• Brandon (7/5): Overall, our stay was fairly comfortable and convenient with being off of major highways! A decent value for you stay! - The Front Office Staff was very nice & engaging while being able to answer any questions with ease! The only thing I would change is how the property prepares their Eggs in the continental breakfast! The Eggs were too powdery and almost inedible in my opinion! Everything else was decent for the value!

And the room size is worth mentioned here because we paid for a queen room but were given a single instead - with just one key, one towel, and a small bed. It was late, so we didn’t bring it up till the next morning. The front desk person assured me I would get a refund for the difference. She took my contact info… and I never heard back. That’s all to say: There are so many options for hotels, motels, cabins, etc. I like to support the businesses that show they value their customers. This isn’t one of them.

We will stay there again. One of the mattresses in room 303 (The one located closes to the entry) seems to be broken down in a part of it. The fan in the bathroom sounds like the bathroom is going to lift off in flight.

I liked the motif of the lobby and the breakfast area. I was also able to park just outside my first floor room. My thermostat did not seem to work as it should, but I did not notify management or make any other attempt to address it.

• Farran (7/5): Poor Front Desk Communication - Honeymoon jacuzzi suite The woman working December 24th and 26th canceled my reservation without notifying me because somehow I'm on a "do not rent" list, despite only staying there once before without issue. She blamed a "new" employee both times, but defaulted to her "banned list" when pressed. She told me to write the manager an explanation for being on the list (good question)which I did and she said she'd sent it to manager. Never heard a word, but am glad I happened to check before driving 5 hours on Christmas to stay out in some manger instead. I really enjoyed my previous experience and have recommended it to numerous others, but this experience has me questioning those accolades.
