- 渡部 (7/5): 良いも悪いもお天気次第のホテルだと思います。 - スタッフさんが皆さん テキパキと動かれていて 感じが良かった。 お部屋のお掃除も空調も良かった。 5月3日は、あいにくの大雨でしたので、お部屋までの移動で、ずぶ濡れになりました。(移動用の無料バスもあったけど泊まるお部屋には距離的に不適当でした) こういう時は、普通のホテルがいいなぁと思いました。 お部屋に無料の水が欲しかった。

It is a long and inconvenient hilly walk to reach the reception and our room, there wasn't helping hand in luggage , we had to push or carried our luggage up and down the stairs, it was a real struggle. Our paid dinner and breakfast were cold and it was terrible in taste, it was the worse stay we had in Kyushu. It's room and toilet are small and not clean... It is also very expensive for one night stay, it is more than Singapore dollar $500 a night. The pictures on booking. com are very misleading.

- Kwan (8/5): I stayed for one night and was quite satisfied. The staff were extremely polite and patient. Even though we arrived late - The room was very unique and comfortable. The staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast offered a lot of choices and was also very delicious. The hot spring was soothing and set in a beautiful environment. The shower water temperature could not be adjusted.

- Kiyo (3/5): It was a big dissapointment. - The room was old. The restaurant was a mess. The children were running around all the time. They should preapre a separate place(corner) so that the adults can eat quietly. We had the same meal for three nights. There is no consideration for the tourist who are staying for three nights.
- Sandy (3/5): Very disappointed. - The onsen was the only place that's acceptable. The food was subpar with very limited vegetarian options even though it's encouraging for healthy living. The rooms were old and outdated with muggy smell. Not a great impression for the amount it charged for a room. Location was inconvenient, there was no sign of where the actual accommodation was from the road, the parking area to the reception/rooms were far and super inconvenient when you have large bags. Almost every facility costs extra money. The only things included was the onsen and the kiln spa which operates at the hours after checkout time. I would not recommend this to anyone, not even to try it.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - パーキング場から受付までの距離が長く、子連れで荷物の多かった私たちは手押し車を借りましたが小さくて安定もよくなく坂道や急な曲がり角も多く部屋までは階段もあり、はっきり言ってこの段階でこの宿泊施設に対する感情は最悪でした。 宿泊代が高いのは付随しているファームランドのアクティビティーも含まれているのかと思いましたが少しの割引はあるもののすべてのアクティビティーが別料金。 おまけにチェックインが4時なのにほとんどのアクティビティは4時半から５時には全て終わってしまい4時過ぎにファームランドの外から見えていた動物との触れ合いを楽しみにしていた孫は実際その場に行った時はもう動物は檻の中に入れられていて全く見ることができずとても残酷な仕打ちをしてしまったと心が痛みました。 私がもっとじっくり調べていればこんなかわいそうな思いをさせなくて済んだのでしょうが、とにかくとても最悪な気持ちでした。 翌日も飛行機の関係で開園まで待つこともできず何のためにここに泊まったのかと後悔しています。 ただ、お風呂はたくさんあって孫も楽しみました。

- Hau Keung (4/5): 主打家庭樂但不尊重小孩的酒店 - 房間有異味，好像日久失修，訂兩大人一小童入住只得兩個枕頭，前台說不提供額外枕頭，以前從來冇試過呢個經驗，很不尊重小朋友。兒童遊樂設施殘舊，每項會額外收費。晚餐種類多，好食，但早餐一般。值得讃的是溫泉區，有室內及室外，每個池都有其特色。但如果用這個價錢，就很不值得! 也不會介紹給朋友朋友!
- msk (6/5): - 健康をセールスポイントにしているのにたばこ部屋があったり、喫煙コーナーがあったりするのはどうかと思いました。 あと、子供が喜びそうなアクティビティもあったのですが、ほぼすべて有料（別料金）でした。丸いドームでの宿泊はいい経験でしたが、もう少し価格が低いと良かったと思いました。あと、ドーム（宿泊棟）が広範囲に広がっているので足腰の弱い方にはどうかと思いました（巡回バスもありましたけど）。雨の日は結構濡れるので要注意です。悪くはありません。ただ、価格も３分の2くらいなら良かったと思います。

- machang (10/5): - 土曜日1泊の宿泊予定でやっと予約出来たのがロイヤルゾーンの禁煙ツインルームで阿蘇健康火山温泉と健康温熱窯十三種がフリーパスで二食付きのチケットでした。ヴィレッジゾーンよりも少し料金が高くなりますが、1室ずつ低い塀で区画分けがしてあり高級感があります。使用してはいませんが、玄関前スペースにテーブルが置いてあり大変良い演出です。ロイヤルゾーンの街並みも綺麗です。ゾーン内の歩道にはゴムチップのクッション材が貼られていて、歩きやすくて疲れにくく、滑り止めにもなっています。ドームの天井は高さがあるので圧迫感はありません。空調は壁掛け式のエアコンで室内暖房は十分でした。バスタブとトイレはドーム内のベッドルームと仕切られたスペースでユニットのバス・トイレではありません。換気はありますが冷暖房の空調はありません。冬季の入浴は空間が広いので少し寒いかもしれません。トイレットペーパーの回る音がベッドで聞こえます。遮音対策は、今ひとつのようです。今回は火山温泉と温熱窯を使いました。火山温泉の内風呂にサウナがあります。露天風呂にの蒸気サウナが２ヶ所と他のサウナもあります。露天風呂の数も多いので全て回るには時間がかかります。露天風呂の最奥部にビレッジゾーンの夜景が見れるオープンスペースがありますが、夜はたいへん寒いです。また露天風呂に行くの通路に貼られている滑り止めのシートが非常に痛いです。足裏の刺激には良いのかもしれないです？温熱窯は、蒸気式サウナではなく熱くないので子供たちも入れます。利用者が少なかったのでストレスなく入れました。１時間くらいで十三窯を回ったので、途中に休憩をとって２時間くらいかけてゆっくりと回る方が良いです。おすすめの入り方もありますのでそちらをご参考にしてください。またビレッジゾーンは広いので、時間制限がありますが１５分間隔くらいでマイクロバスがフロント近くまで運行されていますので、レストランや火山温泉から遠いところでも大丈夫です。フロント近くにコンビニがありますが、夕方から４時間くらいしか開いていないので必要なものは早めに購入することおすすめします。ここの宿泊は初めてですが、日本人家族連れの方とアジア圏の団体旅行の方が多かったですね。食事は、朝食はビュッフェ形式で和洋食があり質・量ともに十分だと思います。夕食はバイキングまたは焼肉の２コースだったのでバイキングにしました。焼肉コースのお肉は赤牛となっていました。バイキングの質・量ともに十分でしたが、簡単な郷土料理が一品あると良いと思います。料理が無くなることはありませんでしたが、宿泊者が多かったので、会場は少し煩かったです。普段は気にもせず食事していますが、ここは健康テーマパークを謳ってあり、食品のカロリー等も表示されていたのは、良いと思います。日毎にメニューが入れ替わるのかもしれないですが、連泊の方は少し飽きるのではないでしょうか。 なお、２０１６年の熊本地震で国道５７号線が一部通行止めの区間があるので迂回路はありますが、帰路が日曜日でもあったので渋滞していました。また行きたいと思います。

- On (10/5): Excellent stay at Dream Zone - My elder son spends his 9th birthday at Dream Zone, appreciated that Reservation staff helped us to reserve dinosaur house (his beloved) for him. My kids (1 in 9 & 1 in 5) enjoyed playing at both outdoor & indoor parks, we love the Spa & had an excellent day at Aso Farmland.

- Wai Han (10/5): 蒙古包具特色，自助晚餐非常豐富！ - 很有特色的蒙古包設計！但搜尋入口check-in很有難度，因根據地圖及電話尋找此處，只找到動物園入口，但下午4時後已關閉，周圍空無一人！再按附近園區地圖尋找「宿泊用駐車場」，之後再尋找「地下通道」，過程精彩刺激！已包的自助晚餐非常豐富，喜出望外！早餐相關失色了！除「火山溫泉」費用全免外，其他設施皆按人頭收費；我們訂了兩個蒙古包予三大兩小住宿，農莊只送贈了三張設施入場券，故一齊參觀動物園也要額外購票兩張！整體來說，感覺舒適和開心的呢！

- Paul (4/5): Direction for Check-in for Dream Zone is a mess - Direction for Check-in is a mess for Dream Zone. We arrived in the night time to a small house with "Dream Zone" sign at the front. There is a small counter inside with nobody there and no sign indicating that it is a check-in counter. I had to bring along my languages to the main reception and asked. The staff told me check-in of Dream Zone could not be made in the main reception and asked me to go back to that small house. Finally there was a lady when I went back (I guessed she was there as called by the main reception after I asked them). Such arrangement should be clearly shown at the guest car park and the main reception. Food quality is below average.
- alan1728 (8/5): 體驗日本式的戶外康樂營 - 在網上見過幾次這度假村的相片，其獨特如蒙古包的房間外形深深的留了在我腦海中，今次終於可親眼見到了！當置身其中的時侯，不其然會聯想到這處就藍精靈的村莊呢！除了吸引人的房子設計外，內裡給人玩樂的設施也很多，就像去了香港的戶外康樂營般，但這處的規模就大很多了，再加上有溫泉可以浸，在這裡留上一天也會覺不夠呢！
