MollyR (8/5): - Host was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the big shower. The bar was very full and popular. Breakfast was pretty minimal, but nice to have, continental breakfast essentially. We Couldn’t figure out the TV remote but front desk came to the room to trouble shoot. Pillows are too thick, neck hurt in the AM. Hotel is lit up like a birthday cake, could be nice to cut down on the lights when Most are sleeping. Enjoyed the surfer decor! We were there off season in the rain so didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar.

The outdoor rum bar was perfect for our quiet evening and the food was delicious. Griffin was very informative on the menu and very professional.
kathleen (10/5): Enjoyed our LBI stat at DaddyO - The hotel is lovely, clean and updated. All the public spaces are pretty and inviting. Nice menu in the restaurant. Great coffee/espresso machine available all day. Breakfast was very basic, but fine. We had a junior room, which was quite small but adequate. Location was close to the beach and they provided towels, badges, chairs, etc. There are not many attractions nearby, but we biked to Beach Haven and drove to Harvey Cedars for some meals/activities. Staff was amazing.

I did like the short walk to the beach and the front desk hands out chairs, umbrellas, towels and badges for their guests. Bikes are available as well to get around the island. Roof top bar was closed on a Sunday at 8pm which was a bummer but the outdoor level 1 bar was open until 10pm.

Easily walkable, safe neighborhood, and the hotel provides beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and water. Everyone was so friendly, including in the restaurants and at the front desk.

I was charged an outrageous amount of money for a single night but the manager adjusted it for us after I complained. The breakfast that was included was a couple of pastries and some protein bars, not what you would expect for the price of the room

Kenneth (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay here. This was the third hotel I have stayed in while visiting LBI; the other two being the Sea Shell and the Mariner. The Daddy O was much, much nicer than either of those other 2. The room was very nice! Through Expedia, I received a $ 31 gift card that was good for food or drink at one of Daddy O's restaurants. This was a very pleasant touch that I really enjoyed. Expedia always talks about perks of being a "platinum member" but it seems like I never get anything for being one so the gift card was a nice surprise. The breakfast wasn't too fancy but at least Daddy O had something; most places don't. I really appreciated that I got to eat something without having to leave the property. I definitely will stay here again when next in LBI.

Betty (10/5): Great Beach vacation! - Great location on beach block. Having 3 bars/restaurants was really convenient. Free continental breakfast was a nice plus, as well as free parking right across the street. Bathroom was fully updated and modern. They also give you beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and badges so you don't have to haul your own. Rachel at front desk was very accommodating and would get hot tea for me every morning since only coffee available at breakfast bar. Thanks Rachel!! Would definitely stay here again!

Joanne (8/5): - Very clean and well appointed room. Small but efficient. No refrigerator in the room. Nice bathroom and closet with enough clothes hangers for a change. Pillows were many but a bit too thick for my neck. Box of chocolates on the bed was a nice touch but the box was impossible to open! Great restaurant and bars - good sushi too! NY prices for cocktails and food but I guess that is the going rate for LBI. Very friendly staff and helpful. Beach is one block away- so convenient.
