Alexander (8/5): A convenient and comfortable location for a short stay, with friendly staff and a good breakfast - Friendly staff, a convenient location, and a good Japanese-style breakfast. I have stayed here several times and it has never disappointed. There are a range of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. The rooms are very standard for a Japanese business hotel: absolutely fine for a short stay but not luxurious. Options for breakfast are limited (but I have always enjoyed them, and service is slick).

Y.Y. (8/5): - 清掃も十分に行き届いており、滞在は快適だった。ホテル側の原因かどうかは分からないが、booking.comから予約したところ、自分ではなく同姓同名の方の情報で予約が入っていた。宿泊者名簿（台帳）に署名する際、漢字が異なること、および違う住所で登録されていることで気がついた（偶然同じ日程で予約していたわけではない）。そのため、チェックインに時間を要した。

kayo (9/5): 出張にとてもよかった。 - 部屋はシングルでしたが思った以上に広く清潔で快適でした。スタッフさんの対応も迅速に過不足なくスムーズで、チェックイン・チェックアウトや荷物の預かり・受け取りなどもスムーズでした。出張でバタついているときにありがたかったです。目の前に電子レンジと洗濯機があるスペースがあって、便利だった反面、食品の匂い少し気になった時がありました。宿泊者の持ち込みなので規制は難しいでしょうが、その部屋の換気が良ければ解消される問題かと思います。

KumikoTamura (9/5): 快適。次回あればあた利用したい。 - 部屋がきれいで、清掃が行き届いていた。朝食が和食でちょうど良い量であり、十分においしかった。充電器を持参していたが、調子が悪く困っていたが、部屋にワイヤレス充電がありとても助かった。研修が一斉に終わり、ホテル利用者が集中してしまい、チェックインにとても時間がかかり、途中で諦め、数時間後に出直した。待っている間、エレベーターの上下を示す点灯が付かないので、ちゃんとくるのか分からず、行き先ボタンを何度も押してしまった。
