Monika (8/5): - Obsługa bardzo miła ,codzienne sprzątanie pokoi z wymiana wszystkich ręczników Lokalizacja blisko centrum około 20 minut spacerkiem Śniadanka w formie bufetu skromne ale smaczne . Tuż obok restauracja na wysokim poziomie posiłki obłędne dobre . Niestety widok z okna dramatyczny w pobliżu tory kolejowe co uniemożliwiało spanie. Hotel wymaga remontu sufit nad bufetem śniadaniowym sypał się. Parking hm połączony z parkingiem publicznym wieczorem nie ma już miejsca by zaparkować.Spa w tym hotelu to żenada basenik i wanna na dworze w obskurnym stanie -nieczynne a sauna mokra w środku śmierdziała wilgocią .

It may have been 4 star hotel ‘many moons ago’, but certainly not now! We chose it for the location, but were very disappointed with the overall standard of the establishment!

La struttura molto pulita e la colazione molto abbondante sia dolce che salata la camera molto grande hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto gradevole. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio spa con sauna,bagno turco e docce emozionali. La nostra esperienza è stata molto piacevole.

François (8/5): Un hôtel agréable mais... - Personnel très à l'écoute et réactif à la moindre demande. Chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue. Un restaurant au dessous très fréquenté avec des prix très modiques et une cuisine de bonne tenue. Petit déjeuner un peu juste en variété et qualité. Avons dû supporter les cris, hurlements, cavalcades d'un groupe de jeunes dont les responsables ne s'occupaient visiblement pas. Sur le balcon: sol maculé d'enduit de façade y compris sur les vitres de la baie vitrée. Cet établissement ne donne pas l'impression d'être géré rigoureusement. Le personnel bien que dévoué semble abandonné, insuffisamment dirigé.

VANIA (5/5): bel giro a Vicenza.... tante cose da vedere in 2 giorni - Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la disponibilità del personale. buonissimo il ristorante accanto all'hotel. non mi è piaciuta la pulizia delle stanze, la cura dell'esterno (ok che non è stagione estiva ma sarebbe stato meglio lasciare l'estivo in modo pulito e ordinato visto che affaccia sul balcone...), la nostra camera non aveva il box doccia (forse per agevolare chi ha disabilità...).

roberta (6/5): Deludente - Della struttura mi è piaciuto il personale, sia le governanti sia le persone che servivano la colazione. Tutte molto gentili e disponibili. Anche la posizione ben collegata con il centro di Vicenza Sono rimasta molto delusa perché sul sito di Booking mostrano il servizio spa con piscina idromassaggio e piscina allo scoperto. Non avendo prenotato con la SPA inclusa, ho contattato la struttura per vedere se era disponibile e se si poteva prenotare a parte e la risposta è stata positiva. Sul sito inoltre c’è scritto che dall’1 aprile i servizi sono tutti disponibili. Arrivo in hotel e mi si dice che le due piscine non erano disponibili causa lavori di ristrutturazione al loro ristorante e che quindi c’era solo disponibile la sauna con il bagno turco. Sinceramente non trovo corretta la modalità. Se non è disponibile un servizio che rende attrattiva la tua struttura per il 90% lo devi specificare sia sul sito sia quando un cliente ti scrive per chiedertelo espressamente. Non avrei prenotato in questo hotel altrimenti, non per qualcosa di contrario ma semplicemente perché non andavo a spendere questa cifra per non avere il servizio Spa completo come mi aspettavo. Ad aggiungersi era questa puzza di pesce costante in hall e negli ascensori, davvero terrificante. So che il loro ristorante era di pesce ma non credo sia il massimo sentire questo odore in tutto l’hotel h24.

Der anfängliche Desinfektionsgeruch im Zimmer. Unser Tip. Ankommen und erst einmal über Gang und Fenster/Balkontür querlüften. Nicht erst zum Schlafen ankommen!

Natasa (5/5): - Doručak je bio dobar. Soba je bila velika, krevet je bio udoban. Izuzetno ljubazna osoba je radila na doručku. Lošije sam ocenila objekat zbog opisane neprijatane situacije koju smo imali u hotelu. Nije mi se dopao stav hotela da treba da platimo takse za koje je pisalo i na bookingu i na rezervaciji da su uključene u cenu i odbijen je ukupan iznos sa moje bankovne kartice. Osoba koja radi na recepciji je bila veoma neprijatna dok je tvrdila da je greška bookinga što su oni pogrešno napisali na svom sajtu da je cena sa taksama i da mi treba da platimo takse pre napuštanja hotela. Postoji malo kulturniji i vaspitaniji način da se komunicira sa klijentima, tako da sam veoma iznenađena da takva osoba uopšte radi na recepciji. Tada sam joj ja pokazala na sajtu bookinga da piše da je cena sa taksama i za eventualno novu rezervaciju narednih dana. Ja smatram, da se i desila greška od strane bookinga, oni su trebali da nam se obrate za doplatu, a ne osoblje hotela jer mi nismo rezervisali hotel direktno na recepciji hotela. Tako da je to ružno iskustvo za nas. Mi smo platili te takse na recepciji da kasnije ne bi možda imali neke probleme, ali sigurna sam da to nije trebalo tako da se desi jer sam imala potvrdu rezervacije gde je pisalo da je plaćeno sve. Pisala sam bookingu odmah nakon problema koji smo imali o tom svom iskustvu i oni mi nisu još uvek odgovorili. Od tada je prošlo već dva dana.
