- Nick (7/5): Nice resort in a great location close to Gir NP - Great location and friendly staff make this resort worth considering if your staying in the area. They were flexible around breakfast when we had a morning safari which was useful. The food was good although it is toned down for westerners which is always disappointing. The resort is starting to look a bit tired and could do with a deep clean.

Tried 1 meal at next door 5 star resort but its food quality failed in front of Asiatic Lion Lodge. staff is very helpful and ensure comfort of the guests. New Year Gala dinner & tribe dance was fun More evening entertainment activities. Though wild life movie was screened but will be fun if more activities are planned. Also, evening tea & snacks should be part of the deal.
