• Tiffany (8/5): - Was nice place with a fridge and microwave. A little small but just for one night it was perfect. It was also very quiet and the A/C kept the room cold all night. Would stay again if coming through town again.

• Peter (8/5): - This is a nice motel. It was comfortable and in a fairly quiet area. Check in was easy and it was clean. The only downside is the cable TV is really deficient in the channels offered--no news channels at all--no CNN, FOX, or MSNBC. Also no sports channels except two regional channels for SF Giants games and Seattle Mariners games. But no ESPN channels, no FS 1 or 2. It seems these are important for many guests like me and couldn't cost that much to add.

• conrad (10/5): Bestway Inn, a jewel in Grants Pass - Comfortable, small, quiet Inn with about 20 rooms. Family owned business with Barry at the helm. He keeps a keen eye out for any unwanted intruders to the Inn. He jumps to any requests and is very flexible. He saw me drop a piece of clothing in the parking lot, picked it up, folded it and neatly placed it on my bed, that's service for you. What was planned as a four day trip for me, ended up as a two week stay at the Bestway Inn, really enjoyed it and felt at home!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Bleachville - Solid motel, reasonable value. Shampoo dispenser was empty. The cleaners must have used straight bleach in cleaning the room! Bleach vapors were terrible, had to open door and windows to air it out, took literally hours for fumes to clear out.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and good value. - A reburbished, well maintained and clean vintage motel with modest prices at least during the low season. Room was on the small side as expected in a older establishment, but it had all the usual amenities.
• Ryan (10/5): Affordable rates and fantastic rooms! - My room at this motel has been by far the best room of my trip. The room was clean, tidy and very well appointed. Everything was newly updated and very well designed, a truly comfortable and pleasant space. A feature of note was the updated and modern bathroom, and a shower with a great shower head and fantastic water pressure! The property itself was clean and tidy and at a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Grants Pass!
• Joseph (2/5): - First cable not working tho they trying to fix but took 2 hours before the manager offer to transfer new room. After we transferred new room hot water run out so quick. The motel is only few room so it’s so noisy U can tell the next door in and out And happen to our next door Til around 3 am to think only us I think the guess Saturday night. Anyway if course. We transferred to different hotel now next day today anyway a lot to choose around the area.

So if you are going to stay here, please don't book it online because you will have paid twice.

• Elsie (10/5): - We liked everything about this Bestway Inn. We have travelled to over 50 countries and seen the good, bad and ugly. Great value here for the money and friendly staff. I recommend it to anyone going through Grant's Pass. Clean, remodeled, and up-to-date. A smaller space - however, plenty of room for our luggage and everything we needed. Great water pressure, coffee/keurig in room, and frigerator/freezer for our cooler items. No pool or breakfast, which didn't bother us since we were in town for only one night and moving on early the next morning.
• Eric (8/5): Nice Clean Motel - Nice clean motel with pleasant management. The only negative for me was traffic noise which lessened quite a bit after 9PM. I always bring earplugs so it wasn't a problem for me sleeping. Going to stay there again in a few weeks.
• Justine (8/5): clean and comfy (: - clean and comfy, plenty of towels. things were spotless. kind of hard to open the windows and the room felt a little cramped with the table and chairs in front of the A/C unit, but these are really minor details. disappointed that there was no continental breakfast as advertised on their website, but the owner (I assume) offered to refund me when I asked and expressed disappointment regarding this at check-in.

• Martin (8/5): Small but comfortable - Budget friendly. Nice little hotel. Small rooms but has everything you need... microwave, mini fridge, TV, AC. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. There were a couple of cosmetic issues but overall this was nicer than expected.
• Jennifer (8/5): - Was very nice and in a convenient spot with food options and a short drive to the fair grounds. The only downside that we noticed was that two out of three of the pillows on the bed had long black hair all over them when we arrived. My hair is dyed green and my partners is very short so it certainly wasnt ours. There was also old cheese left on one of the chairs. But the bed was comfy and the AC worked so that was all we needed since we just checked in, slept, and then left first thing in the morning. I did try to pay with a differnent car when we checked in than the one they had on file and they wouldnt let me, it was a bit inconvenient since the card i had used for reservation was a personal one instead of my business one so i had to go through the process of being reimbursed when i returned home.

• Erika (6/5): - Had to find a hotel room last min, this was only one of the few available. Microwave was dirty, stained pillows with hair on them. Not worth the price considering super 8 where i was staying prior is cheaper, cleaner & with more ammenities. Overall it was Ok & i am happy to spend $ @ a local business. Hopefully the can pay a lil more attention to cleaning details to make for a better stay for future guests.

• Leo (10/5): Overall, nice motel - We were pulling a trailer with an antique car we had just purchased. Fortunately, by the time we arrived, it was midnight and there were a couple of empty parking stalls. We were able to park both the towing car and trailer in them. However, if the motel was filled to capacity, that would not have happened as their parking is limited.

• Verified traveler (6/5): A little rough around the edges - Basically a very expensive motel 6. Whenever the room was remodeled, whoever they hired, must have been there first day. Tile job was poor, paint job was poor a things weren't quite finished. Bedspread had a few stains, towels had stains and holes and front door had a gap under it. The ice machine was out of order (sign a to be older so probably out for a while) and the employee was less than friendly. On the positive side, the a/c worked well, the beds were comfortable and parking was fair.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was clean and the refrigerator was well sized with plenty of room in the freezer to refreeze our ice packs. Bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Bathroom was clean, but could use a repaint. A lot of noise in the parking lot until late at night and thin walls plus athletic neighbors kept us up later than normal. No in-room coffee which seems to be the norm these days. We weren't expecting a lot with the price of the room to be totally honest.

• MICHELLE (2/5): Gross and dirty. - There was a hair in the sink, dirt around the rim, the mirror had spots all over it; like it wasn't clean, and the tissue box on the wall was covered in smudges and finger prints. On top of that, whomever made the bed put the sheet on backwards, and the tag kept bothering me while I was trying to sleep! Oh, and the person next to us snored so loud I couldn't get back to sleep after waking up at 3:00 in the morning! While I know it's not the hotels fault the person snored, it really topped off my stay with distain! At this point, I'll be happy if I don't catch covid from staying in this filthy room!

All night room was getting very cold. There was lots of noise around. And of course it’s not worth the price you paying for. Won’t come back here

• Verified traveler (4/5): - I stayed here for a quick overnight during a long road trip. The room was not cleaned well enough at all. There were spots on the mirror, the toilet, the shower didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. Hair and stain on the pillowcases. I let it go and was going to just sleep. Then an entire family comes in next door. Literally about 8 people- 3 of them children. They made so much noise I couldn’t get any sleep. I did call the front desk and let them know. The family stopped for a few minutes and then continued on making noise. I will definitely not be staying here again. Hopefully the hotel can find better housekeeping and limit how many people can be in one tiny room.

• Tristan (6/5): Review - It was your standard roadside hotel. Only interaction i had with the hotel staff was during check-in and they were a bit stand off-ish. Ot was a bit pricy for the available amenities.
• Paul (8/5): Surprised - Basic room in the older style rooms. Room was very clean. No leaks or drips on the plumbing. The drains all drained excellent. Quiet location. Clean linens towels. Excellent selection of cable channels. Great bang for the buck.

• Katie (4/5): Couldn't Sleep... - The Bestway Inn was easy, affordable, clean, and comfortable...right up until we went to bed. The heater was hella loud turning off and on all night, and the bed was SO hard. Also, I think they called it a queen size but it felt like a full. Anyway, neither of us slept more than 10 minutes straight all night. If they could fix these kinks, it would be a good little hotel...

• Dominic (4/5): - The location wasn't bad. I checked in late at night, dropped my belongings in the room and left to get two beers in, before last call. When I turned down the blankets, to get into bed - there was pet hair all over the white sheets. I ended up sleeping in my clothes, on top of the bedding, instead of crawling into that.

• Susan (8/5): - Older furnishings but very clean and fairly quiet. I needed help finding the remote and the clerk came right over to help me find it. Small and cozy is how I would describe it. Really clean bathroom and tub, no mold or black spots in the grout so I was really happy.
• Rebecca (2/5): - The pictures made the motel look like it was recently renovated, but the craftsmanship was very poor. The toilet rocked every time you sat down/stood up and we wore sandles in the shower because it looked gross. The management kept walking by and staring into the windows (both the guy at night and lady in the am). The area felt unsafe and we found the windows to our room were unlocked. To get into the bathroom you had to turn sideways and squeeze past the bed (we are thin people and it was still tight). Even though there were lots of vacancies, they put all the guests next to each other, so we had one side come in super late and the other side was up super early. Would have been much better to give an empty room space between each occupied room. It should be more like a $60/night stay instead of the $114 we paid. I am pretty easy going when it comes to hotels, but we would not stay here again.

The room was clean but the there was a lot of wear on the walls and the door and frame appeared to have been forced open at some point. The deadbolt did not lock either which was a little unnerving. It was quiet, however, and basic necessities were provided for our quick overnight stay.
• SteveE. (6/5): - Bestway Inn is very conveniently located. The rooms are very clean. WiFi was free and east to connect to. Check In/Check Out was very efficient and painless. But the parking spaces are way too small for today's vehicles. Everyone is crammed in too close together.leaving almost no room to load and unload your luggage. The air conditioning/heating system roars like a plane about to take off making sleep very difficult. I will explore other options before considering staying at Bestway Inn again.
• Lauren (6/5): Needs an update. - Was decent for a quick stay the night on our way to the coast... the room was decent but super dirty. The walls had stuff on them and brown water came out of the faucet . The beds were super hard and the sheets were stained. We probably wouldn’t stay here again...

The gentleman in the nonsmoking room next to ours insisted on smoking several times right by our door. When we opened the door the smoke would come into our room! The room itself was although small, was very clean and neat.
