• Erin (10/5): - Parking seems really safe, right in front of my room, shops downtown and restaurants right around the corner, Safeway across the street, highly recommend, there were other cheaper options but this feels safer for single female traveler, about forty dollars more, but totally worth it for the feeling of security

The property was very clean. The rooms had been modernized and were very comfortable and there’s plenty of hot water in the morning for a shower

• Matthew S Shuman (8/5): - The room was comfortable and clean. A/C worked great on the 97' days. Oversized refrigerator for food and beverage storage. Bed was comfortable as well. While this is an older property the owner's have done a wonderful job in updating and modernizing the room making it worth the stay. While there was some road noise from the streets but still overall quiet. I have definitely places this place on the great value and will return in the future. Oh, and the staff were all pleasant from check-in to checkout.
• Dana (10/5): - I had such a great feeling about this place when I checked in. The staff was so kind and helpful. They took the time to try to help us find places to go to tomorrow on our last day of our trip. I loved the room. It was very clean and up to date. The rooms inside looks much more modern than the building on the outside, so don’t be fooled by the exterior. Groceries and Starbucks across the road and near the interstate. I’d definitely stay again.

Not a lot of room for parking. Showers are small but room is spacious and extremely clean. All appliances work good. Hotel is quiet. I highly recommend this place and the price is definitely fair.

• Archie (10/5): Good Clean Accommodation - This was excellent for overnight accommodation. The room we were in was newly updated and very clean. No breakfast available but Babe's Coffee shop down the street was nice.

The owner was great and takes pride in his property … even using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He was So accommodating when I called about a very late arrival due to flight delays. This is a basic motel with the usual amenities, but no breakfast, which isn’t a problem for me. There is coffee in the room. The owner even offered to help with my luggage upon departure. Will definitely stay here again!

• Chris (10/5): Great Downtown Location, Must Stay Again. - Very nice. Location in downtown Grants Pass was excellete. The room was very nice extremely clean and with a local temp of 112 the air conditioning was excellent. the management is friendly and helpful we will stay again. Also note we own a local AirB&B that was rented for the weekend so staying here was a option. Don't believe the few negitive reviews online those people must be extremely picky.

Got this room as a self-rescue from another hotel so abysmal that the air conditioner made the room warmer. This place was so much nicer it brought literal tears to my eyes. Very thankful for this hotel and its friendly, excellent staff.
• Lynda (8/5): Value priced, convenient option for travelers. - The motel overlooks an asphalt parking lot and there is some noise from traffic. it is well lit at night, which enhances security. The motel is an easy walk to a very charming part of town, which is a plus. It is value priced. One downside is that the HVAC is very noisy since it is a room installed appliance.

• James (10/5): Great Place For Stays - Last night I stayed at the Knights Inn, situated in the city center of Grants Pass, Oregon. Restaurants, a large grocery store with a Starbucks (literally across a street from the Inn and opens at 6:00 AM) and various shops were all within walking distance. I definitely recommend it. The price was reasonable, and there were nice touches such as shutters on the window, vinyl plank flooring, ceramic tile in the bathroom, and the kingsize bed was super comfortable.

Good value for the price, conveniently located to a Safeway grocery, restaurants and gas station.

• Don (10/5): - After being in about 12 different motels on an extensive road trip in the Western States, I’m happy to say Knights Inn has been by far the best value. Compared to other stays it feels like a much more expensive experience. Easy to use large Sony TV, beautiful appointed fixtures and furniture. Great bed and bedding, a shower which I’d like in my home, very clean, great AC, all in all a terrific stop - highly recommended

• Henry (10/5): - The rooms were spotless and the unit I stayed in appeared newly renovated. The parking lot looked new and the outside of the building was free of debris. Overall, a very well kept property. Also, the wi-fi was excellent and fast. This was the last day of my trip where I stayed at VRBOs the whole way. I wasn't looking forward to a motel after a week in higher-priced rentals but this was on par with everywhere else I stayed that week. Clearly the owners take great pride in their business and do an excellent job of taking care of the facility.
