L’insonorisation est très bonne lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées Il n’est pas possible de régler la climatisation, qui dépend d’un réglage centralisé. C est vrai pour le chaud comme pour le froid. Le petit déjeuner est décevant, comme très souvent en Italie. Pas assez de produits frais.

• Lukasz (7/5): Insgesamt hatten wir gemischte Gefühle nach unserem Aufenthalt. Einerseits waren das Hotel, die Lage und das freundliche - Das Hotel war insgesamt angenehm und für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und die Lage sehr gut. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Hotel im 2. Stock eines Gebäudes, erreichbar mit einem kleinen Aufzug, was aber kein großes Problem war. Das Frühstück war eher einfach/basic, aber ausreichend und völlig in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir am Abend ein großes Problem mit dem Wasserdruck. Gegen 21:30 Uhr war der Druck so schwach, dass man nicht normal duschen konnte. An der Rezeption war niemand mehr erreichbar. Wir haben versucht, die angegebene Telefonnummer dreimal anzurufen, aber es ging niemand ran. Auch auf unsere Nachricht über Booking.com haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns gesagt, dass es ein Problem mit der Wasserleitung der Stadt gewesen sei. Das konnte allerdings nicht stimmen, da unsere Eltern, die in einem anderen Teil des Hotels ein Zimmer hatten, keinerlei Probleme mit dem Wasser hatten. Das war für uns leider sehr enttäuschend.

• Geni (6/5): Bem localizado, bom para descansar e os donos simpáticos. - Localização era excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Tinha transporte público também a porta. Os donos eram muito simpáticos, sempre a perguntar se estávamos a gostar. O quarto também era lindíssimo, muito silencioso e tinha um teto espectacular. O pequeno almoço era simples, mas bom. Fica no 2 andar de um prédio, tem um pequeno elevador a antiga ao qual se estiver muitas malas não cabem. Não abram a janela, abrimos por 10 minutos e passamos a noite a matar mosquitos de tanto que eram, simplesmente não se conseguia adormecer.

• Åström (8/5): Gemytligt och personligt litet hotell - Vi tyckte om servicen av den gulliga och omtänksamma personalen, det rymliga rummet, enkla och mysiga frukosten, goda kaffet som beställdes nygjort till bordet, promenadavståndet till city, närhet till spårvagnen, närheten till Caffè Lietta, och det vackraste taket vi någonsin haft på ett hotell! Vi önskar att hotellet får mjukare sängar och att få golvet i rummet blir lagat (flera stora glipor mellan klick-bitarna).

• Raja (10/5): Beautifully decorated hotel rooms in an historic building - The most beautiful hotel room we’ve ever stayed. If you want to experience all the charm of Florence and you don't mind walking 15 minutes to the main tourist attractions, choose this hotel! The incredibly friendly staff of the hotel create an incredibly warm, almost family-like atmosphere. Definitely if we are in Florence again, we will stay here again.

Truthfully I think the coffee should have been available in the breakfast room and not have to be asked for ( my personal preference). The room was lovely along with the magnificent ceiling paintings , close to town on t2 tram .

Better still, it’s just a short walk from a tram stop that connects to the train station. Nearby is a botanical garden well worth strolling though. The hotel is run by two nice people, one of whom speaks very good English. The accommodations are comfortable and up-to-date. Highly recommended.

• Serhii Servulia (10/5): - Дуже гарне місце розташування готелю. Номер дуже великий та гарно оформлений, розписна стеля у Флорентійських мотивах. Чудовий персонал. Відносно недалеко від готелю багато рівнева парковка по 15 EUR на добу (був невеликий квест з її пошуком, тільки завдяки Waze вдалося до неї доїхати враховуючи специфічний та складний рух у цьому кварталі та наявність багатьох вулиць з одностороннім рухом).

Comme dans beaucoup de chambres en Italie, pas de bouilloire. L'eau de la douche etait froide le 2eme jour de notre séjour. Un peu loin du centre ville. La barre du rideau de douche tombait et le parquet etait mal posé.

If I returned to Florence I'd happily stay here again. It would have been helpful to have a clearer process for late check-ins. • Sarita (5/5): Schönes Hotel zentral aber schlechtes Bauchgefühl beim Check out wegen verarschung - In wenigen gehminuten im Stadtzentrum echt tolle lage. Kleines aber sehr feines Frühstück. Da das Hotel in einem Älteren Haus ist hat es sehr dünne Wände und man hört die anderen Gäste und Personal wenn man im Zimmer ist. Beim check out meinte der Besitzer wir müssen noch bezahlen. Ich so ja die Taxen er nein Zimmer und Tax wir verneinten das dies schon bezahlt sei. Er verneinte und sagte das dies bei ihm immer vor Ort im Hotel bezalt werden muss. Wir gingen auf die App und zeigten im das wir bezahlt haben. Er wiedersprach dies und neinte das sei der Anteil für die Bichungsseite sein Anteil müsse vor Ort bezahlt werden. Wir sagten ihm wir können auch gerne mit Booking Anrufen und dieses Problem klären danach sagte er es sei alles oke er habe gesehen das wir bezahlt haben. Ich glaube er wollte uns über den Tisch ziehen und nochmals abkasieren ein sehr komisches Bauchgefühl bei diesem Hotel nicht noch einmal. Passt bei ihm auf wir denken das er das bei allen macht und eventuel auch mit erfolg.

La salle de bain aussi très belle et fonctionnelle avec baignoire ce qui est rare et appréciable. La salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique et il y a de tout. En plus, le parking "Parterre" à 7 minutes à pieds, est très raisonnable en prix, 15 € la journée. Nous avons été dans le centre historique à pieds la rue de l'hôtel conduit tout droit au Dôme. • FRANCK (2/5): Très déçu par cet hôtel, il y a sans bien mieux pour moins cher - La deco de la chambre dans un style ancien Il est stipulé qu’ils ont un parking mais il n’y en a pas. La réception est au 1er étage et aucune possibilité de se garer en bas. La personne a l’accueil ne parle pas du tout français et très mal l’anglais. Petit dej sans œufs chauds (omelettes, brouillés ou sur le plat) Excentré du centre.

Giuseppe has created a beautiful space for guests. Very spacious rooms with every amenity. Continental breakfast is a lovely way to start the day. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in Florence.

They also provide a very nice continental breakfast. Major attractions are walkable from the hotel but some may find it a stretch. Fortunately it is very handy to the tram line. Die Familie, die das Hotel führt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Dom in rd. 15 Fußminuten erreichbar. Es hätte uns gefreut, wenn auch das Bad mal gesaugt worden wäre, während unseres Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich, aber im Grunde in Ordnung und alles Wichtige ist da.
