• Stephen (5/5): - Location is superb. Price was good The shower plug hole was blocked and it filled up like your feet were having a bath. The door into the bathroom clunked like it was going to break. The fuse box had no door on it. The bed is slightly too small and only had 1 flat pillow. These points are me being picky but are the things that we picked up on when there. We really enjoyed our stay and the girls that were on during our stay were so helpful.

Bathroom needed a bit attention. The garbage trucks that came in the street at 4 am were very noisy. Window wouldn't close completely.

• Silvia (4/5): - Habitacion espaciosa El hotel por dentro es un laberinto, es complicado encontrar la habitación. Hay un pub debajo y desde las 21h hasta las 3-4 de la mañana la gente de fiesta y gritando en la calle. Es imposible dormir ahí si vas en fin de semana. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

• Karen (8/5): - The location., you can walk evrerywhere, including towards the bustours. In the same street of the hotel you have restaurants and a small supermarket. Our room was just great for one night. Clean. Probably,... I missed tea in the room.

We had a lovely view and would absolutely recommend The bathroom had no hand towel so had to use the shower towel. The door is also glass and had a hole in it so had to be mindful of your companion when they went to the bathroom

• donna (9/5): - Close to city centre and the docks. Fun trying to find your room its a maze. Very generous room sizes. The plug in the sink in my room was stuck when I arrived which made washing hands and brushing teeth rather difficult in case it flooded

During our three-day stay, the trash wasn't taken out even once, causing the trash can to overflow. The room lacked a small refrigerator for storing water or snacks. It would also have been much more convenient if the room had a kettle.

• Mai (8/5): Séjour à Liverpool - L’hôtel est situé sur une rue piétonnière. Les attractions touristiques de Liverpool sont à distance de marche. La chambre est petite mais propre. Le personnel est serviable. Il faut contacter l’hôtel pour avoir l’adresse du stationnement qui est à cinq minutes de l’hôtel, on nous a remis un coupon pour le rabais ( ce n’est pas gratuit). Il n’y a pas de thé et café dans la chambre.

Jeg ble plassert på rom 313, som ligger ca 5 minutter unna resepsjonen, og hvor jeg måtte forsere to gigantiske trapper i en annen fløy enn resepsjonen lå. Det var visstnok en heis der, men den virket ikke. Ettersom jeg er 63 år, og litt dårlig form, ba jeg om å få et annet og mer tilgjengelig rom, men det ble avvist. For det første påstod de at de var fullbooket. Jeg sjekket med Booking.com, og fant et ledig rom, så det stemte ikke. For det andre påstod de at jeg hadde "brukt" rommet, ettersom jeg hadde gått inn på rommet etter den strabasiøse trappeturen. Jeg var på rommet i 5-10 minutter, før jeg gikk ned for å få byttet rom, som jeg da ikke fikk. Svært missfornøyd med denne bookingen, og dette hotellet, som ikke var spesielt billig heller.

• caroline (10/5): - Weve stayed with tune a few times before and after the refurb if you want a town centre hotel with friendly staff and a clean room this is the place for you No kettles still one window in the window rooms always closed and some of the electrics dont work
• Dale (7/5): - Staff were very friendly and the location was central and easy access to all liverpools sights . Rooms were clean , bathroom was nice . Being in wing c it was a hike to get to our room lol.. Would have loved a tea or coffee in the room but wasn't available and pillows were either rock hard or waffer thin . That's my only gripes
• Emma (2/5): Exhausting- only stay if you plan an all-nighter - Location I guess Room was clean The layout of the hotel and the location of the accessible rom , everyone going to floor 1, making their way down to the end of the corridor directly outside the accessible room where there’s access to all other floors Some of the facilities in the accessible room didn’t make sense. Very spacious, but the sink had a tap that’s fixed facing on a 45 • towards the toilet (it’s supposed to be fixed to the right hand side of the sink but it’s in the middle) the hand soap is the opposite side of the sink not sure how that’s useable for a wheelchair user. The towels are stored high up and the light above the bed flickers not idea for anyone with photosensitive epilepsy. But mostly the noise! Directly above a used fire door that’s used by the next door business the door slamming every few minutes, the access for everyone on the floor above is directly outside the accessible room it was so loud the door has gaps so you can see all the light omen through around the door so the noise is hardly buffered, then you have the music from outside it all stopped at 01:30 hours then everyone starts coming back so make a right ruckus when they get to the end of the corridor outside your room and go up the stairwell - doors pinned open or wait for the lifts, and then waste refuge including glass bottle bin collection begin at 04:30.
