- tom (3/5): Very disappointed for the price we paid. - Restaurant was closed. The cold wet weather didn’t permit us to check out door. Love the surrounding forest trees. The size of the room was descent. The parking next to the room is convenient. The room had a strong smell of cleaning solution. The furnitures are out dated and old. The toilet is too low and difficult to use without any hand rails for people in their 70’s. The wall heater is not that great. The bed was very uncomfortable and it didn’t feel very clean.

- Donohoo (8/5): Beautiful and peaceful. - Great cabin with beautiful views of the lake. We went mid March and it was empty. Only one other cabin was occupied. Super quiet and all we could hear were birds and the breeze. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gas fireplace was awesome. It was perfect and exactly what were hoping for. Will definitely stay here again on our next up to Shasta. Only complaint is that I wasn't able to find the address of our chalet to order Doordash. Not a big deal.

Heating and aircon are both very effective. Parking in front of the villa is convenient and free. Leave the luggage in the car, go to the reception in the main building and then drive to your cottage/villa. The food at the restaurant was nothing to shout about. The restaurant is a bit stuffy however the sitting areas outside are out of this world.

The resort is close to restaurants and the grocery stores. There is a wonderful walking trail around the lake. The restaurant at the resort is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

- John (10/5): - Great location right adjacent to Siskiyou Lake! Gorgeous scenery, quiet, uncrowded conditions. Chalets are very clean, well appointed, well maintained and spacious. Best accommodations in Mt. Shasta!

- Ronald (8/5): Not outstanding , but worth a try. - Great location with 5 minute drives to Mt. Shasta City & to Lake Siskiyou beach. Serene, beautiful location with views & nice hiking trails. Staff was friendly. Bedding was old school with exposed blankets, not duvets. Pillows felt synthetic and not the best. Room was spacious & clean with 2 TV sets & fireplace. We were not told that the rooms were not cleaned nor refreshed daily. When our coffee ran out or our towels ran out, we had to call to get the items. This was an inconvenience for our 3 night stay. All in all, I would go back, as I enjoyed my stay.
