• Verified traveler (8/5): Great price for such a convenient hotel - It was a short stay with very low price for this comfortable hotel. Breakfast has a variety of options, it was very good. Room was clean. Every process is simple and they're well-thought. Good to have a password system for doors lock instead of holding room keys. The hotel responsible was very kind & helpful. My only problem was the noisy air conditioner and the weird water noise from bathroom at night. I say weird because it sounds like someone is snoozing. :)

• Dylan (2/5): - I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. The lobby smelled terrible upon check in, something resembling rotten tuna, their entire check in system is incredibly confusing and difficult if you arrive at the wrong time, the bathroom was dirty, and the climate control was broken and smelled of mold. It was a generally unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I do not intend on returning.
• pedrogD666GL (8/5): Cheap and well located. Only that! - Hotel very well located, close to public transport and with several services nearby (supermarkets, bakery/pastry shop, restaurants). A good option for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. You will get a very small and basic room. However, very clean and in basic conditions. It has an automatic booking system on site and no staff at reception at night. But as we arrived during the day, we don't know how check-in works at night. There are machines available for dispensing water, coffee and some snacks, but they only accept coins (not cards). There is also a microwave available. The breakfast, although basic, was quite good and acceptable.

• LOÏC (4/5): - Ce qui m'a déplu et le fait du moment de la réservation j'ai mis ou non de famille et pour récupérer la carte d'hébergement il faut mettre le prénom. Je ne l'aurais pas su si je n'aurais pas contacté le service de 24 heures sur 24 (perte de temps).

• Olivier (2/5): Mediocre - Arrivee tardive. Pris en charge par le gardien puis par un autre type qui voulait me refaire payer la nuit deja regler sur hotel.com. apres 45 mn de négociation, j arrive enfin a avoir la clef de la chambre. Etat mediocre de l'hotel plus que vieillissant.

As condições do quarto sao ok para o preço, mas a area não é segura e a clientela não é propria para familias. Quando chegámos o parque estava cheio e tivemos de deixar o carro na rua, tentaram assaltar o carro durante a noite. Ao chegar ao andar do quarto, as janelas estavam abertas mas havia um cheiro intenso a fumo (nao só de tabaco).

• chrissJ2181VI (4/5): Two poor nights sleep! - When we arrived we spent about 30mins with the checkin staff insisting we needed to pay, despite already paying. We were told that our air conditioning was broken. We had two rooms, both were incredibly hot. The windows in the roomed opened fully so were not safe with the children- as we were on the 5th floor and they had a table under which you could climb on from the bed. Even when they were open it was very noisy outside and one room has a huge illuminated notice board outside which meant the curtain had to be closed otherwise the room was flooded with light. The extractor in the bathrooms did not work, meaning showers made the rooms even hotter. One room had no shower gel in it. We didn't sleep very well, so it was poor all in all. The location on the other hand is great and the patisserie downstairs is excellent!

Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympa, toutefois, la dame du petit déjeuner et du ménage à l'accueil, devrait faire un petit effort car pas très agréable … La chambre semble avoir été repeinte, et le sol refait, mais la salle de bain, une horreur !!! Pas très propre … et toujours le même problème de lavabo ou douche presque bouchés. Sinon emplacement très bien, surtout par rapport à Orly.

• easton (6/5): Welcoming but tired - The hotel is a bit tired needs some tlc I'm the rooms and all around. Staff were welcoming and friendly the bathroom smelt on arrival so I had to open the window and buy some bleach to clean the surfaces 😟

Manca il frigobar, il phon. A colazione ( extra € 6,85 pax ) il personale ti richiama se prendi la seconda brioche. L' hotel ha il parcheggio privato non coperto ma con accesso protetto, è ben servito con linea tram a 50 Mt. ma si trova in area 3 e per visite di più giorni è consigliato almeno l'abbonamento Mobilis giornaliero.

• Milena (4/5): Dont recomend if you want polite and leave early. - Staff was rude with my family because we didnt speek their language very well. And the day we left, we had a flight at 07:30am so we had to leave hotel at 05:00 and it was closed!! Nobody to open. We started screaming and nobody came. Nearly lost our flight.
• 931wernerr (8/5): Good hotel for a business trip - The hotel is new and the rooms are clean & cozy, but on the whole Il slightly overpriced for what it can offer. The positive sides are the free private parking on the front area of the hotel and the good buffet breakfast for Euro 6,50, but the standard price of the room (89 Euros) is high for a 2 star hotel. If you can get the room with a special offer, than it is fine and conveniently located close to the Orly Airport.

• Peggy (4/5): Never Again!!! - The room was not very clean and the steps leadind to the loft was not safe. My granddaughters slipped on them three times. The housekeeping ladies argued very loudly a couple of days and sounded like they were about to fight.

Asked for a taxi the next morning and turns out it was a bandit that tried to double my fare to the airport. Vents were so dusty it was hard to breathe at times. Location is not near anything, plus you have to buy your own water

• Anju (4/5): Expensive and not nice - Very cramped small room. Beware no one in reception after 8:30pm However staff (Mr Price) was very helpful in the morning with advice on organising our travel in Paris and arranging taxi etc. But sorry I wouldn't go there again to stay

• 304umutm (10/5): It was really good! - We been there for a night. One of smily lady took our details. Really helpful staff, i am really pleased about it. Rooms are better than I expected. After that horrible Paris's traffic, they were like angel to us.
• Kilovictorsierra (10/5): Budget suprice - New budget hotel, close to the Orly airport. You need a code to access pretty much everything at the hotel. I did not receive this code at any point, but luckily i got there just in time to talk to staff who provided the code. Rooms were big enough for one night. Super fast wifi and good aircondition. Wifi was free. Also parking was free.
• Iota-E-S (8/5): Very Clean , Comfortable and Superb Location - very clean room. Bed was very comfy Keyless and Cardless entry. Use of number combination Great location, close to RER or Bus line Paris Orly Airport is also short distance from the hotel I loved the breakfast
• Terryyl (8/5): Simple, clean, small and worth the price - Needed a place to sleep for one night and it was exactly what we needed. The welcome was very nice and the room very clean. There is no access key to open your room or the gate to park your car after hours, you need to remember your confirmation code ;) I would not recommend the hotel if your plan is to visit Paris and if you do not have a car especially with the current major road construction(addition of a tramway).
• jcam07 (2/5): Tried to make us sleep on the curb!!! - My wife and I booked rooms for this hotel through the information desk at CDG after missing our flight due to Paris metro delays. The person from this hotel took our credit card information and told us to come to the site with our confirmation number ready, since we would be showing up after the front doors were locked and the front desk would be closed. Getting to the hotel by public transportation required a long metro trip and a bus ride. It is in a somewhat sketchy part of town, with major construction going on across the street. When we arrived at the hotel, we pushed the button at the door to contact the help desk. When we told the attendant that we booked a room and gave him our confirmation number he told us that he had no record of our confirmation, and hung up on us. We pushed the button again, and told him that we had called from the airport, and described the circumstances. He very rudely said that he had received a reservation from the airport, at that exact timeframe, but would not let us in, and then hung up on us again!! We pushed the button again, and told him that they took our credit card information and that we have a confirmation number. He told us too bad, and hung up on us!!!! While all of this was happening, we were joined by multiple other people who were checked into the hotel, and could not reenter the hotel because the doors were locked. The attendant REFUSED to help them as well. We tried to talk to him one last time, and begged him to just come down and talk with us so we could straighten this out, and that we had nowhere else to go. He hung up on us again!! With the help of a few friendly other guests who were stuck outside, we finally figured out how to use hotel computer terminal to input our confirmation number, and get access. (Mind you, the attendant NEVER even mentioned the terminal to us during any of our conversations) We would have had to sleep on the curb if not for the help of some of the other guests, who were themselves locked out. I understand the need for security (though one has to wonder how safe a place this hotel is if they feel the need to lock out their own guests and be rude to others), but to not even ATTEMPT to helpful to people that you know called to make a reservation… that’s just unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
• Excursion3701 (10/5): good hotel :) - I was looking for a hotel near Orly and an cheap one: not over 50€ the night and found this B&B. The hotel is very clean, each day you get fresh towels and sheets and no mildew in the bathroom :) 50 meters from the hotel there is the bus stops where you can get the bus n°295 to Orly or Villejuif (metro 7). My friend forgot his digital camera, but you can go on their website: the room totally looks like the pictures you'll find there. The check out time is at noon... and the flight was at 7pm, not very convenient to have a last walk in Paris with our luggage but the receptionnist kindly accepted to keep them for free. So definitely a hotel that i recommend.
