discount if you showed your hotel card.

• Lynne (8/5): - A good place to stay, approximately 15 minutes from the ferry terminal. Staff were friendly and checking in was easy. As well as the onsite breakfasts there's a choice of 3 other places to eat, including a McDonald's for coffees, important as no kettle in the room. Just one big problem for us was the aircon failing in the night. However the night staff couldn't have been more helpful and we were soon transferred to a different room for the rest of the night.

• Lisa (8/5): Preiswert und praktisch für eine Nacht - Wir haben im B&B Hotel eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht. Wie bei Hotels dieser Kette üblich gibt es einen Zimmercode für die Tür sowie Hauseingang und Pforte. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und die Dusche war hervorragend. Das Bett war ebenfalls bequem und nachts war es ruhig genug, um gut zu schlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sogar Englisch. Obwohl uns das Hotel nicht ausgebucht vorkam, war der Parkplatz abends rappelvoll, sodass wir mit Glück den letzten Platz bekommen haben. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, alles prima!

Chambre propre mais qui manque de rangements notamment dans la salle de bains. Bon accueil à la réception : personnel souriant et agréable. Petit bémol : le parking;si vous arrivez après 23 h, il n'y a plus du tout de places....

• Josée (6/5): - Premièrement l’hôtel est propre bien situé. Par contre la réception ferme à 21:00 ce que je n’avais pas remarqué lors de la réservation. Autre chose j’ai choisi un hôtel avec Wifi qui finalement ne fonctionne pas, perte constante de connection. Deuxième la climatisation est bien, refroidi bien la chambre. Troisièmement, il n’y a pas de service de nettoyage durant le jour. Le tapis de douche avait besoin d’être changé et la boîte de papier de toilette recharger. Il y avait une recharge en arrière de la toilette mais pas évident à prendre. Bon pour une nuit pour dormir et repartir.
• Susan (6/5): Ok hotel but no air condition as advertised! - Clean hotel which boasts air conditioning. Was told on check in each room had its own regulator however no such thing was found in the room and it was exceedingly hot overnight. Luckily the windows opened! On the night we were there the hotel had an issue with no hot water. Was up and gone too early the following morning to check if it had been mended. Clearly not deliberate, but very irritating!
