• Juliana (10/5): ESPECTACULAR - Los anfitriones, se ocupan de todo para que puedas disfrutar la estadía. Reservas de excursiones, experiencias, bus, lavado de ropa, desayuno...lo que necesites. Agregamos 2 noches a último momento y luego un late check out. El desayuno es RIQUÍSIMO, con las frutas de su propio jardín y los huevos de sus gallinas. Muchos detalles: bicicletas, espuma para baño de inmersión y mas. La cama es magica, te atrapa. Que habíamos entendido por las fotos que tenía vista a los arrozales del fondo y al estar en planta baja hay un cerco. Pero todo lo bueno enseguida compensó ese detalle.

You also have free bikes and we loved to explore Hoi an by riding around. The host is lovely, she was very helpful and kind. If we will come back to Hoi An we will definitely choose this place again.

• Agnes (10/5): Exceptional - The best stay we've had in all of Vietnam! We were greeted with a welcome drink, found free water in the room, and a map that helped us get around in the surrounding area. Our host Chung gave us a free room upgrade to a room with a balcony and we loved every bit of it. We stayed for 4 nights, got daily room service (a first for us in Vietnam) without even asking for it. And the room was absolutely SPOTLESS. You could have eaten off the floor. Chung was available for us at any time, literally replying to messages within minutes, helping us with all kinds of things and going over and above to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. She is incredibly kind and caring, showed an interest in us and just made us feel so welcome. It also needs to be said that she makes a killer banana pancake for breakfast! The location itself was perfect for us, right next to the river and kind of between the beach and the Old Town. An hour's walk to the main area in the Old Town or an 8 mins Grab, and 25 mins walk to the stunning beach. We are so glad we didn't stay in town - it is craaazy busy. We truly appreciated our peaceful stay and chilling out on the balcony. We were also provided with bikes free of charge, it's so easy to get around. At the end, Chung arranged a taxi transfer to Da Nang Airport for us for 300k which was quite a lot cheaper than a Grab. Thanks for everything Chung! Nothing

• David (10/5): The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful. I was only there for one night on my way out to the Cham Islands. They - A very comfortable bed. Most beds in Vietnam I find too hard for me but this one was a ‘Goldilocks’ bed, - just right. A bit too far from the beach to walk.

• Megan (10/5): Amazing stay! - Wonderful place! The staff is incredibly kind. We were greeted with a drink once we arrived and were given a map showing us where we can explore in Hoi An. The room was very spacious and clean. Room cleaning was done every day, and they replaced our towels every day, too. There's both air con and a fan in the room. The bathroom was one of the nicer ones I've had whilst travelling in vietnam. Fairly large and super clean. There was a wet shower, but the bathroom is big enough that the entire bathroom floor and toilet don't get wet whenever you take a shower. They were very helpful in helping us find a money exchange place as well as helping us book a bus to Ho Chi Minh. I really appreciated how quickly they respond on Booking as well! I asked about booking a bus, and they responded with all the options and pricing within a few minutes. There was also a bit of a mix-up (entirely our fault) where we thought items had been lost or stolen in the laundry, and they handled it with so much kindness and professionalism. When we later realized that we had misplaced the items, they were incredibly gracious about the entire situation. I appreciated it, but you are a little bit away from the main downtown area. They do have free bicycles that you can use to get around, though!

• Juliet (8/5): Lovely staff, good value for money! - The staff were lovely, let us check in early and really helped us out when we were scammed by a taxi. The room was nice and the bathroom was big and clean. We had housekeeping everyday which was a nice bonus. Free cycle bikes for rent which made the location more convenient The room had lots of ants and a lizard in. Not too uncommon given the area and not too much of a big deal. The plug by the fridge didn’t work so we didn’t have access to a fridge even though there was one in the room. This didn’t bother us too much and I’d still recommend this place.
• Farina (10/5): 10/10 would come again! - Lovely hosts - Chung will help you with anything. The area is halfway between oldtown and the beach so only 5-10 min bike/scooter ride both ways. They have free bicycles to use. Would definitely stay again whenever I’m back 🙌🏻 All great 😃

The sheets were clean, fresh and crisp. The garden was beautiful. The was no sound at night and the room was the perfect temperature. The kindest hosts we have ever had- they went out of their way to help us book a bus. When the bus plans changed the host went into all the restaurants to try and find us a to let us know. They were very accommodating considering we booked so last minute. I would 100% recommend for a stay in Hoi An. The location is about 2.5km from the Old Town and the hustle and bustle. You can take a cycle ride through the countryside and we saw lots of Buffalo along the Paddy Fields.

The location is spot on, a close bike ride to the beach and an easy bike ride to the old town. You can find many coffeeshops, restaurants and spas walking distance. It was cleaned every day, and the air conditioner and fan worked perfectly. The accommodation is far from downtown, so it's very calm. But they also provide bikes so you can go downtown anytime or to the beach, and there's also a lot of coffee shops and restaurants to eat nearby. The owner wad super nice, she helped me with my tours and information about Vietnamese culture. I'm really happy with the stay, and would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hoi An. Nothing, it was great.

A beautiful homestay that is incredible value for money, owned by a lovely family that make you feel very welcome. The double room was exceptionally clean, alongside a large and well maintained shower. Behind the homestay you will find stunning rice fields where you can ride a bicycle at your own leisure, or go for an evening walk as you admire the beautiful sunset. I will definitely be back here when I return to Hoi An.

• Julie (10/5): Great homestay with an excellent host :) - We loved staying here - it was a short bike ride away to town, had a great view of a river and rice fields, and had the most amazing breakfasts (my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about the omelette)! Loved being able to hop on a bike and explore Hoi An - was a highlight of our trip to Asia. The hosts are also super accommodating, providing us with recommendations for cooking classes, organizing a quick detour on our way to the airport to marble mountain, and renting a motorbike.

• Jessica (8/5): Lovely Homestay close to the beach! - Do River was a fine stay. I arrived late off of the night train from Nha Trang & then took the 30 minute taxi ride to Hoi An from Da Nang. Due to the name the driver had issues finding the place, but I eventually arrived there safely. I thankfully called on the way to inform them that I was still coming & when I got there the woman waiting for me around 11:35 pm that night said she didn't even know I was coming, although I had booked in advance through the Expedia app. My room on the first floor had a lot of spiders & ants, like a lot! The room appeared clean & typically I don't stay on the first floor at places, but by then it was so late I just wanted to sleep. I tried to clean up & get rid of as my insects as possible, but did have trouble sleeping that night! The next morning I was up & out early, after enjoying a nice omlet breakfast at the Homestay & properly checking-in. They provide free bikes & helpful maps which is so awesome & the staff/family is friendly helping answer any questions. Turn left & ride to 1 of the 2 great beaches, or turn right & head into town. When it was time to check-out they kindly held my bags & allowed me to shower in their home once I returned from the beach. They arranged for myself & a couple a nice black car to Da Nang, we shared it & split the cost so public transportation wasn't need-it was much more comfortable. I still saw ants & spiders in the room after the first night, but not nearly as many! All in all it was a pretty nice stay!
