• Jon (8/5): Great Place to Land before the Cruise. - The rooms were clean and the owner split our family into two rooms so our kids would be more comfortable. The son drove us to the local mall and to the cruise terminal. Perfect spot to crash for a night. The beds were comfortable but there were no blankets. We were so sleepy that the single sheet didn’t matter. More than one night might have been an issue. To be fair, we didn’t ask if they had comforters or extra blankets.

La zone est un peu bruyante, à cause de la proximité de la route. Mais une fois dans la chambre, les bruits ne parviennent pas. La connexion wifi mérite d'être améliorée, peut-être ajouter un routeur plus puissant.

• Kenneth J (10/5): Nice simple place for a good price - Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. There is some noise from the highway, but it is manageable. There are no parties or night clubs in the area to disturb your sleep. Being along the highway, I was able to take the bus to Warrens where I had business. I also took the bus in the other direction to Oistins for the fish fry. Transportation is as good as one could expect for Barbados. This residence is as reasonable priced as anywhere in Barbados. I will definitely stay there again if I have to take another business trip in the area.
• Lidia (10/5): Saved my butt - I was missing a connecting flight and had to stay one night in Barbados. Despite being quite late I was welcome personally by the owner, my mini-apartment had all you need and I could even pay the next day when settled in. Very personal and caring service.

• Mary (1/5): Awful - I arrived at Barbados Airport on January 3rdand the driver for Malfranza Apartments picked me up with a sign. I believe it was the son of the owner who I met when I arrived and gave me a key and showed me the room. No sign of anyone else around at Malfranza Apartments. The driver said he would be back at 10 am on January 4th. Only one bottle of water. Ice tray in small refrigerator had water but no ice. AC was adequate. I woke up cold during the night and only a sheet on the bed I went and grabbed a towel to help stay warm and turned off the AC. I asked the son when I arrived about getting coffee and some food in the morning as I am diabetic. He pointed to around the corner. Around 8 am the next day I tried to get out of the electronic gate but did not know the code. I thought I would ask around the other rooms but quickly realized I was the only person on the property. I thought to myself I should have made sure someone was on the premises 24 hours a day. After 45 minutes I started walking around the property and found a small side gate that opened. The son had told me the previous night he would be around 9 or 9:30 to show me where I could get coffee. When the driver had not shown up at 10 am I panicked as I was scheduled to get on an Oceania Cruise in a few hours. I started going around the neighborhood asking for people I could pay to take me to the airport. Around 10:15 am the son showed up and said I came to tell you that the driver would not be able to come until 10:30 am. Finally the driver showed up at 10:30 am and said he had told the son to inform me about the late pickup. The driver did get me to the airport in time. I would never stay at Malfranza Apartments again as they have very little to offer. Mary Ann K.

• Culture (4/5): - I understand something’s are beyond one’s control but I stayed there for two nights with no internet until it was my time for check out. That was rather unavailing. No compensations were made for this. Besides almost missing check in and having no internet everything else was good.
• Sherneil (10/5): Comfortable and Convenient - My stay was great. Mr Carter was accommodating and very friendly. The property was neat and spacious in a great location. It is near the highway which makes it easy to catch a bus to Bridgetown and is also close to the US Embassy. They also provided a taxi to the embassy at an additional cost.

The beds were foam mattresses with no toppers. The pillows were foam. I'm sure we were put in a cheaper place to make him a profit.

• Zena-Lee (8/5): - I had a good stay at the property, but as a solo traveler coming for Cropover this was not the ideal location. It’s not centrally located to events so getting around had to be done primarily by taxi. The owners of the property were very accommodating to my needs though and was courteous when I decided to leave a day earlier for a more central area. This is definitely a peaceful property that if your looking for an accommodation without all the tourists it is a great stay. The only caveat is there is only air conditioning in the bedroom but the outside has a great breeze through when you open the door. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that wants to just relax and getaway for longterm or away from the beach and tourist areas.
• Fredreika (8/5): - The owner is a sweetheart. Our flight was delayed and did not arrive until about 1 am. We got to the apt about 2am and he was at our disposal like it was afternoon. We also had to stay an extra night and although his place was fully booked, he make arrangements for us to go somewhere else. I would highly recommend it.

The hosts (Father and son) were very warm, cordial & accommodatin - Because it is located so close to the highway, there was the constant noise of traffic but it wasn't overwhelming. The bathroom towels should have been white. Towels are known to carry bacteria. White ensures bleaching and other sanitary precautions.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you'd need. I really liked the information board in the hallway so no questions went unanswered.

What I didn’t like was I reached the apartment late and my flight was 4.25 pm the next day and had to check out at 11am . Had to sit and wait at the airport for hours where as I would of liked to pay a little extra until closer to my flight.

• Lisette (10/5): - This property is excellent in that it is quite self sufficient. Having hot water and air conditioning was a plus. I prepared breakfast and lunch most days during my stay. Gregory offers top notch transportation services as well which facilitated my business appointments. He is knowledgeable about what goes on on the island. He was able to take me to my appointments without me having to provide an address and even had numbers to call when I requested assistance. I would definitely recommend Malfranza to family and friends. Who doesn’t like a one-stop shop; accommodations and transportation rolled into one? Kudos Gregory!
• Manny (8/5): - Very clean property, owners are very nice and respond timely to any queries. They have their own taxi service and that certainly helps. I couldn't get a taxi in the morning, so Greg immediately got ready to drop me off. Property is close to the Mall and Ross University. I stayed for one night only and sent an email after checkout mentioning about low hot water pressure in the shower. Greg responded the following day and told me that he already has called a plumber to fix that. I would recommend the property.

• john - (8/5): A Good Place to Stay - Close to local amenities and the centre of Bridgetown. This is a good, clean well-positioned and reasonably priced apartment. Adding to which the owner was easy going and very helpful.
