- Allan (2/5): Nascam ako! - Na scam ako. Pagbukas ng resort na ito irereklamo ko talaga kasama na din ang website nyo Hotels.com. Alam nyo naman ng sarado na ang resort sige pa rin ang pag tanggap nyo nga online reservation or booking. You need to refund my payment if not magcomplained talaga ako, hindi talaga ako magpapaareglo pag di nyo nirefund ang pera ko don’t dare me dahil magsisi kayo kasama ang resort. Scam pa more karma is fatal!
- Pacita (2/5): Hotel was closed - Um So I booked a room, and when I went there the hotel was closed down and abandoned. The people there said it's been closed down for weeks. I'm trying to get a refund right now but the toll free number they gave is unreachable, i've been on hold for hours. Terrible customer service from the hotel and the from hotels.com. Will never book here again.

- Bradley (8/5): Great place to stay!! - Stay was good. Food at the restaurant was good. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Room had plenty of space for two kids and wife and I. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any needs. My wife is Filipino so she was able to communicate much easier, although the staff speaks English just fine. We spent 10 nights there and really enjoyed our stay!!
- John (2/5): Disappointed - My wife and i got food poisoning and have suffered from diarrhea for 3 days. The shower was dirty no toiletries and no coffee facilities. Only a house bottle of water??? A resort it certainly is not.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I thought it was interesting that a sustainable resort did not have more local fruits and vegetables available on the menu. Many of the meals were delicious, but almost none had vegetables, and only a few fruits available with the fruit platter.
- Hippo (8/5): 空港からは遠いがのんびり過ごせる - あいにくの強風でビーチの波が高く、海へは入れなかったが、コテージタイプの部屋なのでのんびり過ごせた。部屋の前にはバルコニーもあり、喫煙もできる。また、敷地も広くてクジャクも放し飼いされており、ちょっとした散策もできる。

- Verified traveler (10/5): IloIlo Beach - I'd be surprised if there was a nicer place to stay that had beach front property close to Ilo Ilo than these guys. I do wish they had a better shuttle service from the boat dock or airport so you don't have to haggle all the time with taxi drivers. Knowing the language in area helps a lot but if you didn't it would be difficult to not be taken advantage of. Room was clean except for floor under bed.
