• Tomomi (8/5): つくばに来たら、ここに泊まる - 駅近。フロントロビーの空間がゆったりしている、季節感があるインテリア。別館からは、ペデストリアンデッキに行きやすい。フロントの方が親切。エレベーターが早く来る。静かでゆったり過ごせる部屋。ベッドの寝心地がよい。

• Tomomi (8/5): 少し残念だけど、大好きなホテル - 清潔感がある。ベッドの寝心地がよい。ゆったりした空間がある、駅近で買い物や食事かしやすい。パジャマがばりっとしていてよい感じ。 4月から、チェックインの時間が１５時になったことを知らず、無駄な時間て駐車場料金が掛かってしまった。3月末にも、宿泊したので、フロントなどに提示などしてほしかった。また、チェックインの時間が他のホテルより、早かったのがお気に入りだったのに残念。

• Leo Wang (9/5): - 地點非常好，就在筑波中心。環境非常安靜，步行友善，二層對面也有羅森便利店。室內備品新且整潔，有一個很舒服的小躺椅，電視也有投屏功能，浴室內的蓮蓬頭和浴缸用起來非常舒適，還有準備一個泡澡錠，務必試試看。 如果硬要說的話室內空間稍小（已經是吹毛求疵了），還有週末價格好貴！！

• Anh (5/5): - It stated that the room has air conditioning but it was actually central air system. It was too warm for this season even when I turned it off. I contacted the front desk but was explained that due to central air system, they cannot adjust temperature for only my room. However, there is also no available fan that I can borrow. Opening windows is not always a choice due to to outside noise, especially I have severe pollen allergy and it is the peak of pollen during this time. The room is stuffy and hot without air circulation. The hotel was fine but this one point has made my stay was very unpleasant.

One of the reasons I booked it was I thought it had an onsen, as the property highlights include hot tub/jacuzzi (which I thought was an English translation of onsen), so I was a bit disappointed when I found out there was no onsen, and I suggest that the hotel information doesn’t include this, or else be more specific about exactly what is available.

• KANOKO (8/5): - ベッドの枕元に鶴と亀の折り紙が置いてあり、おもてなしを感じました。スタッフの対応も良く，設備も快適でした。駅から近いのも良かったです。 滞在中の部屋の清掃について、ペットボトルや缶が片付けられていなかったのが，残念でした。
• Shoya (7/5): 全体的にGoodですがPC作業には向かない - 駅近だし、スタッフさんは優しく、朝食も素晴らしいですね！団体客の朝食予定時間を教えてくれたので混雑を避けることができました。 最近は多くのビジネスホテルがそうなっているのですが、部屋が暗いですね～。洗面所はドラッグストアくらい明るいのですが、寝室はロウソクみたいな（言い過ぎ）。フロントで追加のデスクライトを借りましたがもう2本ほしいくらいでした。あと空調が謎でちょうどいい室温にできませんでした。ということでPC作業には向きません。しゃーなし。

• 奈緒美 naomi (10/5): 最高 - 荷物が多かったせいか、すごく久しぶりに荷物を運んでもらえました。最近ではどんなホテルでも自分で運ぶのは当たり前。でも女性スタッフさんが、すっと「お持ちします」と台車を用意してくださってました。 コロナからかどうかは知りませんが、以前はお部屋の説明もボーイさんがしてくれたよねーって思いました。 お夕飯、ホテルの和食レストランを予約していただきましたが、疲れが吹き飛ぶくらいおいしかった 洗面台のレバーが少しあまかった。完全に下けても水が滴り落ちていました。

• Oliver (8/5): Splendid, wonderful & relaxing stay! - Very close proximity to Tsukuba Central especially considering going places via buses & trains.. Nothing much in particular.. A big signage visible enough at the 2nd Floor area showing that the Hotel Main Reception is at the Ground/1st Floor via the elevator would be very much helpful, especially for first timers..
