Pues no es punto malo, pero, no me dió chance de ver el desayuno, gym u otras cosas. REPITO no es punto malo, solo no tuve tiempo

El desayuno, muy bajo a comparacion de antes, ya no hay casi nada de desayunar, es muy basico y eso no esta bien para los que ya estamos acostumbrados a un buen desayuno en ese hotel, que lastima!!!

Siempre faltaban vasos de cafe desechables en comedor, la limpieza no la hicieron diariamente, no resurtian completo en las habitaciones de articulos de aseo personal incluidos

El desayuno estuvo bueno y además tiene gimnasio, solo le falta la piscina para estar completo. Tiene buena cantidad de estacionamientos por si llegas tarde. El personal es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es buena depende de lo que se busque, está cerca de Progreso que era nuestra destino. Buen Hotel, tiene todo lo necesario.

• 731abbiea (8/5): Great service ... - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner wouldn't go below 20.5 and for 6 nights i couldn't sleep. It must be locked not to go below that temp. The hallways were always dirty with crumbs of some sort. The remote control disappeared on night 6 and we had go go down to get a new one and it didn't control the TV. The safe worked but you had to open it by pulling on the label which was peeling off. Lamp shade as below. Sheets were blood stained and always felt crunchy.. not impressed and won't go back.

• Ortiz (6/5): - The Hampton Inn brand usually means clean and neat and a nice breakfast. While reception was wonderful, the bedroom looked a little worn. Dinner was not up to Hampton standards. My husband was not asked how he wanted his steak (rare, medium, etc.), and the slab of cheese they gave him was inedible. The breakfast was out of food over an hour before it was time, and the server was none too friendly in telling us. However, shortly after that, fresh food was brought out, that we wouldn't have known about if we hadn't gone back for a 2nd cup of coffee. We stayed in four hotels over four straight nights. This was the poorest of the four. See above

Las únicas dos quejas que tuvimos fueron que faltan algunas amenidades en el cuarto como plancha o secadora de cabello, aunque el staff fue muy amable al orientarnos y darnos opciones de a dónde podíamos ir. He estado en varias cadenas de este tipo de hoteles antes, y siendo esta la primera vez que probé el Hilton debo decir que quedé fascinado. Otra área de oportunidad puede ser mejorar el sazón del desayuno para algunos platillos o el café, pero fuera de eso estuvo delicioso y tuvimos una experiencia buena.
