Instalações mal cuidadas, cheiro forte de mofo, cobranças indevidas, dificuldade para resolver um quarto decente, fora a equipe do financeiro que só dificultou a resolução. - Herika Dantas (9/5): Estadia agradável. - O hotel fica bem próximo do Beach Park. Atendeu minhas necessidades viajando com filhos (3 crianças). Tem um parquinho e uma piscina. Tem um supermercado próximo e restaurantes. Ótimo custo benefício. O ambiente do café da manhã é pequeno, por isso, fica um pouco tumultuado.
- tatiana (10/5): Se tivesse que retornar, ficarei na mesma. - O quarto era enorme, com um banheiro bem espaçoso também. A cama então, gigantesca! Para ter ideia, a cama das crianças era uma cama de casal considerada pequena perto da nossa. Já a cama principal era tão grande que cabia tranquilamente eu, meu esposo e meus filhos. O café da manhã nem se fala! Tudo preparado na hora pelas duas moças da cozinha, Dona Lourdes e Socorro, sempre muito atenciosas e prontas para fazer tudo que a gente pedia. A tapioca era feita na hora e simplesmente maravilhosa! Meus filhos adoraram, meu esposo também… tanto que a gente até repetia. Como não é aquele café da manhã todo exposto, eu achei até melhor, porque evita desperdício de alimento. Gostei muito dessa forma de servir. A piscina é pequenininha, mas muito agradável. Sinceramente, não tenho nada a reclamar. Indico a pousada é ótimo custo benefício. Na entrada estava com cheiro de mofo, como eu tenho rinite fiquei muito incomodada, mas ao ligar o ar melhorou muito e fiquei bem.

Pedi gentilmente a possibilidade de fazer um check out um pouco mais tarde, às 18hs, entretanto me cobraram meia diária e teria que sair às 17hs, e já haviam me dito que o quarto não estava alugado para o dia seguinte. De 12hs às 17hs não é meia diária nunca, meia diária já está explícito que é meio dia, mas para eles são 5hs. O meu voo era somente as 02:25 da madrugada, então tive que ficar de 18hs até 02:25 no aeroporto esperando. Não existe reembolso por desistência nesta pousada, diferente da maioria que aparece no Booking, é arapuca pois a pousada não é bem o que aparece nas fotos. E ainda, por ordem da administração tem que ficar uma música tocando no jardim e na piscina, tipo pagode, o dia inteiro mesmo não tendo ninguém na piscina. Não recomendo à ninguém, só pelo preço ser um pouquinho menor do que as outras pousadas e hotéis. Esqueci, e o café da manhã é cheio de moscas e passarinhos roubando seu pão e ovos mexidos. E ainda matei uma lacraia no quarto Realmente me decepcionei muito. Fiquei hospedado por 07 dias. Não volto nunca mais lá.

- Queiroz (2/5): - Localização Atendimento dos funcionários péssimo, não são solicitos e nem atentos ao cliente, não nos sentimos avonte esta é a segunda vez na hospedagem e as duas vezes só tivemos experiência negativa com os funcionários. O café da manhã precisa melhorar bastante as comidas não tem sabor.

Prontos para atendimento aos pedidos. Entendo que ainda tem MUITA coisa pra ser ajeitada, como acessibilidade; cigarro muito caro; muita escada; convênios precisam melhorar; realizar convênios com restaurantes e transporte incluído; e outras coisas mais.

A limpeza do quarto e os lençóis tbm nos agradaram, estavam cheirosos limpinhos. Do acesso aos quartos e a acústica você escutava todo movimento e barulhos dos quartos ao lado. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estádia. Recomendo e voltaremos pq os pontos positivos valem apena.y
