• Linda (6/5): Familytime in Skiathos town - Good location in Skiathos town, you reach the port within 5 minutes walk. Clean room and comfortable beds. Very small room for a family of 4. Could hardly fit in the suitcases. We did not like the breakfast, no fruits for example.

• Jacob (10/5): - Property was overall clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly, quick, and easy to locate room. Breakfast in the morning was a plus - juice, water, coffee, some meat, cheese, bread and other items. Although it is right off of the main road where cars and bikes pass, the noise is nothing to make a big fuss over. Bathroom seemed renovated. Overall for the price I enjoyed the stay and will stay again this week once I return from Skopelos.

• Alexandra (6/5): - There was a counter with a kitchen cabinet above with dishes and silverware. I don’t know what was the point of that without a sink there to wash anything. Also the bathroom is too small for a party of 4. I wish they leave us a roll of paper towels by the cabinet with the dishes. The best part was the large balcony; it made the “apartment” feel like a real studio. No complaints with the cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff. I wish there was an elevator in this 4 story building.

• Emilio (10/5): - Hotel semplice e dallo stile spartano, posizionato in modo eccellente a brevissima distanza dall'area pedonale del centro storico. Molto gradevole nell'architettura, buono nel confort, servizi assolutamente accettabili in rapporto alla categoria ed un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, soprattutto in considerazione della possibilità della colazione a buffet compresa nel prezzo. Molto gentili anche le varie persone di servizio in albergo.
• Carlo (10/5): - Pension Eliza è ubicata in pieno centro città, camera consegnataci subito nonostante il nostro arrivo anticipato di qualche ora, spaziosa e probabilmente ristrutturata da poco dotata di ampio bagno con doccia nuovissima, bollitore, aria condizionata e balcone che si affaccia direttamente sulla meravigliosa Skiathos Town, wi fi perfettamente funzionante. Buona colazione ben assortita; durante il nostro soggiorno di sole quattro notti, è stata cambiata anche la biancheria da letto. Consigliatissima.

The only slight negative was that our shower didn’t drain well - though it was a great shower with plenty of water pressure.

• Abdellah (4/5): Horrible - Le seule fois de ma vie où j’étais obligé d’abandonner ma réservation au cours du séjour et partir ailleurs. La propreté de ce lieu n’est pas au rendez-vous. Sur 4 nuits réservés: -1 ere nuit, pas top à cause du bruit et la chaleur dans la chambre, malgré le climatiseur car si on l’allume il nous tape directement sur la tête. On demande à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait grace aux personnels, qui ont été sympa pour l’occasion, mais la gentillesse du personnel n’est pas suffisante pour avoir un bon séjour. - La deuxième nuit, dans la deuxième chambre, était catastrophique, ma femme a eu une allergie et moi le lit me donnait des fourmillements de partout. Résultat; on a pas dormi de la nuit. - la 3 eme nuit, j’ai pas pu dormir et j’ai mis le drap par terre car je suspectais des insectes dans le lit, résultat j’ai pas dormi et j’ai réservé dans un autre établissement pour les jours qui suivent. On a rendu les clés le lendemain et on est parti. Bien évidemment, nous n’avons pas été remboursé pour le reste du séjour, mais cela n’est pas le problème, c’est la propreté profonde qui doit être résolue et non pas le travail superficiel que font les femmes de ménage chaque jour. J’espère que mon message aidera d’autres personnes qui sont regardant sur la propreté des lieux.
• Giovanni (10/5): ottimo ma da qualcosa da rivedere - ambiente tenuto bene e pulito, peccato nella poca cura della stanza durante il soggiorno. Non veniva rifatto il letto giornalmente, veniva fatta solo una pulizia della camera. Erano mancanti completamente gli accessori bagno come bagnoschiuma e shampoo. il sedile del wc non era ben agganciato e pertanto scomodo. ottima la colazione e la gentilezza del personale.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Horrible for what we were charged - I’m pretty upset at the charge for this room. I was charged 150% what the other visitors paid. There were pipes coming up from the floor in the sleeping area as well as the bathroom. It was clearly a room they kept in case of emergency (someone arrives and asks for a room on the spot), but we booked in advanced. People were very nice and friendly. Fine for young people who want some thing just above hostel, but below a basic. Not even soap was available. I paid for refundable room in case we found something better but Hotels.com did not reflect that and we were stuck. Could have stayed at Margi House for half the cost.
• mark (10/5): Eliza pension - Basic, clean, nice balcony, air con, fridge. We had 4 person room for the 2 off us, double bed plus bunk beds. Easy check in at 09:30 and they had a room we could take early which was nice, no kettle, cups or glasses but if you ask you can get. Shower a bit small and had to remove shower curtain as it was sticking to body, but it's a wet room so no worries. All in all very good value for £55 a night in August

• GreyhoundGal (8/5): Nice pension near the town centre - The pension is at most a 2 minute walk from the main town centre. Spotlessly clean and although perhaps not the biggest rooms it had everything we needed including A/C, ceiling fan and small fridge to keep drinks cold. We had clean sheets and towels every other day and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. This is not a hotel but a pension so no other facilities like a pool although you could get drinks downstairs if you wanted them.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice pension in city centre city- Friendly staff - Nicely located, not too close to the city centre (noisy in the evening) but still within very easy walking distance. I was here for work, not for tourism, so my schedules were different from other rooms, leaving a bit after 8am and coming back before midnight. This was a very convenient place to stay at, clean and with very friendly staff, always there to help and answer questions, even very early or very late. I liked it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Schlechte Erfahrungen auf Skiathos - Sehr spartanische Ausstattung, harte Betten, kein Personal; es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit jmd. von der Rezeption anzurufen, aber wozu dafür noch Geld ausgeben? Muß ich erst noch ein Telefon suchen. Die gesamte Insel Skiathos (ob beim Essen gehen oder Bootstrip) scheint jedoch so eingestellt zu sein: Herzlich Willkommen, lieber Urlauber, aber nur dein Geld! Du selbst bist uns egal!
• Pariggiano (8/5): Hotel economico in centro - L hotel si trova vicinissimo a via Papadiamanti la via centrale di skiathos. Se si è senza bambini e senza tante pretese va piu che bene. La stanza era pulita e l area condiziona funzionante.

• Alexander (10/5): Utsikten från balkongen och gästvänligheten bästa - Fantastisk bemötande, dom behandlade oss som en familje medlem som man längtat efter att få träffa utsikten från balkongen var något som jag aldrig kommer glömma. Tack för att ni gav våran semester en sådan förgyllning.

Skiathos town is very built up and may be better to stay outside if quieter stay is sought. Breakfast extra but plenty of other options.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Prisvärt! - Hotellet ligger perfekt placerat i centrum. 5 min promenad ner till hamnen där bussar och båtar tar dig runt hela ön. Ingen hög standard på hotellet men duger gott och väl. Mycket prisvärt, trevlig personal och perfekt utgångspunkt om man inte tänkt spendera så mycket tid på hotellet.
