- Natascha (9/5): Fantastisch - Heerlijke kamer!! Gratis gebruik van de wellness. Super mooie ligging. Smakelijk ontbijtbuffet. Kom graag ook eens in het voorjaar/zomer terug. Hond vriendelijk. Op de dag van aankomst viel er enorm veel sneeuw. Dan is het erg lastig om bij de accommodatie te komen ivm de steile en smalle toegangsweg. Gelukkig tipte een bewoonster mij het hotel te bellen en te vragen naar vervoer met 4WD. Dit werkte perfect. Ik liet mijn eigen auto beneden in het dal staan. Wel veel trappen in het hotel, dit was voor mijn oudere hond een uitdaging.

- Andrea (10/5): Ich habe den Aufenthalt an diesem unglaublich schönen Ort sehr genossen, vielen Dank! - Was für eine tolle Überraschung - ich erhielt ein Upgrade in ein neues, modernes und helles Zimmer mit Balkon! Die Sicht war aussergewöhnlich, auf die Berge und das Klanghaus. Der Schwendisee in 5 Minuten erreichbar und nach dem Spaziergang kann man das gemütliche Wellness geniessen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück lecker, einfach top.

- Silvia (9/5): Gutes Hotel in Gehdistanz zum Klanghaus Toggenburg. Freundliche Mitarbeitende. Gutes Essen. - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem neuen Klanghaus Toggenburg und es ist super dort zu übernachten, damit man nach einem Konzert im Klanghaus nicht nach Hause fahren muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und der Fitnessraum mit allen erforderlichen Geräten ausgestattet. Es hat drei multifunktionale Kraftmaschinen, die ein Ganzkörpertraining ermöglichen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und wir haben gut gegessen im Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sicherlich auch eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und für Wintersport, was wir aber nicht gemacht haben. --
- Verena (9/5): Toller Kurzurlaub - Kurzentschlossen konnten wir noch in Stumps Alpenrose reservieren. Wir freuten uns auf 2 tolle Tage im Toggenburg. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten das Zimmer termingerecht beziehen. Sogar für unseren Hund war ein Bettli und 2 Näpfe bereit. Die Betten waren ausserordentlich bequem und dufteten angenehm frisch. Für das Wellness war für jeden Gast eine Tasche mit Tüechli und ein Bademantel bereit um die grosse Wellnessoase zu geniessen. Es wurden auch verschiedene Sorten Tee im Ruheraum angeboten. Einfach klasse! Das Abendessen haben wir im Restaurant eingenommen. Wir haben uns mit einem feinen Wildmenue und einer Flasche Hauswein verwöhnen lassen. Nach einer ruhigen und erholsamen Nacht konnten wir am wunderbaren Zmorgenbuffet den vielen Leckereien nicht wieder stehen und genossen dies in vollen Zügen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist einfach hervorragend! Der Shuttle-Service ist purer Luxus! Das Frühstück besteht aus ausgewählten, ganz frischen Produkten. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Bravo! Wir waren etwas überrascht, als wir feststellten, dass unser Zimmer für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ausgestattet war. Im Restaurant war es etwas zu warm. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Gemüse gewünscht.
- Andrea (8/5): Klanghaus, Ruhe und Natur - Wir waren an einem mehrtägigen Kurs im Klanghaus und haben die Nähe zum Klangaus, die Natur und Ruhe sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel wird professionell geführt, Zimmer tip top sauber, die Mitarbeitenden sehr zuvorkommend und es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Essen und Kuchen sind ebenso zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein sehr sympathisches Hotel an wunderschöner Lage!

- Doris (10/5): unfortunately I did not have the possibility to enjoy everything long enough because I attended a workshop till late in - the room i closed the bathroom and toilet door from the outside and could not open it anymore: to went into red. so at midnight I had to go to the bar - luckily someone was still there and could open it for me.
- Alan (4/5): Not quite as advertised - The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to write home about, same menu for lunch and dinner and very overpriced - we found this out by driving down the road and finding an array of supermarkets selling items at normal UK prices. The staff are friendly and they put a nice touch on for our anniversary dinner but I wouldn't recommend this conference centre as a couples hotel.

My room was very large and comfortable with great views. I love how they thought to provide you things for using the sauna and also going on hikes. It would have been helpful to have general instructions for using the sauna area and other facilities provided on a sheet of paper or by email when checking in (bonus points for things being provided in both English and German)

All the employees are extremely professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. There is nothing I can complain about (and that is quite rare). Everything exceeded my expectation.

- Cedric (10/5): Break hotel 😃 - The welcome, the kindness, the hotel is simple but super cozy and very well maintained. There is also one of the nicest gym we ever seen. Very large selection of machines and equipment. Nice breakfast buffet. Delicious menu at the hotel’s restaurant. Take the time to go swimming in the lake behind the hotel. There are also trampolines for children.

- Robert (9/5): Mountain hotel for summer and winter holidays with a wellness center with saunas. - The hotel is located on a hill in the picturesque Swiss countryside, during the day you can hear the chimes of grazing cows and at night you can admire the sky full of stars. The hotel can be reached by car and parking is included in the accommodation price. The hotel has a well-sized wellness center with saunas.

- Maryam (10/5): - Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come.

- Verified traveler (8/5): a happy hike and wonderful place to stay - A great place for hiking with great location near hiking and ski lifts. Fun klingweg noise walk (but can’t hear in hotel) :) all food was delicious including local meat. Massage was fantastic after a long hike. Our dog was welcome and liked to lounge in the sun on the terrace. It was full of dogs but you would never know it due to the quiet and clean and so trace of smell of them. We would go back to this family run hotel.
