- jktravels19 (2/5): Unwilling to allow are special needs adult son to stay - Been thinking about going here for a few years now. gave them a call because we have a son with special needs that's none verbal and requires 24 hour supervision. they were unwilling to allow him to stay with us he is 23 years old not a child was told you can rent him a room and leave him in there and check on him if you want. Really wish places like this would be willing to work with people that have special needs not like we were trying to bring a toddler. And there are no laws in ohio regarding life guards and hotels unless the pool is 2,000 sf big and has more than 50 people they said Ohio law won't let more than 2 people in a pool without a lifeguard.
- alanshaeffer (10/5): A much needed experience for married couples looking to intimately reconnect! - Amazing time! The privacy enabled my wife and I to really reconnect, relax, and recuperate. We both work very stressful jobs and have three kids so this time away was much needed. My wife kept saying that her favorite part was the indoor heated pool! We made sure to try everything; the pool, the walk in shower, the hot tub, room service, everything to be sure we had a full experience. We will certainly be back next year!
- keithmT4411GG (10/5): 10 out of 10 room vacation. - The room was better than advertised. Everything was perfect. All of the extras were waiting in the room for us upon arrival. Chilled wine, delicious chocolate covered strawberries, beautiful roses, and lit candles. The best part was the staff. Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to make you feel special. 10 out of 10.
- hays48854 (10/5): Wonderful romantic get away - Reservations are important here. Plan ahead, especially weekends and pool suites. From check-in to check-out, 24 hour room service for most any practical need. Suites are well maintained and serviced. Rooms are quiet, private, and comfortable. Pools are tested daily, and maintained at bath like temp. The daily testing can be scheduled, and the staff communicate well to minimize the disruption. Only about 2 minutes. Rooms are quiet. I did hear airplanes, and occasional rumble strip noise from the highway (Ohio location), but room to room noise is surprisingly non-existent, even from the Bluetooth stereo in the pool area. Perrysburg area has great restaurants nearby. So many choices, from inexpensive to opulent, there's something for everyone's taste. We don't leave Belamere much once we arrive, so I can't speak to any local attractions or entertainment, but there was a QR code in the room that may help with that.
- Curiosity21890321523 (2/5): DONT BOOK IN THE WINTER - This company does not care about customer safety or loyalty. During a major snowstorm, they were operating under a Level 2, while our area was under a Level 3 emergency. Despite the dangerous conditions, they refused to let us reschedule. We weren’t even asking for a refund, we just to move to the next available opening. Their response? “We have a plow to keep customers safe.” As if them plowing their parking lot somehow makes driving to and from their location safe in a Level 3 snow emergency. This is especially disappointing after 5 years of repeat business. A company that values long-term customers would show flexibility and basic concern for safety. Instead, we were met with indifference and poor customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

- F495KXadamm (2/5): Terrible Experience - My wife and I stayed at Belamere Suites for our 17th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment from the moment we arrived. The hotel is tucked away in the middle of an industrial park surrounded by semi trucks, which immediately ruined any romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. To make things even stranger, there were pieces of childlike artwork oddly placed on the outside of the buildings—nothing about it felt romantic or inviting. Inside the room, things didn’t improve much. While it was clean, the rose petals placed on the bed were fake, which felt cheap and undermined the “luxury” experience they advertise. The fireplace clicked nonstop whenever we tried to use it, making it impossible to relax. The worst part of the stay was the noise. Our neighbor spent the entire evening screaming at a football game. I called the front desk to complain about the noise, and the only solution they offered was to “drive the golf cart around.” The yelling stopped for about 30 minutes and then started right back up. At that point, any romantic vibe I was trying to create for our anniversary was completely gone. We were so aggravated—especially considering the extravagant price tag—that it was clear we weren’t going to sleep or enjoy ourselves. We ultimately decided to leave at midnight and just go home. When I called to request some sort of reimbursement, I was offered 50% off a future stay. I honestly found that laughable—I wouldn’t return even at $100 a night. This was a memorable anniversary for all the wrong reasons, and I cannot recommend Belamere Suites based on our experience.

The staff was friendly, the little walkway by the lake was cute. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do think chain locks or something similar would be nice. We paid for late check out and were relaxing in the bed and a staff member opened the door on us with no knock. They immediately apologized and closed the door but it was a bit alarming.

I called today to find out check in time policies and was told oh we canceled your reservation. Huge shower could fit 10 people if you wanted to. Room service anytime of day or night! Just wonderful. Front guest personnel so friendly. Our only complaint... take a few extra dollars and get some decent mattresses. One of the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on.

I love the fact this is an adults only hotel, the front desk was attended for 24hrs, and every suite had its own garage. Breakfast was included, which was a bit of a disappointment as there was no hot food, only 2 warm muffins, 2 cinnamon toasts, 2 small bottles of orange juice and endless coffee. We tried watching a couple of videos, but the sound was of poor quality ie it was constantly going from soft to loud. I would recommend the Belamere Suites to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing time away from the stress of everyday life.
- L7065KPchristines (10/5): Great get away - I try to stay here at least once a year. The staff is amazing. I usually stay in the presidential suite. The pool is always warm. It's such a relaxing time. I never want to leave. I like sitting by the water at night. Such a nice view. They bring you warm muffins orange juice and coffee for breakfast. You can get your picture taken for their Facebook page if you want, and they always give you 2 bottles of water for your ride home. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will see you again soon

Bonuses were also the garage, the incredible walk, and awesome muffins for breakfast in the morning. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed the bluetooth speaker at the pool to be able to listen to our own music! We whirlpool was large and comfortable! The shower was sooo relaxing and big!! The bed facing the fireplace was just cozy and awesome! We encountered Michael at the front desk and so glad we did! When we drove around to our suite and opened the door we were very impressed. Our suite was the perfect size, very clean and romantic. We chose to have pre-lit candles and rose pedals in shape of heart on the bed. Our stay was very relaxing. We embraced every moment and time was able to standstill for just a moment. This experience was very memorable and one, I will remember forever. Check out was also easy; Again, the staff were extremely friendly. My husband and I stayed in the grand royal sweet to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. The shower and jacuzzi tub are huge! The pool was an amazing temperature. The staff weee so accommodating and very nice. We did order a couple different packages: milk and cookies, meat and cheese tray, snack basket and mimosas. Everything was great and came so quickly after we ordered it. We will be coming back every year!

Belamere had its good and bad I liked the fact that I could order food anytime and it would be brought to my room. The pool was nice and warm. When they say breakfast included that is not true. They bring a dry muffin and a orange juice. The part that will cause me to NEVER be back was after sleeping on the bed my back hurt for two days after. They need to upgrade the mattress.

The customer service (following the first phone call, because that chick was rude) was GREAT. We’ve been to Sybaris many times & Belamere Suites attention to detail, customer service & amenities blow the competition out of the water!
