The hotel rooms were clean and roomy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant options in the hotel/casino was a disappointment. Not much of a choice a buffet or a so-so bar restaurant.

- Mary (10/5): We had a great stay! - Our room was very clean and large. We had a double queen room. Plenty of towels, shampoo, lotion, etc. We used the pool and hot tub. Hot tub could use some defoamer but it was nice. The pool was perfect temperature for us. There were towels available in the pool area, too. The desk clerk was very friendly and informative. We'd never stayed there before and she pointed out things that might interest us. The entrance to the hotel is quite far from parking. There's not a great drop off area. There are plenty of carts, but if you are a person with limited mobility, you would have quite the walk from your car to the hotel check in and then to your room. Not sure why there's such a huge sidewalk area between the parking lot/driveway and the doors. Kinda silly if you ask me.
- travelingPhotog (8/5): Not fully wheelchair accessible - OK, first off let me say you can get your wheelchair into the room and you can get your wheelchair into the bathroom and shower. That’s pretty much where the accessibility begins and ends. Couple major drawbacks if you are wheelchair bound, and you cannot stand or walk without help you will not be able to shower or sleep on the bed. The average height of a wheelchair seat with a cushion is about 15 to 17 inches from the floor as you can see in the photos the beds are 26 inches high. And their soft tops so there’s nothing for for you to even be able to put your hands on and lift yourself up if you have that good upper body strength. Now I’m not talking about people that can stand up on their own or they can walk on their own. I’m talking about anti paraplegic paralyzed folks. They cannot use their legs. Also some rooms have a shower chair, which are very wobbly and dangerous other rooms have a shower benches, which are great. Except for the showerhead on the flexible handle it’s about 3 feet higher than what you can reach setting on the bench and the body wash conditioner and shampoo are located in such an and the body wash conditioner and shampoo are located in such a spot that you can’t reach those from the bench, again see photos. So these rooms are not fully accessible for Wheelchair bound people. Voice the rooms are very nice little hard to wheel on the carpet but best to be expected. There is plenty of room to move your wheelchair around inside of the room. It’s just that the bed and actually the shower are not accessible to those of us that cannot stand or walk

Then see my bank statement and they charged $333.02, I am currently in a fight to get that settled with the Hotel. Keep in mind, Nothing included for this overpriced place, not even a coffee!! So I bought one from the cafe, and then they wouldn’t let me take it into the Casino!! Their loss, I did t spend my $20 in a machine, I call that a win for me!! 16 oz single serve Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, value $4.89, cost was over $16 here. Be sure you read the fine print on all ads when it concerns the price of a buffet there, if you’re not “A Player” the cost is significantly higher! I’m sure you can find a better deal/price anywhere else in that area!

We are mailed promotional offers, which we've used with no difficulty what-so-ever. the rooms are very nice, bed is super comfortable, 4 very nice pillows. (no back aches here). We always ate at the buffet, also. They offer all the comfort foods, like fried, or baked chicken, catfish nuggets, whitefish, shrimp dishes, orange chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, rice, and other vegetables. Everything is fresh, the right temperature, and good flavor. the dessert bar is to die for. They have every type of dessert imaginable. From Cheesecakes, Pies, Cookies, Brownies, Bars, Puddings, Cobblers, Cakes, Tortes, and soft ice cream with a choice of 9 toppings. You can't go wrong at this buffet.

We asked them to look at the toilet because it wouldn't stop running, they did and it stopped for a short time. Ran most of the time we were there. We've stayed before and really enjoyed it, this time just wasn't nearly as good as previous stays. Gambling wasn't fun because the machines just aren't fun anymore and way to expensive minimum bets. We used to love but hard to give our $ away when we aren't having fun.

Also there is a glass wall between the shower and bedroom which if light is on in bathroom it shines in bedroom. My biggest issue is there aren’t any decent restaurants there and you can’t take a drink back to your room. There also should be a bar and restaurant outside of the casino.

- averyfoster23 (2/5): BLOODY HOTEL SHEETS - My fiancé and I were on a road trip back home when we decided to pull over for the night. We decided to stay at Bally’s Quad Cities hotel and casino. It looked nice and seemed like it would be a good time. We arrived late at night around 11:30pm and checked in. We got to our room and everything at the moment was amazing. Around midnight we decided to finally lay down and head to bed after driving for 12 hrs straight. Once we lay down, I lift up the blanket and noticed blood on the sheets. We sit up and inspected it, deciding what to do. I decided to go up to the front desk and after waiting for the lady to come back inside, ask for a new room because there was blood on our sheets. She then tells me that she will come and change them for us. She comes to the room a few minutes later and changes the sheets. By the time this whole ordeal was over we were finally able to sleep around 1 am. When we woke up the next morning I took a shower and noticed there was blood on the shower head as well. When we went to check out the next morning we talked to the women at the front desk about our ordeal and she stated “we have industrial washing machines and they rust so it’s most likely that. As for the shower head I will send my manager in to take a look.” (this is a summary of what she had stated) This stay would have been amazing and would love to stay here again but due to the blood and the way the situation was handled was very upsetting. I would have loved to bring my family back here because of the location, but now I'm very hesitant .

- Jason (4/5): - Unless you're a gambler, don't stay here. 1. LONG walk to hotel. It's winter, and at least a 50-yard walk from parking lot IF you can get a spot in front, otherwise even further. They have carts, but again, you're pushing a cart 50-100yards from the front door or more. Not made for hotel guests - more for gamblers. 2. No exhaust fan in bathrooms (don't eat anything that can smell later, you'll smell it all night as it lingers.) 3. sliding door on bathroom (everyone in the room hears you using the toilet - and the echo in the bathroom makes it sound like bombs going off - not flattering for women.) 4, Shower is half open, so when you stand in it your backside is cold (plus it's wide open so unless you're married/etc you are completely exposed - again, just a sliding bathroom door). 5. Bed mattress very thin and hard (was told new ones are coming - for FUTURE guests - lucky them but not me!) 6. hard pillows with not give 7. No comp breakfast - spend $20 on two eggs/sausage/toast - $4 for orange juice (again, unless you're gambling it's not worth it!) 8. Forget toothpaste - $5. They provide nothing except shampoo/conditioner - you pay for anything else you forgot. 9. Hope you like a LOT of lights at night while you sleep. Curtains don't close all the way and blow open when air is on - flashing lights in smoke detector and bright nightlight in bathroom makes the shower wall glow brightly (like a see thru thing that they think is classy, but inpractical and lights up the room.

- 541maris (4/5): Accommodations didn’t match price! - I wish I could separate my reviews. The front desk staff and event staff (I was there for an event) were absolutely AMAZING. But the hotel itself left something to be desired for the price point. Old room decor. The bathrooms were redone but the shower set up was crazy. You have to literally get totally in the shower to turn it on and then run back out to avoid getting hit with a blast of cold water or if you’re not completely undressed. Plus the entire middle of the shower head did not work. If you want to have breakfast first thing in the morning on a weekend you can forget it. The small cafe is closed for seated eating and you can wait until 9:30 to stand in line for a buffet. Food options were non-existent. Walked to the only bar that night and bought a glass of wine to take back to my room. Nope. Extremely rude lady at casino exit told me I had to drink it on the casino floor. Quite the disappointment for over $200 night.

- Terrioche (10/5): Great hotel with casino! - Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. Loved the oversized shower. Aso enjoyed the lakeside views. This hotel also has an outside communal firepit, and a place to hit golf balls into the lake! The casino was new and had lots of fun slots to pick from. Would love to have an included breakfast.

- Damon (8/5): Over all the stay was good. Had fun at the casino and there were a lot of new slots to play. - Clean and nice Very expensive. Since we were there on a Friday it was about one hundred dollars more. The mixed drinks were pretty weak and one bartender make pretty good drinks but the other one made very weak(not even a full shot) drinks. When I asked her about it she was hateful. She charged me $6.75 for a second partial shot.

- ROBERTA (10/5): Overnight travel stop - Smaller newer casino and hotel. Well maintained. Large , modern room over looking the lake, comfortable beds, large walk in shower, very clean. Good staff. Wish black jack dealers were friendly and social. Large servings for breakfast at the cafe.
