• Martina Mayer (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Privater Parkplatz in abgeschlossenem Hof. Direkt am Beginn der Altstadt, quasi vor der Tür grosser Platz mit div. Möglichkeiten um etwas zu trinken und essen! Tolle moderne Unterkunft.

• Marilia (10/5): Sensacional, super recomendamos - Localização (pertinho do centro histórico de Alba), tamanho, limpeza e conforto do quarto. Banheiro lindo e ótimo, chuveiro muito gostoso! Tomadas perto da cama, colchão confortavel, cozinha equipada. Há um estacionamento publico (e de graça) a 250 metros da hospedagem, e foi o que nós utilizamos. A internet do local também é ótima!

• De Marchi (9/5): Soggiorno breve e senza intoppi - Struttura molto accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Soggiorno breve ma la stanza aveva tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Unico consiglio aggiungere alcuni attrezzi, come le pattine, per completare gli ausili della cucina. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.

Posizione ottima, appartamento ampio e con tutto l'essenziale (anche per cucinare) È un edificio storico, quindi molto bello e luminoso, con soffitti alti. Però la conseguenza è che: - il riscaldamento funziona bene ma ovviamente è difficile regolarlo alla perfezione su una data temperatura (ci sono fluttuazioni nel corso della giornata); - gli scuri in legno fuori dalla finestra avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione.

• Mario (7/5): Bom! Localização excelente - Localização, é bem no início do centro histórico. Funcionárias extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. Café da manhã muito simples, um croissant (ou pedaço de pizza) e um café espresso e mais nada. Não tem água, ovos, nem frutas. Além disso, num frio de temperaturas negativas, simplesmente desligam o aquecedor de madrugada e vc passa um frio de não poder sair de baixo dos cobertores, pois o piso não é aquecido (piso frio), sem tapetes. O sistema de aquecimento é centralizado e programado pra desligar. Você não consegue religar sozinho. Não lembro se consta no anúncio mas tem que subir 4 lances de escadas para chegar ao primeiro andar de apartamentos, sem elevador.
• YANAN (9/5): Spacious apartment in Alba with good location. - Huge kitchen/living room area, separate bedroom, separate closet. Everything you need for a holiday. The location is very close to the train station and to everything in Alba. Supermarket and grocery/hardware store downstairs makes it very convenient. The best part is the staff persons. Very warm and sweet and they make you feel like home. Nothing really but the lack of elevator is a pain for people with heavy luggage.

• Marie (9/5): - Great location, central, walking distance to cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. We found street parking close to the residence as their car park was full. Apartment was clean, comfortable bed and heaters worked well. Very friendly staff. We really enjoyed breakfast in the cafe down the road, excellent value for money and friendly staff also.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema perché siamo stati una sola notte e non avevamo valigie, ma potrebbe essere un problema con bagagli o passeggini.

• Daniel (2/5): Don't go there, especially during winter. Very cold and manager not willing to heat up at night. - The location was good; it was close to the center of the town. The staff was supportive; they gave us some tips for the location with restaurants nearby. They were also service-oriented and tried to accommodate our needs. The AC worked up to 22 degrees, and they turned it off during the night. It was very cold outside, about 5 degrees at night, even less. We were very cold without the option to heat the room, as they didn't agree to turn it on during the night. There was no hot water in the morning before checking out, so we couldn't get a shower. There was also some smoke smell outside of the room. Some of the lights didn't work until the hotel staff came to fix them. The fridge also didn't work when we arrived, and we needed someone to fix it.

Il letto matrimoniale composto da due letti e l’unica lieve pecca, ma il resto perfetto.

• JULIEN (1/5): Outrageous Behaviour, no AC, unsafe & uncomfortable. - There was not much to like other than the location was somewhat okay. The owner is extremely rude and manipulative. No hospitality at all and he would outright lie to our face to save costs instead of trying to help or thinking of our comfort. Not helpful at all! Place is old and run down. The balcony is are not separated so people from neighbouring buildings can just walk-in to our room.

Location comodissima e anche il fatto di essere in zona a traffico limitata non è un problema dato l'abbondanza di parcheggi nei dintorni. Posto veramente ottimo Il design di tutta la location è un po' "vecchiotto". Il letto è comodissimo, i servizi sono tutti perfetti ma l'occhio non viene rubato da un design particolarmente moderno o piacevole. Ma è solo una questione di forma e non si sostanza perché la location è veramente ottima

• andreadc (6/5): - La posizione è comoda perché è vicina a un parcheggio appena fuori dal centro. La persona alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura ha parecchie "regole" con annesse sanzioni, e questo nonstante siano tutt'altro che impeccabili. Noi avevamo un bollitore che non si poteva collegare da nessuna parte e l'asciugacapelli rotto. Avere la culla in camera è costato più che in resort 5stelle in Sardegna. Non è da evitare in toto ma di sicuro valuteremmo altre soluzioni la prossima volta.

• lee (6/5): Great location, great value, no lift, I don’t understand the heating dictation ha - Very good location, big room and very clean The hotel turns the heating on and off, it’s either freezing or very hot. If you need temperature that you control this is not a good hotel. I was soooo cold at night and then hot and stuffy in the day. I would not normally write a review but i feel this is important to understand when booking. Everything else was great.

• Andrea (5/5): Würde das Apartment nucht wieder wählen. - Lage gut. Parkplatz war umständlich nutzbar, da Zufahrt durch eine Tor/Hofeinfahrt nur rückwärts möglich war. Ausstattung Hotel unterdurchschnittlich, ein NoGo ist Apartment im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug und auch ohne Unterstützung beim Gepäck.

J'ai demandé un indemnité, refusé - Emplacement de l'hébergement, propreté, personnel souriant nous nous sommes gelés, la température de l'appartement n'est pas monté au dessus de 18 degrés. Je suis resté 2 jours l'anomalie a été signalé dés le premier jour, une intervention a bien eu lieu mais inefficace. De plus la douche en mode pluis déborde du bac et inonde la salle de bais
• Marcella (7/5): - Sehr sauber und sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas kühl eingerichtet. Leider gab es keinen Kaffee zum selbst brühen. Die Putzkräfte stehen relativ früh (gegen 10:30 Uhr) im Raum, da es kein Do not disturb Schild zum raushängen gibt.

Property requests credit card details in insecure manner - Big room We could not access the property on the first night as our arrival was delayed due to traffic and (having paid in full in advance) we were requested to share credit card details for the security deposit by email or WhatsApp, which is insecure and not permitted by Visa/Mastercard. We tried to pay by phone but no-one picked up. After arriving to the shut reception, we called the emergency number and no-one picked up so we could not enter the property and had to stay at a local hotel. After that, we were contacted by the property by WhatsApp to be told it was our fault we could not check in. The property refused to refund the first night.
