• Sümeyye Topal (6/5): Şehir merkezine ve tarihi mekanlara yakın bir konum. - Otel görevlileri çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Usame her konuda yardımcı oldu. Gece terasa hava almaya çıktığımızda bize nane çayı ikram etti. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan personel de aynı şekilde her konuda yardımcı oldu bize. Oda temizliği düzenli yapıldı ve memnun ediciydi. Havlular çok eskiydi, odanın küçük olduğunu bilerek rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat beklediğimden daha küçük çıktı. Odada küçük böcek gördüm fakat rahatsız etmedi çünkü zararsızdı.

• Jose (1/5): Caótica - El desayuno del primer dia y el joven que esta por las noches y habla español Alguien que trabaja en el Riad nos robó 50€ de una bolsa que dejamos en el hotel mientras haciamos una excursion. Cuando informamos de lo que pasó al responsable del hotel nos dijo que no debiamos de dejar ni dinero ni documentacion y automaticamente llamamos a la policia para aque se perdonara en el hotel y esclarecer lo ocurrido. Sorprendentemente la policia de Marruecos hizo muy bien su trabajo y gracias a ellos pudimos llegar a un acuerdo con los del hotel y nos descontaron 50€ de la reserva del hotel que gracias a Dios todavia no habiamos pagado. Al final se arregló de esta manera pero una trabajadora que esta alli llamada Fatima nos trató fatal e incluso también el gerente del riad, aunque al final rectificó y cambió su actitud hacia nosotros. Yo he avisado, si van a este Riad porque lo cierto es que no está mal, guarden o llevense las cosas de valor.
• van Duinen- Lensen (10/5): Top lokatie met goed ontbijt en vriendelijke gastheren en gastvrouwen. - De Riad is centraal gelegen en daardoor ben je overal snel en gemakkelijk te voet. In de nacht rustig en de bedden en douche zijn goed. Het ontbijt was perfect verzorgd. De mensen van de Riad waren super vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Het is een echte aanrader en wij drieën hebben meer dan genoten van ons heerlijk verblijf.

Petit déjeuner copieux, sur la terrasse : merci Naima, Oussama et Younes. Pleins de conseils et d attention qui ne nous font pas regretter notre choix. Nous étions en famille, donc répartis dans plusieurs chambres. Dans certaines salle de bain vetuste. Insonorisation médiocre, il vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies. Mais on ne peut pas avoir le calme absolu fans un tel emplacement..

• anna lisa (7/5): Buono - Riad ubicato in una zona tranquilla della medina, a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, con stanze abbastanza silenziose poichè danno sull'interno della struttura. Camere triple, quadruple e matrimoniali con dimensioni medie. Lo staff in loco è gentilissimo, iper-disponibile e molto simpatico ed è la vera perla del Riad. Colazione (a pagamento) molto abbondante servita in una bella terrazza posta all'ultimo piano. Le stanze matrimoniali hanno i letti francesi, più piccoli dei letti tradizionali, ma nella descrizione delle camere questo dettaglio non è specificato. Sarebbe utile esserne a conoscenza se si viaggia con altri adulti senza essere in coppia.

El desayuno solo es huevos y pan con zumo cada dia lo mismo, en la habitación tuvimos 1 dia una gotera, otro dia se fué la luz, los enchufes quedaban mal colocados respecto a las camas, no hay armario apenas, la ducha estaba oxidada.

• Celia Ann (7/5): Well run friendly Riad, small cosy rooms, staff fantastic. - Firstly the staff far outweigh any negatives. Breakfast wonderful plenty and traditional. Staff couldn't do enough to help, always someone on hand night and day, friendly and go above and beyond. They made our stay a positive experience. Location good, quiet area 10 mins from main square by foot. Cafes and sandwich shops nearby, airport 20 mins by car. 5 mins from where all the tour groups pick up from. Breakfast on the roof in the sun was lovely. Little disappointed with room, quite small with few facilities. Not much privacy. Bathroom small. However we understand that many Riads are similar and the staff were super, would definitely stay again.

Lo staff è eccellente, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo assaggiato anche la cena preparata da Naima e siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte, Tajine buonissimo ( per noi il migliore che abbiamo assaggiato a Marrakech). Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Gestori gentili e disponibili. Struttura potrebbe essere presentata meglio, nei corridoi presenza di materassi e lenzuola abbandonati davanti alle camere e in generale non curatissimi gli spazi comuni. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk, maar zei bijvoorbeeld wel dat er meer mogelijk was dan daadwerkelijk kon. De wifi is matig en de douche gaf maar 15 minuten warm water, dat waren erg snelle douches dus met zijn 2en.
• Nati1987 (8/5): Séjour à Marrakech un - Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et super disponible pour tout. Naima à la cuisine nous prépare un bon petit déjeuner. La jeune Fatima s'occupe du nettoyage des chambres et il n'y a rien à dire. Les chambres sont fraîches mais il y a l'air conditionnée. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre mais il suffit demander. Younes et Oussama sont là pour accueillir et aider si besoin même pour le taxi. La position par rapport aux points de loisirs est stratégique. À deux pas de la place Jem el fnaa. Possibilité de laisser les bagages dans le hall et de se relaxer sur la terrasse en attendant le taxi. À améliorer la serrure et fermeture des chambres.
• Piero (8/5): Tutto sommato direi che in Europa ho trovato sistemazioni peggiori. - L'ospitalità dei gestori del Riad è il punto di forza, sempre disponibili e gentilissimi a dare suggerimenti e dritte per le escursioni o per le attrazioni migliori. Li ringrazio vivamente anche per averci permesso di fare colazione fuori dall'orario previsto, visto che avevamo prenotato un'escursione che partiva di mattina molto presto. La posizione del Riad è ottimale, a pochi passi dalla piazza Jamaa El Fnaa ed alle principali attrazioni, che si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti locali, consumata al tavolo in terrazza con vista sulla città. C'è la possibilità, su richiesta, di cenare all'interno del Riad con pietanze preparate dagli stessi gestori. L'unica lacuna è stata la stanza che ci è stata assegnata che non rispecchiava proprio le caratteristiche descritte su Booking, però era fresca e sufficientemente silenziosa, considerando la posizione molto centrale. Il bagno era molto piccolo. La doccia era perfettamente funzionante, ma il wc è incastrato fra doccia e finestrella, con seduta molto scomoda. Il lavello anch'esso molto piccolo, Manca assolutamente un piano d'appoggio per un beauty o anche semplicemente per uno spazzolino da denti. P.S. Fate scorta di acqua minerale in bottiglia, perchè non è assolutamente consigliabile bere acqua dell'acquedotto. Neanche per lavarsi i denti.
• Owen (7/5): - Incredibly Kind and friendly staff who were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was very good and was enjoyed with a good view on the rooftop terrace. Although facilities were basic the stay was traditional and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely return if ever in Marrakech again! The beds were quite firm and the walls were quite thin in our ground floor room so external noise from the lobby came into the room so perhaps not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

• LALE (1/5): It was like nightmare, never suggest this property at all - we had a terribble experience, the lady who owns the riyad did not speak english at all, we simply could not communicate with her and it was almost impossible to locate the property. The room was very dark and too cold, the aircondition seemed working but did not heat the room. we paid for three nights before we arrived and also paid the city tax for three people, for three nights again but only stayed one night. Breakfast was served outside while the weather was freezing. We decided to leave the next morning, and did so, the owner dissappeared all of a sudden and kept our money. It was like nightmare, nevert suggest this riyad and hope the authourities cancel the owner's licence to run that riyad, she was such moody and rude person. we hated everthing about this property

• Rebeca (8/5): - El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es perfecta. La habitación estaba muy limpia y te hacen la habitación todos los días. Igual a la habitación le faltan comodidades como perchas, estantes para dejar las cosas en el baño. Pero tiene fácil solución. Es un buen sitio.

Para entrar al Riad es preciso llamar al timbre para que te abran la puerta, ademàs la puerta la cierran de noche, tenia que irme a las 4:00 de la mañana y tuve de esperar para que bajaran a abrirla esto és un riesgo en caso de incendio. Por otro lado solicite una habitación calmada y me dieron una habitación en planta baja al lado de la recepción y de la calle que era muy ruidosa. Las ventanas que dan a la calle no disponen de cortinas y entra la luz de la única farola que hay en el callejón, por suerte no me atracaron. El aire acondicionado se estropeo y pase la noche tiritando de frio, a pesar que en la habitación habian mantas

• Gabi (4/5): Wurden leider ausquartiert - Wir wurden mittels google Übersetzer in das Riad Taghazout ausquartiert. Ziemlich kurz und schmerzlos, ohne Tee. Ich hatte den Eindruck, das die öfter send outs machen. Es schien routiniert. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Wiedergutmachung - wie gesagt, noch nicht mal ein Tee. Weder das Riad Dar Benbrahim noch das Riad Taghazoute entspricht den Fotos hier. In Grundzügen ja, die Bilder müssen aber schon Jahre alt und sehr aufgehübscht sein. Schade, das die Geschäftsführung sich verdrückt hat und auch auf Nachfrage es nicht für nötig hielt, sich mal blicken zu lassen. Das Riad Taghazoute ist günstiger als das gebuchte Riad. Eine entsprechende Rückerstattung wäre angemessen!

• Béatrice (10/5): Excellent séjour comme dans une maison familiale - Notre séjour au Maroc étant terminé.... passons aux évaluations !! Enchantés d'avoir séjourné au Riad Dar Benbrahim à Marrakech. Accueil très chaleureux par Naïma et Hassan, souriants et attentionnés. Riad typique joliment décoré et facile d'accès car bien placé au bord de la Medina (assez proche de la place Jemaa et des commerces) tout en étant au calme au fond d'une impasse. Propreté absolue des lieux (literie et linge de toilette impeccables assurés par Fatima). Nous avons apprécié la climatisation réversible présente dans la chambre car les nuits de décembre ont été plutôt froides. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux, préparé avec soin par Naïma et servi avec gentillesse et style par Hassan sur la 2è terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce riad au rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel et à l'ambiance sympathique. Rien à dire

• Ameni (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Dar Benbrahim à Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Le personnel est exceptionnel : un grand merci à Hassan, Naïma et Fatima pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sourire au quotidien. Ils font vraiment la différence et rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Le riad est très propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, frais et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. La situation est idéale : en plein cœur de la médina, proche des principaux points d’intérêt, tout en restant calme et reposant. Un endroit authentique, chaleureux et très bien tenu. Je recommande ce riad sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
• Alejandra (6/5): Esperaba más - Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de todo caminando. Son muy atentos, te ayudan en lo que necesites. La habitación era muy pequeña, al igual que el cuarto de baño y no se correspondía con la foto de la reserva. La cama era dura. El desayuno es abundante y bueno pero en invierno (cuando viajamos) se sirve en la terraza, en la que hace frío.

Location is good, but everything else is quite bad. - The only positive thing is the location - it's in the medina, on a walking distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa and most of the historical sites. Bus stop of line 19 (from/to airport) is also close by. It's located on a small, narrow street which is quiet at night. The owner (manager) lady was very rude, unfriendly and she spoke only Arabic, no other languages. It was very hard to communicate with her. Every time we asked her something or told her that something is not working in our room, she acted like we are some kind of enemies or intruders, not her customers. In fact, no one from the staff could speak English. We had to use Google translate. The problems started from the minute we entered the riad. They have apparently messed up something with our reservation and seemed really confused. We've lost 15 minutes waiting for them to stare confused at an Excel file while speaking something in Arabic. Then they finally gave us the keys for a room. The drain of the bathroom sink was not working. We reported that to them and they gave us a new room. It was tiny. The bed was taking up 95% of the room so there was barely any space for baggage or even walking. There was no liquid soap in the bathroom. Room was very cold at night and the A/C was not heating the room properly, so we had to ask for additional blankets (that was a challenge given the language barrier). We had to ask every time about new towels or soap.

Домакините бяха много гостоприемни. Хасан ни помогна и с отпечатването на бордните карти за връщане (макар, че на летището не ни ги поискаха). Може да си оставите багажа до полета ви (при късен полет), а вие да се разхождате спокойно в Маракеш. Закуската можеше да бъде и по-разнообразна.

• Carmen (7/5): - La vicinanza al centro La prima sera che siamo arrivati l’host ci ha dato una camera in più: avevamo richiesto durante la prenotazione 1 camera tripla per tre ragazze e una doppia per due ragazze, per una cattiva organizzazione da parte loro una ragazza ha dormito da sola perché non avevano una tripla. Oltre al fatto che l’acqua calda dopo 3 doccia non c’era più e loro dicevano che bisognava aspettare ma non cambiava comunque nulla
• Dieter (3/5): Für 62 Euro die Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer einfach viel zu teuer. Da gibt es liebevoller geführte und auch ausgestattete - Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr unpassend, mindestens 40-50% überteuert! Services schlecht, im Bad abgebrochener Seifenspender, Seife raus und winzig wie Hornhaut-Entferner, Frühstück sehr einfach, kaum ansprechbare Personen im Hotel. Insgesamt für Riads in Marakesh, und wir waren schon öfter hier, sehr unbefriedigend.
• Aleksejs (10/5): A Great Place to Stay in the Quiet Heart of the Medina - The riad is situated in a very quiet alley only a short walk from the great market square Djemaa El Fna with its colorful fruit juice stalls and from the much more quiet square Place des Ferblantieres with several excellent affordable restaurants. Our room was very comfy and quiet. Every morning we went up to the upper terrace for the beautiful sunrise and a filling tasty breakfast served by our courteous and gracious host, who took very good care of us, providing an extra blanket, extra bars of soap and finally taking us to the taxi to the airport very early in the morning. He also spoke excellent Italian, which I speak better than French, the language spoken by almost everyone in Morocco. The interior of the riad, like many other places in Marrakesh, is in very warm, uplifting colors. I cannot recommend this riad too highly to all those who would like budget accommodation in the quiet heart of the Medina, or the old city of Marrakesh! Rien de tout, niente, nada.
• maria jose (5/5): Decepcionante - Está muy céntrico pero, lo mejor, el chico que está en recepción, Aladine. Encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación que contratamos ponía que tenía 25m. y era menos de la mitad. Los colchones eran muy malos y el baño muy estrecho e incómodo.

• Jasmin (10/5): Perfekt für 4 Nächte in Marrakesh - das Personal (vor allem Alaa und Yusef) ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hier wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück ist gut und wirklich viel. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Heizung in den Zimmern. Und eine coole Dachterasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Altstadt und das Atlasgebirge. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten von dem Jamaa al Fna und den Souks entfernt.

Disponibile a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza sempre col sorriso e tanta dolcezza. Il Riad è molto carino, con reception h24, in una ottima posizione alle porte della Medina, quindi fuori dalla zona "calda" e molto rumorosa (il riad in particolare è in una stradina molto molto silenziosa) e quindi comoda per eventuali transfer che, non potendo entrare nella Medina per via delle strade troppo strette, arrivano fino alle porte della Medina, da cui il riad dista 3 minuti a piedi
• DIMITRIOS (7/5): εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και προσωπικό 5 αστέρων! - το προσωπικό του ριάντ είναι απλά εξαιρετικό! η ευγένεια και η προθυμία του Aladin ο οποίος ήταν εκεί συνεχώς ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. τα συγχαρητήρια και τις ευχαριστίες μας! Οι κυρίες, υπεύθυνες για την προετοιμασία του πρωινού επαγγελματίες με μέτρα προστασίας και τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής, ευγενικές και χαμογελαστές. Η τοποθεσία ΤΕΛΕΙΑ! δίπλα σε όλα...ακόμη κι αν κλείσετε ξεναγήσεις το σημείο συνάντησης που δίνεται είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά. έχει ασφάλεια καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο αλλά είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Το Ριάντ έχει προοπτική να γίνει το καλύτερο ! παρόλαυτα το πρωινό μέτριο, όλα θέλουν πλύσιμο και αλλαγή. στο μπάνιο μόνο σαπούνι κι ένα υγρό για μπάνιο και σαμπούν που δεν το χρησιμοποιήσαμε και το ντους άβολο. τα στρώματα και άλλα αντικείμενα πρέπει να απομακρυνθούν από την ταράτσα. οι πετσέτες ναι μεν καθαρές αλλά χρίζουν αλλαγής. γενικώς θέλει ανακαίνιση!

• Stefan (8/5): - Schönes Riad. Gute und ruhige Lage am Rand der Medina, somit gut in die Altstadt zu kommen und um zum Flughafen abgeholt zu werden. Alles sehr sauber und schöne Dachterasse mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse 3 min entfernt für 50 DHM pro Nacht. Wir mussten früh fliegen, der Chef ist extra für uns aufgestanden und hat uns um 4:30 Uhr ein kleines Frühstück auf der Dachterasse gemacht. Das war super. Vielen Dank. Zum normalen Frühstück gab es leider nur wenig Auswahl, was vielleicht im günstigen Preis der Übernachtung begründet liegt. Daher auch ok. Das Bad ist sauber, mit Seife und Duschgel ausgestattet, aber übersichtlich, und besser für schlanke Gäste geeignet.

• Attila (10/5): Amazi(gh)ng hospitality - Our host, Aladdin was so nice to us. We had nice breakfast even on our final day. He woke up ao much more earlier to prepare something for us. He was always very kind and welcoming. He also printed out the boarding passes to us. The riad was very comfortable, placed in the city center. Recommended!

• Victor (10/5): - A receptividade do Aladino fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa como uma verdadeira experiência de Riad. Muito gentil e sempre com sorriso no rosto para responder alguma questão ou abrir a porta quando voltávamos dos passeios. Não ter chave para os hóspedes porém isso não impacta muito pois o anfitrião sempre está pronto para abrir a porta.

• Leylabi (8/5): Great stay, friendly staff - I had a very warm welcome and was able to check in early as requested in advance. The room was spotless and well furnished with a wardrobe. The bathroom had a large shower. The cleaning service was impeccable and towels were changed and replaced every day as well as bed linen which I didn't necessarily expect for a short stay. The roof terrace covers two floors and includes sun loungers and a dining / seating area where I had breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and varied a little day to day which was nice. The location is great, right between the main square and the Jewish quarter. Everything you need is around you while the streets and alleys still feel very local which is great. The staff were all great. There was a mix up with the rooms at first but this was resolved. One thing, that I don't believe features in their house policies profile on booking.com, is that you don't get a front door key. Instead you need to knock to be let in and you need to be back by 1am. This is common in Marrakech just like it is for B&Bs in the UK. Not all dars/riads do this though so I think it should be noted in the house rules just so people know in advance and can make an informed choice.

• Youssef (10/5): Beautiful Riad and beautiful staff. - The Riad in question is beautiful and the staff and owners (Aladdin and Na3ima) are extremely charming and attentive to the hosts requests and needs, they have also offered tea and sweets without even asking for it. The bathrooms seems to have been recently renewed and the entire Riad and rooms are beautiful, and always clean. Breakfast cost us 50DH (around 5€) each a day because we did not have it integrated in the reservation, but it was absolutely worth it, we rarely finished everything. Position is perfect for reaching the main plaza (Jame3 Lfna) by a small 7/10 minutes walk and from there, you can reach basically any attraction! Nothing to declare!
• Anthony (7/5): Good - Location great as were hosts Facilities a little basic, in particular a lack of privacy (room 1), ground floor room with window that opened to reception only covered by a curtain that was kind of transparent. We could hear every conversation outside. Towels were removed each day but not replaced
