- Mathijn (10/5): Such a warm welcome! - All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and really made you feel very welcome and that they were happy to welcome you to their beautiful hotel. It is an old building, but the interior has been perfectly restored. You can see that it was done with a tremendous amount of love and passion, and the guests are treated in the same way. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options and is a great start to the day! I rented an e-bike, which was a very good and powerful bike, perfect for this mountainous area. I hope to return to this region and will certainly stay here again. I should have stayed longer...

Danke an das tolle Personal💛 Die toll renovierten Appartements. Nur exklusive Ausstattung… kein billig Inventar. Suuuuuper grosses bequemes Bett. Die kleine ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was man braucht, vorallem die Spülmaschine😂 Tolle Dachterasse und ein Whirlpool im Garten mit Blick auf dir Dolomiten, wenn ich die Berge richtig gedeutet habe🙈 Der beleuchte Turm der Villa und die beleuchtete Burg von Arco.🏰 Einfach nichts. Es gibt nichts, was einem nicht gefallen könnte.

- Francesca (9/5): - Location is great, property is new, and the staff is very kind and always available to help. Room was great and very clean. Parking in the facility was a great plus for us. Recommended! Honestly it was great, just a couple of small details that I didn't raise because they didn't really impact my stay. - The sauna and Turkish bath weren't fully working when I went to try it (maybe some instructions would be nice, if there is no staff to provide info around). - I tried going to the pool a couple of times and it was "full" of kids, screaming and jumping around: not a problem, but not necessarily relaxing either :) maybe more info there as well make sure the expectations of guests are correct. Great for kinds though! - The neighbouring apartment ran the dishwasher at night, which led to us not being able to fall asleep for a while. We were on holiday, so nothing that couldn't be undone by a nice chill walk the day after (which Arco provides); but maybe, as mentioned, some suggestions in the rooms to make sure everyone respects other people around the facility (I'm sure they didn't know it would keep us up) would be nice!
- Magdalena (10/5): The authentic, luxurious Italian villa with amazing and helpful staff and views to die for - This unique, intimate hotel is an absolute gem. The room was stunning, the staff were beyond helpful and the pool and sauna areas were so calm, intimate and relaxing, that coming back from bustling cities around lake Garda felt like coming to peace and tranquility. Even in early April the garden was green and gorgeous. Breakfast was prepared carefully with delicious coffee and authentic Italian style. We will definitely be coming back.

Le stanze sono eleganti, confortevoli, pulitissime e curate in ogni dettaglio, L' appartamento in particolare, offre ambienti spaziosi e raffinati, ideali per chi desidera vivere un’esperienza speciale in totale relax. La colazione è stata eccellente: ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi e di qualità, capace di regalare un inizio di giornata perfetto. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la spa, piccolina ma utilissima per concedersi qualche ora di relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, sempre professionale, cortese e attento a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. La loro disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. - Flavia (10/5): TRE GIORNI DI RELAX - Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni nell'appartamento Sissi, con accesso alla torretta, molto bene arredato e funzionale. La piscina con Sauna e Bagno turco è inclusa e si può prenotare x un ora e mezza, questo ci ha consentito di essere gli unici ad usufruirne (scegliendo tarda mattinata). Ultimo ma non ultimo, la gentilezza dello staff, dall'accoglienza di Andrea, ai camerieri che servono la colazione (gentilissimi e disponibili anche con nostro figlio di 7 anni), alle governanti sempre col sorriso. Inoltre abbiamo trovato cialde di caffè con zucchero e in regalo un piccolo panettone. Che dire, speriamo di tornare ad Arco. Grazie di tutto. Solo un consiglio: includerei nel frigorifero almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua naturale che fa sempre piacere dopo un viaggio breve o lungo che sia.
- Giulia (9/5): Ottima struttura a due passi dal centro di Arco - Ottima struttura vicino al centro di Arco, ordinata e pulita la nostra stanza che aveva anche un piccolo terrazzino che dava sul giardino. Bella anche la zona wellness con sauna, bagno turco e piscina riscaldata. Colazione ricca e staff attento ai dettagli e super gentile! -
- Venturelli (8/5): - Colazione molto varia e di buona qualità. SPA accogliente , piscina calda. Ottima la posizione vicinissima a piedi ai mercatini. Comodo parcheggio interno Peccato la necessità di dover fare turni prestabiliti per la colazione (solo in inverno per problemi di spazi) .

- CLAUDIA (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - La struttura e' meravigliosa, da poco ristrutturata tutto perfettamente arredato e pulitissimo. L'appartamento silenzioso e spazioso con una cucina a scomparsa. Una bella piscina con acqua calda e sauna/ bagnoturco con possibilita di farsi una tisana.. Personale accogliente e sempre con il sorriso, mi dispiace partire ma ci torneremo.. Tutto perfetto
- Ghirardelli (10/5): - Bellissima villa nel centro di Arco, la nostra suite a dir poco stupenda e che dire della colazione: ottima e in un ambiente molto intimo....Molto comodo anche il parcheggio dell'auto in un garage coperto proprio difronte alla struttura.
- D' ELIA (8/5): Ottimo punto da cui partire per i mercatini di Natale di Trento e dintorni. Anche ad Arco bella atmosfera natalizia, esc - Ottima location, bella camera, buona colazione. Servizi spa migliorabili ma nel complesso buono. Il primo giorno l’acqua della piscina era freddina ma, dopo segnalazione allo staff, il giorno dopo era un po’ più calda.

- Ardenghi (10/5): - Bellissima struttura, molto affascinante e curata. La ragazza che ci ha accolti molto cordiale, ci ha spiegato in sintesi la storia della Villa che ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo passato i nostri 3 giorni era quello che comprendeva la torre dalla quale si poteva vedere il paese, molto accogliente pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il fatto che abbia la SPA(sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio esterna) e la piscina interna da punti in più. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremo sicuramente!

- Christian (10/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in herzlicher Atmosphäre, mit hervorragendem Frühstück und wunderschönem Garten. - Die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, das rundum wohltuende Ambiente und die bemerkenswerte Sauberkeit haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Der liebevoll gepflegte Garten, die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage in Arco sowie das hervorragende Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten und exzellentem Kaffee rundeten das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Auch der gepflegte Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Indoor-Pool und Whirlpool trug zur Erholung bei – insgesamt eine Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohl fühlt. Es gab nichts, was nicht gefallen hätte – der Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht angenehm und rundum stimmig.

- Mäder (10/5): Urlaub am Gardasee? Dann unbedingt Villa Italia buchen! Sehr zu empfehlen! - Ein herausragendes Hotel in einer tollen Lage am Gardasee. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte eine tolle Aussicht und alles was man für einen kurzen Urlaub brauch. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und der Pool hat vor allem unserem Sohn viel Spaß gemacht. Auch die Sauna haben wir genutzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
