- V2898SAbobp (6/5): Old, not updated not clean - Don’t go. The outside looks great, but the inside hasn’t been updated in quite a while and not only that, but it was not clean. They are also was no room service. And no housekeeping service.

- Richard (8/5): - Older property but well maintained. Good value for the area. Room was clean with basic amenities.
- Kenneth (8/5): - Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked and with the warm temperatures for early October that was appreciated. The staff was very professional and friendly.
- Taunia (8/5): - If you are looking for a place close to town and want to enjoy the Mountain View from your deck with a friendly staff this is the place for you.
- Valerie (4/5): - The room did not have any place to put your suitcase on so we had to leave it on floor. There was only one hanger for clothes. The ac did not work properly kept turning off The bathroom was not clean The bottom of the inner shower curtain was slimy and visibly dirty. The bathroom on a whole could have used a good cleaning. There was no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom The window and glass door to the deck were filthy and the curtains were wrinkled. And the water pressure was so weak we had difficulty rinsing our hair and body The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was nice and the Mountain View great
- Deborah (10/5): - Great place! So nice + clean! Friendly staff! Shopping is all around + the views of the mountains are gorgeous!!!

- Carol (10/5): - The mountain view was amazing.
- DEAN (6/5): - It was OK, not great. room was clean rear deck had nice scenery, negative comments were NO ice machine and only a ROKU stick for the TV. NO stations available except what you get on the free ROKU station which isn't much.
Location was ok as only a short distance from the center of No. Conway and lots of restaurants very close by. Office shuts down at 9 so make sure you dont have a late check in
- Jim (8/5): - Good location in town, great hotel manager, beautiful scenery from 2nd floor room. Room was clean but needs updating and traffic noise is loud. After I got rid of the flies and the hornet, room was okay. I didn’t bother the ladybugs because they are supposed to be lucky. Not a bad stay, but would not go back.
- DOUGLAS (10/5): - Beautiful view of the Mountains

- Allen (10/5): - Maryann at front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Hotel is very close to the downtown. Cograil train up to mount Washington is a nice experience. Thank you
- Cheryl (10/5): Very satisfying - It was wonderful! The staff were amazing! And the views from the balcony was gorgeous. I would absolutely go back!
- Michelle (10/5): Lovely motel - Clean hotel if not a little old fashioned but perfectly functional- had everything that you needed. Great location and lovely staff. Free parking which was great and walking distance to the North Conway ‘town centre’. Would recommend.
- Barbara (2/5): - Room was filthy, including extensive mold in bathroom, windows/mirrors not washed, damaged/really dirty woodwork, thick dust/ discoloration on radiators and door panels. Shower worked but lever to fill tub absent; couldn’t close drain to fill sink, was broken/absent. Dead bugs under sink, flies and mosquitos in room. Ugly decor (walls really dark disgusting green, TEAL curtains, maroon striped uncomfortable chairs, navy bedspreads). Smelly towels.
- Corina (8/5): - Property was average
- Denise (8/5): - I liked the location. Plumbing needs attention.
- Daniel (10/5): - Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and staff was very helpful.
- Colleen (8/5): - Our room said it is a Queen bed & it was a full bed. We are both tall & it was uncomfortable; wish we had a Queen bed!!!
- AGnieszka (10/5): - Checking in was 5 star.
- Abigail (10/5): - All of the above.

- Susan (10/5): - The receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful in sharing areas to visit
- Debbie (10/5): - Nice but outdated

- Paula (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful
- Ashlyn (8/5): - We enjoyed the stay, rooms felt like home, staff was very friendly and everything we needed was truly in walking distance
- Michelle (10/5): - It was clean and convenient. The balcony out back was very nice. Room was extremely hot when we arrived.
- Marianne (10/5): - Annie, who worked the desk was so friendly. Gave excellent suggestions for activities and food in the area. The room was simple but nice. The view was just beautiful- the balcony was the perfect way to start and finish the day
- Kara (10/5): - Such a sweet little place to relax and look at the mountains! Very close to shops and downtown North Conway.
- Tony (10/5): - Clean is always good. People are great. View and location are also great while being affordable. It’s old but in good shape. I slept like a baby.
- Stephen (10/5): - Friendly
- Nina (6/5): - Overall, you get what you pay for.
That being said, the cleanliness level could’ve been a little better. Shower curtains and the walls were filthy. Carpets definitely w
- Paul (10/5): - Had a great stay!
Room was clean and well set up.
The porch and incredible Mountain View would be enough!! Great.
Staff was welcoming and friendly.
Would definitely return. Hated to leave.
- Janet (8/5): - The beds were extremely comfortable
- Seth (10/5): - Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- fivegoldenrings (6/5): Good value for the area. - Pros: location, clean, comfortable, $. Cons: vintage decor, no daily maid service, limited front desk service. Based on reviews from family staying at other more expensive hotels, this hotel was a good value.
- Lynda (10/5): - Comfortable, quiet, beautiful view from the balcony, simple room that met our needs. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Would recommend
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great view and close to everything
- RICHARD (10/5): - The room was simple and clean with a beautiful Mountain View where you can watch the sunset from the balcony of your room. Would have been nice if my room had a microwave but other than that it was great. It’s hard to complain about anything when you’re surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. I had a great time there
- Daisie Jill (6/5): - The lady that we dealt with at check in and checkout was absolutely wonderful. This property is definitely an older property. Outside looks good, but rooms could definitely use some paint and freshening up. Our room felt very stuffy and I’m def not a lover of the carpets. It is definitely dated . But view behind is quite nice. If I was passing through that way again, I would probably book a newer property though.
- Angela (10/5): - The one staff we interacted with at the front desk was absolutely delightful ! The beds were comfy. Prime location. Felt quiet/safe. Beautiful mountain view. The added patio was nice. Shower water pressure terrific. I'd definitely stay here again!
- Tracie (4/5): - While the staff was attentive & helpful & the view beautiful the hotel itself was in very poor condition. Moldy shower curtain, no stopper in sink, dirt accumulation in corners, dirty carpet (white socks were black after walking on it), shower head that pelted you with no adjustment possible and the rattiest towels that were so rough it was like drying off with a loofah. The bed linen was worn & ill fitting. Won’t stay here again. No access to ice machine you had to ask staff to fill your bucket & since there were limited hour you couldn’t get any after they left for the night.
- dan (10/5): - What I like most was as we were checking in. The woman behind the counter was very nice. Had many suggestions of things to do around the property. I knew after talking with her. It was going to be a great stay and it was thanks I will stay there again.
- Sarah (10/5): - Clean room, very friendly staff. Views were amazing.
- Kayla (10/5): - Absolutely perfect for a long weekend with my kids. Front desk was super polite and kind. Would absolutely stay again!
- Sharon (10/5): - Beautiful view of the mountains
- Joseph (10/5): - The scenery behind the Inn was nice. Convenient dinning options in the area. Place could use a modeling refresh.
- Keith (10/5): - Such a great place and very cozy. The balcony was the best and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
- WARREN (6/5): - Check-in easy, staff really friendly & helpful.
Large Stain in carpet, bathroom sink leaking.
Tiny black bugs on bathroom floor noticed on 3rd day
Property needs better towels, updated interiors.
The Staff were terrific, and should receive bonuses.
- Mark (10/5): Two thumbs up for the Mountain Inn - My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the North Conway Mountain Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person, Annie, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it
- Charlene (6/5): - Great view. Had to ask for trowels and facecloths the day of arrival and next day twice.
- JimL578 (4/5): Need of an overhaul and deep cleaning - Very outdated, room smelled of body odor upon entry, real bad, like crotch rot. The curtains we permeated with the smell. People next door smoking pot on balcony, came in through air conditioner smelled like a skunk. This place attracts a very low brow customer, loud motorcycles, loud drunk people, pot smokers, etc. Beds were old and squeaky, bathroom tiny and towels were old, thin & dingy. I would recommend staying elsewhere, although view out back was nice, and front desk person was very friendly.
- Marcia (10/5): - Nice view. Very pleasant staff
- Gerald (10/5): - Affordable place to stay that was convenient to all the offerings of North Conway NH
- Kim (6/5): - Convenient location to North Conway activities and restaurants. The property is clean, but very basic and outdated. We would stay there again due to the price and location.
- Sherwood (10/5): - Bed was very comfortable.
- Kerryann (8/5): - Staff was lovely. Great view and location. Clean enough space but had a residual smoke smell from a previous guest. Would stay again.
- Kristen (10/5): Great location with clean, quiet rooms - Cute, no frills hotel with views of the mountain from the room's patio. Staff was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. Rooms were very clean. The hotel seemed to be filled up and we never heard noise from other people. Price was right. Within walking distance of mini golf, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again.
- Laura (8/5): - Staff and service were excellent! The property is a bit worn, no frills accommodations but very clean. Suited our needs perfectly.
- Michael (10/5): - Excellent place to stay and local
- Andrew (10/5): - Great bargain, clean and comfortable. No microwave oven.
• Beds are comfortable.
• Everything was clean, especially the bathroom.
• In the middle of all Conway-area attractions. Attractions at Crawford Notch and Lincoln, NH are two scenic, relatively short (40-59 minutes) drives away.
• NO MICROWAVE oven, I.e., no hot breakfast until you go out.
• Plenty of room for four guests to move about.
• Affordable but does NOT feel 'cheap.' (3 adults, two Queen beds were $140.00 total in the middle of summer. That was a night's stay for only $47 each person.)
• Two beds, only 1 nightstand, between them (an extension cord and outlet splitter in your luggage will be needed if more than one person uses CPAP or other electronic devices at night).
• Each bed has four pillows, two firm and two firmer. I like soft pillows but the firms were fine, very comfortable.
• Shower water pressure was good, towels are left for two guests; if more must ask for additional.
• Air conditioner was strong and cool despite 95+ degrees heat.
• Adequate mini-fridge.
• 2 very nice and padded chairs.
• Nice mini-porch out back for sitting and enjoying the mountain view.
• Window and back deck door curtains are very thick and let you keep room dark if you like to sleep in.
• You do not hear your neighbors at all. through the walls.
• Ample free parking right against the building, near the stairs.
• No pens or paper. No spoons or forks or even a 'spork'
• Coffee maker 2 cups, sugar and sweeteners
- Jeannette (6/5): - Beds were very firm.
- Brett (8/5): - The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The view from the deck off the back of the room was very good. The room was clean, cozy, and down-home. I was fascinated by the Roku player that had a guest mode that could be set to sign you out of your apps on the day you leave. The bed was firm and a little more comfortable than expected, but I needed to use two pillows because they were so thin. It was a good value considering its location in a busy tourist area. No breakfast was offered, but there are food options nearby.
- Dean (10/5): - N/A
- Gary (8/5): - It was a clean room, I would stay there again
- Rita (8/5): - Didn’t like the price.
- Eddie (10/5): Absolutely worth the stay! - Great stay, I have stayed here many times now and always a great experience!
- Meghan (8/5): - This is a good option if you’re looking for a clean and quiet place to crash at between activities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s no food options provided by the hotel, but plenty of places to go nearby. There were a couple minor complaints I had like our mini fridge having a weird smell and there being no handsoap.
- Margaret (10/5): Fantastic! - The view from our room, and I think all rooms was amazing! Most of the hotels have a lot of trees behind so you don't get a good view but this one was fantastic! The room was basic but clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was amazing!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not great. Not bad. - Decent place for pricepoint. Not the freshest scent but patio view is prettty neat.
- Greg (10/5): - Great value. Loved the deck.
- Daniel (8/5): - The bed was a little too soft.
- Kevin (10/5): - The room was very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The people were friendly and accommodating.
- Sue (10/5): - Staff was amazing! Very friendly and cared about our stay.
- Irene (8/5): - Nice, clean and affordable
- David (10/5): - A nice place to stay! Not expensive, great staff, and right on the main stretch in North Conway near all the shopping and restaurants.
- Norman (4/5): - front desk lady very pleasant..... new white socks 20 minutes on carpet they are brown, 18 inch square refrigerator on floor need to be on hands and knees to look in, beds little ruff but ok, booking agent mad mistake was notified by front desk but hotel manager not around till 12:00 pm Tuesday so had eat $502.89 manager would not allow refund! no amenities of any kind but you pay premium rate its a 50.00 night hotel at best
- ROY C. (8/5): - Great view for the price.
The outside deck chairs needed to be cleaned.
- michael (8/5): - Great place to stay close to everything!
