Elias (6/5): Hassle to check in - Late check in at automat, no connection between hotels.com booking and name, so a lot of hassle and had to call a callcenter to check in.
Verified traveler (6/5): Väldigt varmt rum och högljudd AC - Bra när man endast behöver ett ställe att sova på vid genomresa. Däremot var det otroligt varmt i rummet vilket gjorde att de inte blev många timmars sömn. Det fanns AC som vi fick använda oss av däremot lätt den extremt högt.

Le lendemain,on nous indique qu'il est impossible de prendre le petit dejeuner avec notre animal de compagnie dans la salle et refuse de nous rembourser le paiement que nous avions pourtant pris la veille aupres du meme personel qui ne nous a donne aucune interdiction vis a vis de notre chien.Mais nous a bien encaisse. Tres mauvaise experience et personnel a l'accueil tres desagreable et limite insultante.

The room was clean, if basic. Being close to the centre of town, the hotel is in a good location for food and local entertainment. Staff are light on the ground so make sure you have everything you need before checking in or out.

Check in à partir de 14h00, arrivée à 16h30 chambre non faite...refus de la femme de ménage de faire au plus vite, Chambre sans wifi correcte pas de sèche cheveux, pas de prise de courant à la table de nuit (qu'un lit sur 2...) radiateur électrique d'appoint qui traine... Petit déjeuner à 9h00 : plus de plateau, pas de couverts (que couteau) œufs brouillés en boite , le personnel recharge le buffet avec les boites devant les clients.. et demande d'attendre 15mm des couverts, on n'a pas le temps pour ça le matin. Odeur très désagréable de détergeant dans tout l'établissement (personnellement me donnant presque la nausée) seul point positif, le parking gratuit et la proximité avec l'échangeur d'autoroute

Ulrich (6/5): Hotel für eine Nacht ok - Alles in allem für eine Nacht gut. Check-In schalter hätte ab 14 uhr besetzt sein müssen, war es nicht. Der Herr kam dann irgendwann mal kurz nach 16 uhr an. Da wir keinen Code für die Türe per email erhielten, klingelten wir um 14.30 uhr an der Glocke. Wir wurden mindestens 4x weitergeleitet und 1 x wurde aufgelegt. Nachdem wir endlich den code erhielten, ging alles schnell und es gab auch keine probleme mehr. Frühstück war ok und das hotel ist zentral und die stadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das hotel selber war sauber. Fernseher ging nicht. Die wände sehr dünn und wir konnten die zimmernachbarn reden, duschen.....hören.

Il est donc dommage que les voisins ne sont pas plus respectueux et discret. Nous avons passé une relative bonne nuit. La salle de bain possède une douche très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est simple, mais suffisant pour démarrer la journée.
Claude (6/5): Cher pour ce que c'est... - La borne pour faire le checkin tard le soir est peu interactive , voire inutilisable. La machine à boissons/snacks, en pratique , ne prend que les espèces. Ma chambre était propre et spacieuse mais pour le prix (73 €) il devrait y avoir + de choses dedans (bouilloire, seche cheveux, ...) Ah oui j'allais oublier : le distributeur de papier toilette n'avait pas été rechargé avant mon arrivée : heureusement que j'avais mon paquet de kleenex ! Et j'allais oublier aussi : le code de ma porte de chambre ne marchait plus à 10h15 alors que le check out time était 12h00 d'après ma confirmation de réservation (mais 11h00 d'après la femme de chambre : encore une confusion). Bref : déception

Peter (8/5): Später Check-in holprig - Bei Buchung über hotels.com und später Ankunft im B&B hat nun wiederholt der automatische Check-in nicht funktioniert, weil wir die B&B-Buchungsnummer nicht wie zugesagt vorab erhalten haben. Ansonsten war das Haus sauber und die Gesamterfahrung angesichts eines günstigen Preises ok.

Verified traveler (10/5): Heel goed verblijf om Orange te bezoeken - Het hotel heeft fijne, ruime kamers en is centraal gelegen tussen winkelgebied en stadscentrum. De kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon. Ontbijt is zeer goed.

Maarten (6/5): - Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la climatisation, elle ne soufflait que de l'air chaud. Il faisait donc très chaud dans la chambre. Pas mal d'invités avec des chiens. S'ils commencent à aboyer au milieu de la nuit, ce n'est pas bon pour une bonne nuit de sommeil.

Joel (10/5): Super service - We had a late dinner in the hotel, as the restaurant close by was full. Instead of having to take the food to our room, we were given a table in the restaurant. Not standard procedure, but very kind. Everything we asked was taken care off.
