• Alessia Silvia (10/5): Amazing breakfast and shower - The best shower I have ever seen in my life. The breakfast was huge with a lot of variety and typically Turkish food. A beautiful and very well behaved dog was giving cuddles if you wanted. Stunning pool.

El lugar es hermoso, piscina impecable.Habitaciones elegantes, baño con shampoo, gel de ducha y acondicionador (se agradece porque nunca hay). Se hubiese sabido que el hotel era tan genial, me hubiese quedado más días solo para disfrutarlo. Otro punto destacable, es que el anfitrión nos llevó en auto de manera gratuita hasta el acceso a la Hieralopolis, muy lindo detalle. Nada negativo que decir, todo excelente.

• Arlette (9/5): Hotel de charme de style alpestre - Joli hôtel vraiment dans le style Belle chambre (sans coffre fort) avec petit balcon avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Belle douche plein pied. Wifi moyen (le moins fort pendant notre tour ) mais suffisant pour utilisation normale. Petit déjeuner très complet, façon turc. qui se prend en salle ou dans le jardin très fleuri. Piscine de grandeur moyenne, très propre. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Un atout non mentionné par "Booking": sur demande l'hôtel propose une navette gratuite jusqu'à l'entrée du site de Hierapolis et les travertins. Bon restaurant. Un point qui m'a étonné: la différence de prix entre une bouteille d'eau minérale et gazeuse dont le prix est de six (6) fois le prix de l'au minérale??? Sinon rien de négatif.

• Paul (7/5): Nice friendly little hotel. - Great location for visiting Pamukkale mud pools and Hierapolis. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room cost is very reasonable. The pool area is really nice. There’s plenty of room in the dining area so guests can move about easily . The room was nice but lacked a bit of quality with the mattress , a broken toilet paper holder lay under the sink. Only filter coffee available for breakfast, the breakfast offering was a bit strange like spaghetti in tomato sauce, some of it looked like it was part of an all day offering rather than a breakfast buffet, a little investment could make it a great place to stay, it’s great value for money but with a few upgrades I’d definitely go back and would gladly pay more.

• Orlando (8/5): Nice location with a comfortable, clean room. Good size shower with plenty of hot water. The hotel property is very nic - Nice location, swimming pool and restaurant. Our room had a nice deck. Close to the sites and restaurants. They have a good parking lot, and they offer lots of services: spa, balloon ride, etc. They had a shuttle to Hieropolis, but NOT back to the hotel. The bed pillows could be nicer.

• TripAround (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente a Pamukkale! - Il Venus Hotel è stata una scelta davvero azzeccata. Le camere sono molto spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. L’organizzazione dei tour è stata impeccabile: tutto ben gestito, puntuale e senza stress, il che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli e supporto. Unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda la colazione: è molto ricca e varia, ma sarebbe utile aggiungere delle etichette ai cibi per capire meglio cosa si sta mangiando. Inoltre, il caffè tendeva a finire spesso . un soggiorno davvero ottimo che consiglio senza esitazioni!

Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, très propre et bien équipée. Ascenseur. Personnel à l'accueil de bon conseil. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit point à la hauteur du reste : manque de fraîcheur et qualité très médiocre des produits servis : mieux vaudrait, par exemple, un buffet de petit-déjeuner moins pléthorique, mais avec des produits de qualité ; tenu et comportement très négligés du personnel du restaurant.

• Fernanda (10/5): El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje - El pueblo es pequeño, con distancias caminables desde el hotel hasta la entrada sur de los Travertinos, restaurantes y supermercados. Fue muy agradable pasear tranquilamente por el sector. Agradecemos a todo el personal por su amabilidad. Nos trasladaron gratuitamente hasta la entrada norte de la Hierápolis, nos permitieron guardar las maletas durante la tarde luego de haber hecho el check out, y tenían disponible té y café durante todo el día. El desayuno que incluía el hotel nos dejó maravilladas. Era muy variado y rico. Cenamos un par de veces también allí y nos encantó. La comida sabrosa, y siempre nos entregaban una canasta con pan y salsas típicas de Turquía. Amamos el Acılı Ezme! En cuanto a las instalaciones, todo estaba impecable. A pesar de hacer frío aún, la piscina estaba lista para que cualquier valiente pudiera usarla. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Había shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha y jabón. En pocos hoteles encontramos esto, por lo que se agradece.
• Hyunsue (10/5): Best in Goreme, must stay next time, too! - New building! No matter what, new facility provides convenience for stay with affordable price. Hotel is low profiled, all the floor is accessible with stairs quickly. Room is very cozy and warm in late March. Most of all I can see directly baloon at early morning at the roof. Baloon viewable location is bonus. Parking is street. Room sound is easily go through to next room or lower floor. Always we prefer earlier breakfast, but 8am is not early but not late, too. TV under the mirror is great but not too big enough. Not major but it's not a cave hotel.

• LoopyLou22 (9/5): Great place to stay for visit to Pamukkale - Excellent check-in, helpful staff, lovely rooms, nice bathrooms, spacious balcony with chairs & small table, efficient air conditioning, comfy beds (if not a bit hard for our liking), really good choice for lighting in the room and around the beds. Fridge in the rooms. Bottles of water, kettle, coffee & tea provided. Huge breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Lovely pool but too cold to use yet. Amazing shady garden with comfy tables & chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just drinks and playing games. Comfy sofas in the lobby. Very helpful staff for any questions, organising tours, tips for visiting local areas. All in all a great place to stay and with views of the white travertines. A problem with the shower in one of our rooms was sorted and a new room given quickly. Great recommendation for a thermal pool, hamam and massage - affordable and very good. The breakfast room was very hot so this made the food dry up a bit at breakfast which was a shame as it was all homemade and plentiful.

• Leanne (8/5): Quiet & peaceful - Staff very helpful, located approximately 10 min walk from the centre. Due to this the hotel is quiet & peaceful. Lovely outdoor pool & surrounding area. Staff arranged for us to go to the Ramada Hotel where we could enjoy a Turkish Bath & soak in the mineral waters. Breakfast could be improved by providing better coffee, & a meat & or fish selection. There is a huge cheese & jam selection that could be reduced to balance out.

• Connnie (10/5): Highly recommend - This is a beautiful hotel with a great location for visiting Hieropolis and the travertine tiles area. Things I liked: spacious room, great bathroom with excellent water pressure, a hotel restaurant with delicious food, and a private parking lot, and walking distance to everything in town. The amazing breakfast gets it's own sentence! Our room had a great view too. Stay Here!!!

• Yakup (6/5): Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Pamukkale und Hierapolis sowie ein gutes Frühstück, leider is - Tolle Lage in der Nähe von Pamukkale und der antiken Stadt Hierapolis Frühstück war gut und ausreichend Ausstattung alt und teilweise abgenutzt Zimmer/Einrichtung herabgekommen Sehr starke Abnutzungsspuren erkennbar

• matt (7/5): It's as good as you'll get there - Hotel is efficient, staff is helful, kind. Breakfast was ample with lots of selection. Near attractions. There isn't much but touristy stuff in the town.
• Louise (8/5): - Friendly staff who were helpful Breakfast was very varied Pool looked nice but too cold to swim! Nothing against the hotel but this town has only the cotton clouds to see, and nothing in the evening. Suggest going to nearby town to try the thermal spas.
• Ahmed (9/5): - Nice size rooms, clean and comfortable, good pool and outside space. Nice dining area. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. The shower was excellent with good flow and size. The water there is very soft. Could have had a hot breakfast option as everything on offer was cold including the eggs. There are a lot of biscuit type on offer but more pastry softer bread would be better. The cheese and salad was very good. Overall it was very good and I would stay there again as comparable size hotels do not have such good breakfast. Check out time should be at least 12 noon.
