• Tamara (7/5): Generally speaking, I think it’s pretty good value and a nice hotel to stay at. However, for families, I’d say there are - Love the look, style and vibe of the hotel. Rooms were a great size and really good for a family with kids. The breakfast was quite limited but quite tasty nonetheless! Reception were lovely and the theme was really cool, along with the little astrological sheets and wellness tips and activities around! Nice and clean, pretty decent bathrooms compared to others and well priced for the room It didn’t feel very family friendly in that there was little to no consideration for the kids. The pool area is really not geared towards kids at all, no shallow spot or anything like that with signs saying no jumping (I understand this is standard but for kids with no where to play in the pool it’s easier said than done), no toys, we also got stared at as if we were interrupting even though our children were very quiet. At breakfast, we also got glared at the second the kids weren’t dead silent. It made it a bit uncomfortable and although that’s a problem with the guests and not the hotel specifically, I do feel as though the hotel is really geared towards golfers and the elderly (a lot whom have their dogs), so it made it a little hard to enjoy when we felt like we needed to keep our children quiet the enjoy time we were at the hotel.
• Jessica (9/5): Comfortable and lovely stay in Scottsdale - This is a really nice property with lots of amenities in an upscale area in Scottsdale. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool & hot tub area is beautiful and well maintained and the breakfast has a lot of options and patio seating. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend it to others. It is about a 10-15 min drive from Old Town so something to be aware of if that is important to you. N/A

• Julius (7/5): Comfortable hotel with good rooms and breakfast, but the invoice process after the stay was unnecessarily difficult and - The rooms were good and comfortable, the beds were very nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly during our stay, and overall the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant. The most frustrating part was getting an invoice for the stay. We booked through Booking.com and repeatedly requested an invoice from the hotel. The hotel kept telling us that Booking.com had to provide it, while Booking.com clearly stated that the hotel was responsible for issuing the invoice. We contacted the hotel multiple times through different channels and had to follow up repeatedly for more than a month before finally receiving a document. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, and this could have been handled much more professionally.

• Kathy D (10/5): Relaxing & inviting site! - Beautiful site for relaxing vacation! Our room was spacious & clean. The bed was VERY comfortable! Delicious breakfast offered. We especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub! It would've been great to have our bed made up daily, but not a big deal. The policy is that housekeeping is provided every 3 days & it was stated upfront (but if towels were needed we could've let them know...we were fine). Elevator keypad appeared to need new buttons...yet truly a minor issue!

Les points négatifs sont le petit déjeuner qui ouvre à 7h seulement et il manque des tables à l’intérieur (moins pratique avec des enfants) La chambre il manque quelques ustensiles, accessoires (poêles…)

There was nothing I didn't like. I did have a view of the parking lot unfortunately, but a building is a building and the other amenities made it all worth it.

That I couldn’t enjoy the pool or jacuzzi do to so many children playing , jumping in the pool and they took over the jacuzzi at night, I wasn’t able to use it 3 night out of the 7 days I stayed. My kitchen facet and a constant leak the entire stay. I had to place napkins around it when I used it.

• juliao (1/5): - Nothing, had a really bad experience at this hotel. My wife stayed two nights with my two young daughters at this location after a flight cancellation. We have never had any bad experiences at any of the hotels we have stayed before except this time. The bed was broken. All the other furniture was very old. My wife requested a 1 hour late checkout and it was denied. The manager Nikolas Bank was very rude. We tried to make the argument that a late checkout would go a long way considering the bed was broken with exposed nails, still the 1 hour extra checkout time was denied with an attitude. This was very frustrating, considering we paid $635 for just 2 nights. At the end, when I informed the manager that we wouldn't be staying at this hotel anymore, he then proceeded to say, "well, we will block you from the hotel" and proceeded to hang up the phone. I have never posted a bad review of any hotel in the past. But this hotel, definitely deserved.The first bat review for me. Juan
• Gabriella (9/5): Great stay! - Really beautiful property. Front desk was so nice for checking in and out. Upgraded our room for free. Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. I rated 9/10 because the rooms are slightly dated but still really beautiful. Rooms were quiet, hotel smelled nice and was clean organized. Free breakfast was actually really awesome too with a lot of options of hot food and wait staff at breakfast was lovely! Plenty of parking spots as well N/A

The blanket available for the bed was tattered and had holes; the bathroom was OK, but the floors needed better cleaning.

We did have a problem with the toilet bet someone was sent up within a half hour to fix it. The breakfast was outstanding and happy hour by the fire pit was a great place to meet people There was only one not very sharp pairing knife in the kitchen. No steak knives or larger knives for cooking prep.
