- Sean (10/5): - Staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Could not be happier My room (310) has a door that sticks and is hard to open. It also slams closed quite loudly. Door has obviously had work done to it as the interior metal frame is warped and sort of cobbled together. That’s my only complaint about my stay

Fitness room was pretty well equipped and breakfast was really well stocked and PLENTIFUL. A great variety with good options, to include healthier items and fruit along with the usual breads and waffles. This is my second stay in a Home2 Suite and both times everything has been great. I am definitely going to seek out these hotels in the future. I can't really fault anything at all... the shower gel dispenser was empty in our bathroom, and after notifying front desk who apologized profusely, it was rectified immediately. No complaints here.

Coffee maker is a dual brew. Two cups can be made at a time. One side brewed slower than the other. Needs to be descaled or thrown out. Cheap brand.

The breakfast ends early at 9 am, was fine with a good selection, and fresh fruit. The coffee ran out one morning at 9:15 am. The pool looked great but didn’t have time this trip.

- Teresa (9/5): Everything was great and would recommend the place. - Very clean, very friendly atmosphere Only complaint was the tv, it wasn’t allowing my husband to watch his shows. He thought maybe it was the remote but it was the app that wasn’t working correctly. Someone was supposed to come up but never showed up. He went downstairs to lobby and asked about the tv and the attendant said he would send maintenance up to check it. No one showed up or called and checked on it. A follow up would have been nice, I know it wasn’t emergency but it still needed to be addressed. Everything else was great.

- Paul (7/5): Better than most and well priced - Generally, the property and experience were above average, but there were some details that were annoying. The property is well designed for the traveller and, from what I could tell, good with children and pets. The room was well-appointed and very pleasant. The design was attractive and the attention to 'travel' details was accommodating. It was quiet. I liked that the hotel was tucked away from the other hotels nearby and its location was appealing to anyone needing some nightlife. They were small details and did not really affect our stay too much but the bedding was not appealing--i like the European style of one top cover, but the sheet cover material was nasty and 'sweaty'. the TV screen resolution sucked. The staff did not seem particularly happy though they were not rude in any way. Breakfast was not 'star' worthy but appreciated. The plan was such that the Reception did not really monitor the Elevators and without security in the elevators, anyone could enter and go to guest floors. The building is somewhat isolated, and this is a personal safety issue!

- Leah (5/5): Passable - Great location! 15 min to Bricktown, 5 min to downtown Edmond, just off I35 but not close enough for highway traffic noise. The hotel was really hot, temperature wise. At first I thought it was just the AC unit in my room, but after stepping out into the hallway, the hallway was hot. The door to the bathroom wouldn't really open all the way, it was rubbing against the floor. Not a huge deal, but you kind of have to step over the toilet bowl to be out of the way to close the toilet bowel. The shower was set nice, but the shower head was difficult to reach.

- Rolland (5/5): Good but slippery floors - Good space, good breakfast. Tile floor in entryway and bath was like a skating rink to the point of being dangerous. Suspect the house keeper did not adequately rinse the soap off the tile after mopping. Housekeeping was gone so had to put towels on the floor to mitigate the slipperiness. Very poor situation for seniors.

- Ressa (7/5): Nice, clean facilities just need better training. - It was a nice property. I checked in around 3:30. Woke up to an email saying my room was cancelled and would be charged a late cancellation fee. That morning spoke to a nice lady who said, I wasn’t checked in properly and when the nightly audit was ran, it cancelled my room. So she made a new reservation to charge me.

Came in and oir room had 2 fake nails in closet area, hairs on bathroom floor, and food crumbs on floor. Clearly a rush cleaning job. AC worked amazingly!! Breakfast was ok at best.

The room was spacious and we booked a room with a kitchen which came stocked with a full sized fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was good with a build your own breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, or yogurt parfait option. They also had toast, bagels, biscuits or muffins. The area was quiet, the parking lot was lit up and I felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Only issue was toilet not flushing properly had to wait overnight for the maintenance guy to correct. He came by early to be sent away until afternoon. He did correct the issue. Breakfast hard to describe. Like it CNN is set up. To make an egg McMuffin. Did have coffee, juice, oatmeal, cereal and waffles.

- Lester (3/5): Poor - At about midnight, there arose such a racket to make you think that there was a riot occurring on the second floor. We assumed that there were drunks coming in from a night out, and decided to ignore it. It went on for over an hour. There was pounding on the walls and floors that I am confident disturbed the entire floor. It eventually died down. Perhaps the staff got involved, I do not know.

- Ron (4/5): - Tv did not work staff came up and fixed it. Couch was as hard as a rock. Dogs yapping. Kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast food was bad. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known they accepted dogs.

- Jessica (10/5): - Staff was super friendly, it was in a quiet area off I’m assuming one of the main drags. Overall very pleased with my stay.
- Aaron (10/5): - I stayed only one night and it was a great experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be the outdoor seating was a bit worn. The surrounding property that is beyond the hotel’s control was a bit over grown. None of these things really impacted the over all great stay. I strongly suggest this hotel.
