Guest Reviews
- govern (10/5): Great Deal - Just what I was looking for. Nothing
- Marybeth (5/5): Too expensive. Prob won't stay again - Didn't have much for breakfast Better price. I stayed in a room at s different hotel the nite before. It was $50 cheaper, more cleaner, much larger room. Wasn't bad. But I was not impressed. Too expensive for what u get(or dont get) the price that showed online was cheaper. Until I went to book&it went way up
- Leonard (8/5): Nice place to get off the road and sleep - Freeway access and I appreciate the satellite TV. Much better than the Roku which is fine at home but no good while traveling
- Stacey (8/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Convenient - Friendly staff very clean Hoped for a job rate.
- Ricardo (10/5): -
- Edra (7/5): Comfortable and fairly clean - Was tired and ready to sleep and the fact they didn’t charge to much for my pet to stay also
- Carla (8/5): -
- Garcia (10/5): -
- Garcia (10/5): - Muy bien el personal
- Brandi (10/5): Perfect place for our overnight stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean - Clean and updated. Good location
- Thompson (8/5): -
- Alyssa (10/5): -
- Bernice (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Nice ambiance and cozy vibes!
- Vaughn (4/5): - Cheap room, but paper thin walls. Breakfast was nothing more than pastries and juice. Woke up to the neighbor loudly talking early morning after being up all night at Rock the Locks. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep.
- April (10/5): - Let us get our key cards for our room early so we didn't have to check in at midnight after the concert. Appreciate it.
- Patricia (8/5): - The place appeared clean for the most part. The room was pretty warm even with the AC on. The staff were nice. The only thing is there was no breakfast out. Everything was locked and limited (i.e. only 1 juice per person) Location was quiet and convenient with a dollar general and gas station near by.
- Lori (10/5): Easy on Easy off motel - Nice place. Check in was easy. Easy parking. Probably could do a little better on their Continental breakfast. Yogurt and sugary snacks. But all in all It was a good place to stay for the night.
- Carla (6/5): Acceptable mid range cost - A little dated but clean. Some small cosmetic repairs needed in bathroom. Very clean and wonderful staff. Breakfast only consisted of breakfast cookies, yogurt, juice not full breakfast
- Susan (10/5): - Wonderful staff, room was extremely clean and updated. Great stay!
- Susan (6/5): Disappointed - The staff was very nice ADA room was big disappointment. Water faucets reversed. Shower bar to adjust shower hight was broken. Water went everywhere all over the bathroom, because no lip or edge to keep water in shower. heating/cooling system either ran all the time or you had to shut it off and turn on when you needed it.
- Suzanne (6/5): - The price was right at the halfway point of my drive.
- Summer (10/5): -
- Nicole (2/5): 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND - This place is a dump and has bugs. All the rooms smell like smoke and the AC was broken, no refund partial or otherwise, the manger dodged my calls for a week. I called every day I still bug bites from this nasty place. Also, there is no breakfast. They put out a few containers of juice and a handful of prepackaged pastries.
- Aiden (8/5): - Great:
- this was the best bed I slept in my entire trip, it was very comfortable :)
- staff person at the front desk was nice and helpful
- although it's right on the main road, I wasn't bothered by road noise or light
- the Maple Moose next door has good coffee and breakfast sandwiches (drive-through only)
Accessibility note: there's no elevator, so if stairs are an issue I suggest calling to arrange a first floor room
Disappointing:
- breakfast was instant oatmeal or a pre-packed pastry, no protein options that I saw
- no luggage cart
- Fadness (8/5): -
- Donna (4/5): - Check in girl could have been more friendly, no good parking for people with trailers. Had to park in the back not good lighting. There was trash outside the side entrance.
- John E (10/5): On our way to Seattle - We are on our way to Seattle. The room was small but nice.
- Steven (10/5): - Nice clean motel close to boat launch
- Allen (4/5): - The carpet felt damp which was horrible and there was a huge gap around the door that didn’t seal. People were great. Breakfast was inedible.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Will stay again - Great place to stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. Will stay there again. The breakfast was mostly packaged baked goods and cereal, yogurt and fruit were also available. The restaurant next door was very good!
- THOMAS (8/5): - Very nice and clean inside but a little dirty in the parking lot. The swimming pool was closed for cleaning and Maintenance which was disappointing.
- Nicole (2/5): No one works here - No ac in the room and the staff refused to do anything about it. The manager dodges calls and i couldn’t sleep as it was over 90 degrees. The bathtub was visibly dirty, trash under the bed and in a drawer. No breakfast, just coffee and juice at 8:30 when I got there.
- Chad (8/5): - Inexpensive nothing fancy, was very clean however.
- Chris (6/5): - Not the best check in. Ask where is a good place. Didn’t want to help.
- Israel (10/5): - Great experience.
- daniel (2/5): Not coming back... - Sink drain hardly working, room keys had to be reset every day, Had to wait almost 30 min for someone at the desk.
- Michele (8/5): - I had a one night stay which was very clean and comfortable.i would stay here again.
- daniel (4/5): Unimpressed. - Every time I've stayed here the keys only work for one day and I have to keep getting them fixed. When I asked the person behind the counter about it they didn't give me an answer just a blank stare.
- jessie (8/5): - Location
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- John (8/5): - Decent place for the area walls are a little thin you can hear people next door
- Yolanda (10/5): - Walkable restaurants near by
- Kelly (3/5): - Nice to have a pool. Nice to have the little kitchenette. Park and rv park by the river was beautiful. Pizza next door was bomb
- Marilyn (8/5): - The outside was a bit off putting but the inside was nice. The whole place was absolutely clean.
It was a nice stay.
- Roxana (4/5): - Beds and room overall clean. Toliet had large pee stains and it looked like there was wet pee on the bottom of the toliet when we got there. The pool was not up and the breakfast was a wrapped pastry and coffee. That all felt pretty disapointting because we were traveling with children specfically picked the place because of the pool and breakfast.
- Heidi (8/5): - The room was clean. The continental breakfast was nothing special and the pool was closed for maintenance. We stayed here last year and the pool was closed when it’s 102 the pool would’ve been nice. There is a nice restaurant right next-door and they have really good coffees in the morning.
- James (2/5): - The pool was down, the room was stale seemed reasonably clean but still smelled loke sour milk.the staff was no where to be seen at times.
- Melinda (4/5): - They might have bed bugs. I was so itchy all night. There is no breakfast, they put out a few cookies and coffee. The tile floor is so cold in the room. The pool was not working. The area is not the best.
I was very disappointed with my stay.
- Tamara (4/5): - Paper thin walls. Can hear every sound in neighbors rooms. Breakfast is only a bowl of oranges and some packaged danishes. Staff was nice. Parking lot well lit. Adjacent to a diner.
- Parker (6/5): - Nothing to write home about. I was quick to book when i saw the price and like 8.4 star reviews. However, I wasnt too sure how it had such a high rating as I was leaving. Don't get me wrong, nothing was awful, and the best way I could put it is that it is an okay budget hotel. You only get two small pillows on your entire bed, the sink and bath don't drain very well. And in one of the exits indoors there were dozens of dead knats on a windowsill was was just pretty gross. The property is okay... just a ton of questionable transients and smokers who hover around the building. Ultimately, not a terrible stay on a budget, but spending slightly more will probably be my move next time.
- jessie (10/5): - Always happy staying here
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Emmalee (4/5): - We were the room right next to the exit and the door was opened and closed loudly all night. We also didn't have access to a third of the channels on the TV guide.
- Tammy (10/5): Great Stay! - Love this place. Stayed here 6 years ago when I came to Seattle. Customer service is good. Prices are fair and the place is clean.
- Vaughn (7/5): Good -
- Teresa (8/5): - The room was clean and updated. The grounds were pretty rugged. But, overall I would stay here again
- Ralph (8/5): - The staff was very helpful room was clean
- jessie (10/5): - Always happy and location to the river
- Kenneth (8/5): - Quiet. Well furnished. Appears well maintained. Worth the rental cost.
- Dean (7/5): Excellent nights sleep for an economy price - Best night sleep in an economy lodging. Bed and entire room was clean with nice linens and pillows. Pool in for repair with no notice until arrival.
- Kenneth (8/5): - The propery was nicer than we expected inside. Our only frustration was the numerous key card failures that caused access inconvience to entry of the motel. Thanks for being dog friendly!
- barbara (10/5): - Love the remodeled room - The bathroom light was wonderful
- Howard (10/5): - Mine was just an overnight stay after visiting friends in Walla Walla, WA. Returning to my home in Vancouver, WA. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a well-appointed room with what appeared to be a nicely updated facility. Thank you.
Howard Meharg
- Janice (10/5): - Nice budget hotel. Rooms are clean and renovated. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would have liked a couple more pillows and the bed was clean but on the hard side. The room had a nice desk and chair and there were plenty of places to plug in electronics. Breakfast was minimal. We skipped it. This property looks a bit rough on the outside so the nice room was a pleasant surprise. The shower worked well.
- Lee (10/5): - Had a good sleep
- Jason (4/5): - Booked what we thought was a hotel with a pool, but their pool was pretty rundown looking and closed for maintenance. It was very disappointing, definitely wouldn't have booked it had we known beforehand. Room was clean, beds were ok. Will probably stay somewhere else if we find ourselves back in that area again.
- jessie (8/5): - Very happy with the location close to the Dam and the Columbia river
- Kimberley (10/5): - We always enjoy staying here on our road trips back toward home. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and there’s a great brewery right next door.
- Charles (6/5): - The room was fine, clean and included all the basics. However, the walls and first floor ceiling are "paper thin"! I could easily hear normal conversations from the rooms on either side, and a lot of noise from the room above. Lastly, there is no "breakfast" -- only three Hostess pastry selections and coffee.
- Ronald (6/5): - I won’t stay here again, a lot better properties in Hermistion a couple miles away
- Verified traveler (6/5): Find a different hotel. - Staff was rude. Pool was closed. Breakfast was non existent. Drug people in the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable though.
- Linda (8/5): Wonderful for the price - Everything was better than we expected except the breakfast. The breakfast was really grab and go. It worked for us but others may be disappointed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not maintaining high customer rating - Dizzying carpet; second building quite separate from first with unobvious entrances; breakfast offered good juice choices, but not much for food; pool undergoing maintenance
- Li (10/5): I forgot my makeup bag . The manager Dulce Acosta helped to find and return my missing bag. Thanks. - Good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not enough parking - The rooms were fine but the parking was terrible, not enough spots and the hotel is in a terrible neighborhood
- Paula (8/5): Hotel was clean and basic, and booking online saved us money. - The room was quiet and simple, which met my needs. I checked availability on booking.com and was going to just book at the front desk upon arrival. I was shocked at how high the price was going to be at the front desk and commented. Staff said that I might be able to get a lower rate online, so I booked online and just waited for them to see the booking show up in their system. I was thankful for the recommendation to book online, so that the final price was reasonable. Was pleasantly surprised that there was some continental breakfast items available. Disappointed that the rate booking at the front desk was going to be so high without the discounted online rate.
- Anne (10/5): Easy and comfortable. - I liked the value of the room. It could have had better towels and maybe body wash provided. But those are very minor things.
- Porcher (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (10/5): - The simple price for quality is unmatched. The rooms are easily comparable to hotels that cost twice as much.
- jessie (10/5): - Clean and easy to find. Will . Very happy
- Ona (8/5): - Nice place
- DAREN (4/5): - Had someone scan into our room and open the door at 1:30 in the morning while I was naked in the shower not once but TWICE. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but told me that she didn’t know how I even had access to the room because my reservation had been canceled??? Additionally, the safety lock on the door did not work, as it allowed these people to walk straight in. Would not recommend staying here if you are traveling alone, did not feel safe after that incident.
- Julie (10/5): - The young man at the front desk was in training, and everything went smoothly and professionally.
There is a place to eat next door, as well as a coffee shop. Food was really good, as well as the service.
Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Would stay here again
- Gillian (10/5): - A great value. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanne (10/5): Work - One of the cleanest in town
- Katrina (8/5): - Property is in a great location, PM staff was great, friendly, helpful. The facility is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast consisted of coffee, an OJ and granola bar at 7:55AM so doubt it was ‘out’ of inventory and AM staff was very unpleasant. However, would stay again if traveling through the area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice but area lacks ambiance - Area was kinda sketchy but hotel was nice for price. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, no frills hotel. Exactly as advertised. I would stay here again.
- Vickie (10/5): - Great size room at a decent price!!!
- Jennifer (10/5): Best customer service on our trip - Front desk girl checking us in was by far the best we’ve had on our 2 month trip. Very welcoming and provided us info about the area. A nice welcome after a long day of driving. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing bad to say
- Donald (2/5): Very poor -
- William (6/5): - nice
- David (6/5): - Simple hotel nothing special
- Gillian (10/5): - Although very modest from the exterior, the rooms are clean, relatively spacious, and the beds are comfortable.
- Carolyn (10/5): Great place to stop over for the night - So beautifully clean with very helpful staff! Very comfortable bed and nice shower.
- Natalie (10/5): - The property was very clean and comfortable. There weren’t any dining options around other than a Bar or Mexican food. Where the property was nice and well cared for the area isn’t. I had to drive 15 minutes to get to a Dennys to eat. Their coffee was okay.
