- Parisa (4/5): - When we arrived, I told the receptionist that I have booked 2 rooms, he insisted that it is 1 room only! I had paid for both rooms and had to show him the confirmation. As soon as I showed him the confirmation, he suddenly said, yes! Okay! He had my reservation already and I found what he did very unprofessional. Also, the rooms shower fixtures were super dirty and the door of the shower was broken.
