Pros: the breakfast was delicious.

Issues with the keys deactivating consistently, mold in shower in one of the two rooms we booked and it also had the smell of mold. One of the days we stayed the water was shut off In the early a.m. and when it got turned back on it was brown. We were told we booked 2 rooms that slept 6 but in actuality, it slept four and no accommodations for that was made without an additional charge.

- vineet (10/5): Good place to stay with kids - We stayed here for a week during kids spring break visiting Cabo. This was equidistant from Cabo and San Jose so we could visit both sides. Room was clean with 2 queen beds. Decent size bathroom, included refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker.. pool was nice although the water in hot tub wasn’t hot.. breakfast was really good with lot of options.

- Virgil (6/5): - Has the potential to be better. We had difficulty finding the entrance, really did not get good information on where to park. The room was very spacious and had comfortable beds however our view was obstructed by an other part of the hotel. The hot water was not hot. The 5th floor pool and hot tub (not hot) and bar and views were beautiful. The restaurant complex next door were fantastic.

- Karin (9/5): Very good value for the money overall. - We like the proximity to the airport . The view over the ocean where the whales pass by. The rooftop swimming pool. Walking distance to the market where you can have a variety of excellent food. See picture. The water in the shower was cold in the morning. They could not fix it in time.

When we asked for something basic like a water or something as simple as a plastic bag to put our dirty clothes in they were told “we’re out”. The transportation from the airport to the hotel is also inaccurate. The room itself is kind of clean and the drain in the shower didn’t work as well.

- KITTY (10/5): Peace and quiet - It was great at first I was put out because it is away from all the restaurants but I loved the pool bar Jorge was amazing he makes the best mango margaritas and I found I could Uber anywhere I wanted to go met some nice folks too it is very nice and quiet just what I needed to recharge highly recommend it

This was not included in the amount we paid to Expedia and is not disclosed anywhere on Expedia or the hotel’s policies online. We have stayed here about 10 times over the past year as we build our Cabo home and have never been charged any extra fees before. But, now that they are playing games with their hidden fees will not be coming back.

- Alwyn (8/5): - We stayed for 2 nights and would return if we had a reason to be in this area again. The breakfast selection was very good and rooms were quiet. Staff were excellent. Parking is secure underground and included in the rate. We did find the lighting in the rooms were much too dim , especially in the bathroom. The light above the shower did not work. We woukd suggest that at the pool area they divide the roof section into a smoking and non-smoking area. Because smokers in the hot tub or sitting next to you is not pleasant for non smokers. That said, this hotel is overall nice.
- Kevin (8/5): - Rooms are spacious, rooftop deck and bar is nice. Parking is paid only, must have Pesos or the Parko app (machine only takes Pesos and the ATM next to it only gives US dollars). Not enough towels were provided and the housekeeping is not 24 hours. AC stopped working in the night so it got stuffy in the room.

- Colleen (4/5): - The hotel itself is nice and the roof top pool area has a nice view of the ocean. However the listing said that they had an airport shuttle for a fee. I assumed this at least meant they could help us book one of the many airport shuttles. Instead one member of our group was told they couldn’t book a shuttle but the front desk lady set her up transportation which turned out to be a very expensive taxi. It was at least 3 times more than what the front desk agent indicated to her it would be. I was also told my another front desk agent they couldn’t help us book anything but to use Uber. That was at least a reasonable price.

- Elita (8/5): - There is no place to walk and the area is on a highway. We were advised not to try to cross the highway because of all the speeding traffic. You must Uber to get around. There are a few places to eat that are close. There is a pharmacy, and s few other shops It is near a hospital, so we met many people from all over the world at breakfast.
